The service guy was the consummate service technician. He was professional, efficient and checked out every concern I had. He even provided and extra filter after discovering the one in place was the wrong size. I wish every service company would provide such excellent customer service.

I am changing my 5 star review to a 1 star review. Home Buyer Beware! Although they have a smooth service booking process, they are not qualified to keep your house safe. The day after their tech left, our carbon monoxide detector went off and we had to evacuate the house and call Xcel. The Xcel person said there were over 1000 parts per million in our boiler room and that Applewood should have tested this before they left. We could have been killed or hospitalized. This company is NOT helping homeowners and should not be hired for boiler repair. The technician left me with a $44,000 estimate without explaining what he did or anything about the VERY SERIOUS issue we had. Shame on you Applewood!

We had a sump pump put in after fighting water coming into our basement for the past month. We called Golden West Plumbing and after meeting with Ben him and his crew were out and fixed the problem in one day. They are very professional workers they take pride in their work and leave the house the way they find it. Ben and his crew are awesome guy's thank you all so much.
