Best Sewer Line Repair Replacement in Denver CO

This is the first bad review I have ever written but thought others should understand what this company does. I would give zero stars if that was possible. I don't think they understand the meaning of guarantee. The website boasts of same day service. I called on Thursday morning and was told the first available appt. was Friday afternoon. The word guarantee was mentioned. Friday afternoon I received a call telling me they had emergencies that bumped my appointment and they could not get to me. I was told they would reschedule the following week. I said but you guaranteed my appointment. I have another company waiting for you to complete the work. With that they agreed and told me an electrician would absolutely be out Saturday morning. Saturday morning I received a call telling me they received more calls and they would need to reschedule my appointment. What I learned from the call...
This company does not schedule appointments based upon first in first out. They will schedule you and keep the appointment only if another appointment with a higher price tag (what they call emergency or priority) doesn't call in to bump your appointment. They do not honor scheduled appointments and I would strongly hesitate when they say they guarantee a technician will be at your location.
Very poor customer service and scheduling unless you happen to be the chosen one who gets the priority. Schedules mean absolutely nothing to this company.
We have been without a stove for two weeks and we had to reschedule installation twice based on wire nuts failure to meet scheduled appointments. I guess cooking in your home is not a priority for this company. They must eat all their meals out.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cody was our technician for a plumbing repair due to a toilet leak. He was right on time and very professional. The toilet was fixed completely, and he even took a quick look at a second toilet we had a question about. Cody was very friendly and I really appreciated his work and willingness to answer questions.

Matt explained everything in detail. The service was great.

Jose and Andrew were great. Good communication, professional and were able to analyze the pipe concern quickly. Would recommend AAA service and would call them again if needed. Thank you!

Landon arrived on time for the appointment and provided me with all the options I was looking for on replacing my water heater. Very professional and cared about my views and offered advice. Upon deciding on a replacement both Jordan and Seth arrived again on time and worked diligently to finish the work with best workmanship. They followed up with testing the unit and ensured that all faucets were functional. Once done, they cleaned up the place and left no mess. Overall a job done in a very professional way!!!

The scheduling was great and easy. Technician was respectful and competent. After a miscommunication I was able to get routed to the correct person and get the issue resolved. I appreciate the follow up and committment to customer service. Also, one of the only companies that would do work in my apartment complex

Rico Cortes was so helpful and accommodating during a massive plumbing fix we found in our recently purchased home. He clearly explained the options, next steps and the entire plan from start to finish. He always communicated with me about progress and kept me posted of any changes to the original plan.
