These guys tried to scam us by telling us our house was aluminum wired and not grounded and was preparing us for a huge financial burden to rewire the entire house. We had another professional look at the house and he showed us that the house is wired with copper and is grounded. It is very unprofessional that they would try take advantage of new home owners.

The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

I had to get a completely new HVAC system furnace, AC, new gas's lines, new electrical, a very extensive job to say the least. These guys got it all done in one day it was very impressive. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and any questions I had were answered fully. There were at least 8 people who helped on this job from getting the quote to finish, there were 2 people who cam just to oversee everything going on. I appreciate that they double check their own work and I just feel that if I'm having to invest in such a large thing I want to never feel like I was ripped off and I know I wasn't. This is a great company and I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.
