This is the second time we have had Aaark come out for a service (first for A/C, this time for furnace repair.) Their technician Chad got here early, was super efficient in diagnosing the issue, got our furnace back up and running quickly, and was super friendly to boot! I also appreciate that he practiced safe covid protocol and wore his mask at all times while inside. Would definitely recommend Aaark as they have been great both times we have needed them, and I feel their pricing is also very fair!

Our first experience with this company was great. My initial call was answered quickly, I was able to get a tech to my home fairly quickly, the communication was professional and clear, and we were given updates on time of arrival, our tech was prompt, professional, and explained what exactly was going on with our broken AC.

I had a job moving an electrical outlet for a cooktop hood, and it needed to be done ASAP. All tipping and personnel were very responsive and the job was done on the day I contacted them. The installer was very professional and did a great job with the move.

Carlos was very polite and very thorough. he looked over the issue and was open with what could be possible solutions and also that the prognosis was not 100%. He explained the warranty situation and made me feel at ease with my decision. I will be using them again.
