A technician named Chris came to look at a broken air condition unit and install a new thermostat in my condo. He was courteous. After looking at the unit for about an hour, he said he would look for the parts I needed and call me when and if they were available in the next day or so. If the parts were not available he quoted me the price of a new unit at 8 to 10 thousand. What? 8 to 10 thousand dollars for an air conditioner? I thought he was joking! He charged me about 200 dollars for the diagnosis. Although, he did try and explain the problem he failed to leave any kind of documentation for the diagnosis. Furthermore, after installing the thermostat, he left it hanging from the wall by the wires.
After 3 or 4 days of not hearing anything back from Chris, I called the company and asked about the status of the parts. Chris called me and said he would let me know by the following day at the latest. He never called. Another 3 or 4 days pass and I call again, and again I was told they would let me know the next day. Nothing. At this time I had to leave town for a few weeks and when I returned I called them again, and I was told I would hear from him the next day. He blew me off again. I called back and now I'm getting irritated. Who does business like this?
Finally, Chris leaves me a message in which he says he called me weeks ago and left a message, which he didn't, and the parts were unavailable. They can't fix it. If I wanted the price of a new unit I would once again have to call the company back. At this point I'm just done. I don't trust this guy or the company and definitely don't want to do any further business with them. So, basically they ripped me off for 200 bucks and my house is very hot. Avoid this company at all costs!

Karsten with Brothers did an amazing job running a new electrical line and sub panel to my detached garage. He explained everything along the way and was very professional and personable. This is my second time working with Brothers, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We came home to the smell of natural gas and a house with a temperature of 52. Within an hour of placing a call we had a wonderful technician, Matt, out and he solved our broken ignightor. It took less than half an hour for him to do the work and we are so thankful!!

Greg Thompson is super awesome! He gave me peace of mind by making sure the leak was fixed. He tested the area 3 times and made sure that there was no more moisture. He also showed me what to do in case of an emergency! Greg makes the name AAA true!

We contacted Blue Sky for furnace maintenance, they have great customer service with making the initial appointment but more so we were very pleased with our tech William. William is a nice guy, very professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was very thorough; he made sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of before leaving. I wouldn’t mind working with him again in the future.

I have multiple apartments and use Golden West quite often. Anthony was on time, explained the services to be performed, communicated with both sets of tenants, performed the services and called me back to explain what they had done and made recommendations for future maintenance.
