They ran it down and repaired it, then suggested an expensive set of arc circuit breakers in my panel. I really did need them; my wiring is about 70+ years old and I feel a lot more secure until I can get the rest of the house rewired. Would recommend this company

Your driver does not know the rules of the. His does not know how to use a turn signal or his mirrors. He likes to blow his horn and flip people off, he almost caused three wrecks in less the 30 minutes. The office will not answer the phone at all after 0300 pm and when they find out you have a complaint about one their drivers they hang up on you. The company finally called back on Saturday evening and the lady was very professional about and assure me that they will like into the matter and take the appropriate steps

No job ever runs perfect. It's to be expected. It's how your vendor handles the problem that determines the integrity of the vendor. We have a 30,000 sf bakery and Huggins has run every inch of wire. Huggins has flawless integrity.

I called these guys because our oven stopped working and we didn't know much about electrics, they asked for photos and walked us through resetting the breakers. They also pointed out some concerns they saw in the photos and set up a service call for us. All of this was after hours, on a Friday! They still took the time to help us out. To go above and beyond for us even without knowing we would have them come out for a service call shows that they are very customer centric. I am sure that they'll take good care of us when they come out!

my store's power was down 6 in the morning. i called him 6 in the morning he was the only one who has picked up the phone that early. not only that i was really lucky that Ken was the really nice and professional electrician.

I had called AA ALL electric Service for Estimate. Joe V. Was the tech whom came for service call. He was professional and gave the estimate for the work that I requested for credit request. I am now calling again AA All Electric services for permit pull for meter base missing at the residential house that's because of his quick availability /reliable/affordable estimate for service call for new work.

I called B.W Electric to come out and service my fan. The person who came out claimed to be the owner of the company stated I can't repair or service your celing fan if you do not have the manual on hand. The man spoke in a very derogitive tone to both I and my family, he refused to provide service for an electronic appliance and left me without providing the services that I had hired him for.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer representative than Edward Jones! Polite, businesslike, competent, and thorough. My only complaint would be that I had advised when I requested service that I believed my water heater problem was electrical in nature rather than plumbing based on preliminary supply voltage checks. I was sent a plumber and the problem had to be transferred to an electrician not available until the next day. This was not a problem with the actual service but in properly routing my call based on the information I provided.
