Jonathan was very professional and courteous. I appreciated his thorough review of how our furnace is operating once he finished his cleaning and inspection. In particular, there is a slight rattling noise the furnace is making due to normal wearing of the manufacturer-installed ball bearings. He assured me the furnace is still operating safely and that, eventually, the bearing will need replacing but not quite yet, as they are not too loud and not impacting the functioning of the equipment. I was impressed that unnecessary repairs weren't going to be made until something proved necessary. That went a long way to build trust. We had Robert come out to assess the reasons why we’ve been getting pinhole leaks in our copper pipes. He checked numerous things and found a few culprits that could be addressed in a cost effective manner. He was very knowledgeable and found some things that two previous plumbers didn’t even check/notice. Rather than having a repair needed every couple of months, we are hopeful that dealing with the root of the problem will now prevent further leaks. His expertise was very much appreciated!

We requested AAA to come out and check our toilet which just does not work well. Due to plumbing emergencies and a bad winter storm it was necessary to reschedule twice but they were very communicative and helpful in rescheduling. We were notified when Gordon, our technician, was on his way, and a photo was sent so we knew who to expect, which I think is amazing. Gordon was wonderful, he thoroughly checked our toilet and determined that it will be in our best interest to just replace it. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend AAA to come out. They are reasonably priced and were very honest with us. We will use them again in the future.
