From the very first call, it was fantastic. They set up a time to install the switch and socket. They arrived on schedule, called roughly 20 minutes before arrival, and delivered precisely what was promised. They also gave a qualified consultation and repair. Outstanding technicians! The electrician was very prompt, courteous, and neat even wearing covers on his shoes. Gave a quote but after realizing it wasn’t as difficult as my first thought he reduce the cost quite a bit installing a ceiling fan and new flush mount lights in the living room .

Did not used their service. But they do need better phone skills. We got stuck behind their truck in the Express Lane while they were going 65mph (the express is 75mph). Thought, well I'll call and ask if they can have their truck speed up or take the next exit. So I called, and explained just that. And the man who answered the phone replied Lady, why do you care how fast my truck is going?! and it went down hill from there. So I said thanks for your time, and hung up. Hope their electric skills are better than that.

I couldn’t see his great smile behind his mask but I knew it was there by the way he communicated. He replaced our thermostat for our heated bathroom flooring and programmed it too. He explained everything in detail. Neat and efficient. Courteous and caring - wore shoe covers and left no trash or unneeded parts behind.
