Breco arrived early to the appointment and had my light fixture replaced in under 20 minutes. He did good work, and I would recommend him.

I had an exterior light above my door that was a little too high for me to comfortably change. He came out the next day and changed the light fixture for a reasonable price. He is a small business master electrician and does all the work himself. It was great working with him and I will call him for any electrical needs in the future.

Very satisfied with their service from the helpful customer service who took my call to the technician, Jeremiah, who came to our house. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and was wearing a clean uniform, even the service vehicle was clean. He carefully explained our options for our plumbing issue. We felt the price for replacing a faucet reasonable and chose that option. Job well done. No lost time for me on an unplanned DYI project figuring out the problem, then trying to select the right faucet, then attempting to install the faucet. My experience with Berkeys was very positive. A nice feature with Berkeys is once the technician was selected for our service, I received a text message from Berkeys with the name and picture of Jeremiah. All of these things tells me that this is a company of professionals who take their job seriously. I highly recommend Berkeys.

I just had service done with KBW Electric. I have to say that it was the most incredible experience I have had with an electrician. What I specifically liked most about KBW is his honesty and high quality of work. Along the way, he educated me as he worked, which helped me feel more familiar with my house. Love having Patrick come out to do work. He wired my dishwasher for and I appreciated his work so much I hired him to do a car charger install. Purchased the charger through him, so any possible warranty work could be completed through him as well. Him and his workers are always professional, on-time, and do quality work. Lots of good communication leading up the scheduled date and time for work, so I know what's going on with procuring materials. Also made sure I understood the process for the work they were doing while they were doing it. Will continue doing business with him as much as I can get away with.

This company is amazing! They did everything right, which is a first for me. They talked on the phone to give me an estimate of how much it would cost. Set up an appointment, then called later to confirm it. They gave a small window on my service date, so I didn't have to wait all day for them. When they were supposed to come at 11:30-12:30, they called at 11:30 to say they were running late, and I could either reschedule or wait until 1pm when they'd get there. Usually, companies make you wait until the end of the window to find out they are late. When he arrived, he verified again what needs to be done, and got to work and finished it quickly and efficiently, with high quality. Gave me a receipt of work completed, but I didn't pay then. Instead, the company called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Once that was confirmed, they sent me a bill by email, which I paid with Apple Pay (or I could have used a credit card). Very professional from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend them!
