From the initial bid (which was in line with that job) Allana walked me through the project in layman's terms to make sure I was comfortable with the process. Mr Kenneth is highly dependable. He picked up my phone and understood what my electrical problem was. He told me he will be at my house in 20 minutes. I thought it was a joke. Lo and behold he was at my door exactly 18 minutes. He was a perfect professional man. He diagnosed my electrical problem with accuracy and within 15 minutes of arrival and he gives you an update of what he finds as he goes. I was supposed to get the parts needed for the work but Mr Kenneth used his car to procure the parts and did not charge me extra unlike other people. His labor charge is reasonable. I would like to thank Sam and Pinnacle Electric for fixing the electrical issues I had in my house. Sam discovered the issue with my neutral wires to the electrical panel and was able to get this fixed in a short amount of time.
