From the original call this was a great experience with mrelectric of ft worth, the lady took my call understanding my needs,set the appointment explaining everything, I got text and email confirming the appointment then on the appointment day i got a reminder text, then one more text with a photo of the tech and a call saying he would be there in 30 minutes or less,they were prompt on arrival, his name was Dylan but I cant remember the other guys name but they both very very courteous and looked at what i wanted done, explained the cost , and went right to work and completed the work quickly and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company especially the ft worth location

Our chandelier fell out of the ceiling. I went onto Angie’s list to search for an electrician. HR got my information and called me immediately. They were very professional and Chris did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. He even shortened the chain of my light when he hung it so I didn’t have to zip tie it up. It was 100.00 more than the quoted price, but worth every penny. I would use them again!

Had our AC system checked out by Brandon with Wilson Home Services. Excellent service and explained our system to me in easy-to-understand detail, which I appreciated. Showed me the easy ways I can do to keep the system running efficiently and to the best of its capabilities. Thankfully our AC system was running well and the unit was in great shape, but he thoroughly inspected and cleaned it so we are running at 100%. I was happy to buy into the Wilson maintenance plan, given this was my 2nd great experience with a Wilson employee. Highly recommend their services and honesty in working with customers.

Expert Electric came to our rescue when we chose them from the internet based on their positive reviews. We were delighted to meet Edward. He was polite, punctual, courteous, efficient, and very gracious with his job. He fixed our wiring problem in short order, explaining what was wrong.
