We had a variable voltage issue in one of our overhead lights. I called AMP electric and received a prompt response and was able to schedule an appointment with them very quickly. Their communication was fast and easily understandable and their knowledge of the issue/station was stellar. Keith was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly which I know saved me money. The knowledge I received from him was also invaluable and I could not ask to work with a nicer and more honest person. I highly recommend AMP electric and will be using them for all my future electrical needs.

James was very professional and attentive to our wants. He came out several times to talk with us about the project. We bought an old bungalow and completely remodeled it down to the studs. They completely rewired the entire house from top to bottom. He always took my calls or returned calls promptly. Freddy, who did the actual work along with max, was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He assured me several times he wanted everything to be exactly as I wanted. He even came back and moved some can lights around for me bc I had told him the wrong location. I can’t say enough good things about Legacy Electric! Mike and his crew were awesome. Did everything he said he would and more. House is up to code now. Answered all my questions and did a excellent job. On time and cleaned up mess. Respectful of those working from home and followed all COVID protocols. Dog liked him too.

Andrew was nothing but professional! He handled my AC a year and a half ago, and remembered random things I told him when he came to look at my furnace today. Both times he did a great job, and handled my barking dogs like a pro! He gave me multiple options to fix the issue, but didn’t push me to do an additional service I wasn’t ready for. I would recommend him and Absolute to anyone looking for AC or heating issues!!

I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch. I called and did a follow up with them 2 weeks after they said they'd be sending me estimates/scheduling arrangements, and got a so sorry, we've been busy I'll try to get this over to you today.. that was nearly two weeks ago. I sent an inquiry through the website as a final hey, giving you every opportunity here kind of thing as I am just sick and tired of contractors wasting my time for appointments that they do not follow up on, and still nada. So here you go guys, the review you deserve.
