Called, scheduled an appt . ,explained that their trucked were fully was fully loaded and repairs could be completed in one appt. Cody Martin came to my home with a professional attitude and winning smile. Finished in a couple of hours. Did great job. I recommend them and would use them again.

Got some lugs on the meter base pedestal replaced along with any damaged wires for 3k ish. I'm not sure what's a good value or not (I know it's a pretty reasonable/about average price compared to other places that are known for charging high though), but the job was done, and so far I've had no problems. Mike seemed in the know and was very professional.

They came out a year ago and fixed a problem but left part of the circuit undone leaving a dead outlet to the deck. They have yet to come back and fix the issue. Pretty much non-responsive to my calls.

The gentlemen coming out to the house are always kind and professional. In this day and age, I couldn't ask for anything more. We'll keep using Arc Angel Electrical Solutions for our home's electrical needs.

Our electrical service technician was absolutely perfect! His name is Tony Cross and he went above and beyond what he was called out to do. Very knowledgeable and experienced as well as a nice person! I would highly recommend him and this company! With over 30 years experience in his field, he knows what he's doing and also imparts knowledge to customers like me who don't know much.

Huggins Electrian’s are the best I usually don’t do recommendations but I was beyond impressed with the price, professionalism, caring, on time service and completion of the work. The price was so good we had other work done such as ceiling fans, recess lights, panel box and will be having more done next month. Not sure if I am spelling her name right but Allana Huggins is a master electrician she is the best. The 5 stars came from the 5 descriptions above.

Henry and his son of Arrow Electric are top notch! They always go above and beyond to provide the very best service for all of our electrical needs. They provide fast and fair estimates, are prompt, trustworthy, honest, respectful, willing and able to install fixtures in very vaulted ceilings, have great ideas on how to improve existing lighting, outlets, switches, etc. They also did an amazing job installing our outdoor uplighting system. We highly recommend them and would never use anyone else! Don’t waste your time and money on the big ripoff electric service companies in the area...call Arrow Electric in Hurst instead! You’ll be glad you did.

Ken rewired our old house. He did a very thorough job and we are very pleased. He took his time to do the job right and charged us less than others wanted, to do the job. I would recommend him any day of the week.

Alvin and Billy came to install my recessed lights in my house and they were awesome. They had initially offered a set of lights but I wanted some thin LED's instead. After some discussion we went with lights i provided and it reduced the cost and turned out great. There was no additional patch work needed and we even had a tricky light installed in a closet underneath the stairs. I will def call again for my next project.

The electrician was a really nice guy, in my opinion. He came through for me when I needed help with power restoration and even volunteered to pitch in with some DIY around the house. His services come highly recommended from me because he is an expert in his field.

The owner is shockingly unprofessional. He does not seem to want to work..spent 30 mins in my home telling me how he has contracts he has to abide by ( i called the home warranty Co and they called his BS). Next 30 mins fidgeting with stuff in my house. Didnt fix a thing. Gave me a $2,500 bill and said if you hire me direct its cheaper!!!

All in all, touched a few things and thats it. THAT IS IT! Warranty company sent another company to actually do the job. Oh BTW: the guy walked in the door and demanded/extorted $65 bucks for driving up to your door. Please dont hire this company - Poor customer service, unethical person and unprofessional behavior!

As a temporary contractor with JBI, I can say that they are among the best electrical contractors I have worked for. They stay focused and protect their employees and contractors alike. They are super efficient and allow no slackers.

Brad did an awesome installing our a new hallway and kitchen lights. He also wired our patio lights we had since we bought the house 2 years ago, the wires were in the attic not connected to anything. He is very good and was quick. Will call him for service again.
