Douglas came out and gave the estimate and was very knowledgeable and up front on what the cause was and what could cause it to increase. When his electricians came out they where very respectful and did a great job changing everything in a timely maner. Why is there no option for Zero Stars?? This is the worst service I have ever received. Simon Sanchez is the owner and I dealt directly with him to solve my household issues. My house was struck by lightning in June of 2013; and in March of 2014, I am still trying to get everything resolved. He refuses to give a warranty on the work done on the house and will not take ownership of the shoddy workmanship by re-replacing the thermostats in my house. I have a heat pump unit and he installed the standard thermostat which resulted in a much higher than normal electric bill.
