Best Water And Sewer Line Repairs in Denver CO

Wish I could give ZERO STARS for this company. I paid for the annual package and on the 1st visit for the AC Tune up, the guy had zero knowledge about what he was doing. He ended up disabling my system on a hot summer day for 5 hours due to him incorrectly removing wires inside the furnace. They had to send a 2nd tech over to fix his mistakes. The 2nd visit, to drain the water heater, the guy was here for about 15 mins and left. Now thru their automated calling and their live reps, I've received 4 calls in 4 days, AFTER I've asked their reps NOT TO CALL ME until July for service. They really know how to harass customers!!!

Richard was very thorough and made sure we were satisfied before he left. He made sure to communicate with us the entire time he was at our home about the progress being made. If I have to call for another plumbing repair I will make sure to request him.

They saved the day! Our sump pump went out on a Friday evening and our basement started flooding. AAARK was the ONLY company that could come out the same night.

They connected me with Nick, who confirmed our problem via phone. Within an hour he showed up with a new pump. After looking everything over, he gave us an estimate, and got to work.

Nick was awesome. He answered all questions, got the new pump installed, and even finished slightly under the quote price.

I had a 22 point inspection done on my furnace. The gentleman who came out was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He even went as far as explaining how the air flow actually works and the importance of maintenance. Thanks for the good work guys.05/2022 Gilberto and his teammate fixed a frost broken spigot pipe in the wall, installed a shut off valve, provided an access panel today and did a clean & fast job. I am glad I called Golden West for a second time!
