This company is AWESOME! Great service and quick to respond. Today, we had an issue that needed an electrician. I called and spoke to a really nice lady on the phone who sent one of her colleagues out to my house a few hours later. They don't charge a truck fee for the call or to look at the problem. Berke came to our place and he was terrific! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took so much time to explain the situation before we even discussed the type of repair we wanted to do and how much it would cost. We moved forward with the repair after Berke's diagnosis and he did an incredible job. You can really tell the quality workmanship and time put into the effort. Totally screwed us. We had Brothers out a couple times to inspect a furnace installed by the previous homeowners prior to purchasing our home. We made it clear that we wanted Brothers to check to be sure it was installed right (we had a feeling it was a DIY). Brothers said it looked fine. Had them out again for an annual inspection and again they said it looked fine. Then we noticed the furnace was rusting from the inside out. We had a different company come out to install AC and they said the furnace was actually sized wrong for the house (which explained the excess condensation causing it to rust), the blower/fan was overworked (again because it was sized wrong) and even the wrong type of piping was used for the inlet/outlet. Had to completely replace the furnace. HUGE misses by Brothers.

Heater went out and had a valve under my kitchen sink with lots of corrasion, callled for three estimates, Tipping Hat was very competive, very professonal, was able to get the work done in a day and from the day of the estimate from the day of install was less than two business days. Valve was replaced and new heater installed same day. They placed covering for the floor and were very careful with the items in the house. Chris, Josh, Adam, Joe, Romeo and Matt, Thank you!!
