Called Piper electric because the HVAC technician said everything was fine with the furnace and there must be a short somewhere. Piper put me on the schedule for the next day. Art showed up and determined right away that the power from the box to the unit was working. Art could have just left after that but he took the extra step of opening the furnace to check the connection. He knew right away the connection was not good and when he opened the box he discovered a burnt wire. Art said the HVAC technician should have checked the connection first thing. I got the company on the phone and Art talked to them and told them they need to give me my money back because he was going to fix the connection. I can't tell you how grateful I was that Art took the extra step to fix the furnace. Thank you Piper Electric!

My review is more for Joe than Brothers itself, though the company was timely and efficient. I will be returning to Brothers for future plumbing needs.Joe R. is an incredibly likable plumber. He fixed a broken pipe in no time at all, and was a joy to chat with and learn from. He clearly knows the tools of his trade, and I trust the work he does.

These people will charge you a trip fee to come out and give you pricing they could very well have provided over the phone. For us that amounted to $50 for a 3 minute visit. Will not use again and would not recommend.

KUDOS to Drilon, Juan, William, Tim! These guys showed up early for my project and did a great job replacing my 17 year old furnace and air conditioner. Drilon was so wonderful explaining everything. Juan, William, and Tim worked constantly for hours with no breaks on my project. The process was well organized and did not interrupt my day. At the end of the day, the crew walked me through all they did and made sure I didn't have any questions. They were a very professional team. I will be recommending Drilon and his crew and Tipping Hat to my neighbors--all of their houses are the same age as mine and will need updates soon. Thanks so much!
