We recently purchased our first Tesla and needed a home charging until installed. We contacted several local companies from the list provided on the Tesla website. All the electrical contractors we reached out to did respond and provided quotes. Dutch Creek Electric however went above and beyond with regard to their customer service compared to the other companies. Within a hour or two from submitting our request online we received a personal telephone call inquiring about our job request and asking additional questions to make sure everything was understood. They were very accommodating with working with our schedule to complete the job in a very timely manner. Their quote was very fair priced and they were very thorough in the explanation of the work top be performed, especially since we had very limited knowledge of the process. The day of the install the two gentlemen (Josh and Enrique) sent to complete the work were on time and very friendly. They even called before hand to give us an estimated time of arrival. They were both very courteous and did a fantastic job with the installation. When complete they cleaned up after themselves so well, my garage was cleaner then when they got there. I would highly recommend Dutch Creek Electric to anyone looking to have electrical work done and I will use them in the future for any projects that u might have.

The woman who answered the phone laughed at me multiple times through my inquiry, and was not able to provide even a general ballpark for a quote, though I’ve received multiple ballpark quotes from other contractors. I received their info through Home Depot to schedule a quote for a small residential job. If patronizing communication and little to no information is your style, go to these guys.

My electrical panel was old and full from a remodeling and new sub panels added but the main panel was never updated. They suggested we get a entire new panel which made it much easier and safer for future updates. They also installed a Tesla charger for our new car. They did a great job and we’re wonderful to work with. I would gladly use them in the future.

Thanks to Austin and Cam for their efforts on adding a new 20 amp circuit and getting a garage heater and fan installed on 01/07/2021. My project was twice the estimate and I was not informed of this until I received a bill. There was no communication about the project, they did just what they wanted and billed me later. And this finished product looks terrible.

I’m really happy with the work done by MaxxTech. I live in an old house and had some concerns about overloaded circuits, outdated wiring, and wanted some outlets installed, as well. Zach arrived on time for the estimate (him and his crew were always punctual, which I appreciated) and had a quote ready for me later that day.
