Overall: Phenomenal service!

Referred through Xcel's EV charger program. Filled out a questionnaire, attached more photos and provided additional information. Quick turnaround of estimate and prompt scheduling of appt. Installed 50amp circuit and wired a 40amp EV charger box in my garage. Quoted 6hrs and they finished in 3hrs. Super clean install, no damage or significant modifications required.

Techs: Fantastic. Arrived right on time. Both techs were super professional, polite and kept me informed throughout the process. Very helpful and would recommend to anyone.

Your employees are idiots who don't know safety. I was at DIA and they were doing radiation tests. A guy was standing there with caution tape but didn't caution off any of the seating even though you weren't allowed in that area. There were hundreds of people in the area including small children. I told him to tape off the area where we werent allowed due to radiation testing and he got irritated and refused. In the time he spent arguing with me he could have taped it off. Well done.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We couldn't have been more disappointed. When we first called to set up a time, I explained the issue with several gfi outlets that had suddenly stopped working. The gentleman said, no problem, I always have several in stock with me. When he showed up however, he had no notes of what the problem was and then said, I don't have any of those kind of outlets, I will have to go buy some and come back. A little concerning since we were being charged by the hour. I had to leave for work and so left my Mom to stay while he finished up. Everything seemed to be working when I got home, but the next day, the same thing had happened all over again. We called to let them know, and was asked what do you want us to do? So we set up another time to have someone come out. After leaving multiple messages with their answering service and no return phone calls, we finally got someone out to fix the problem. However, instead of tracking down what had gone wrong the first time, the tech changed the gfi outlets (in the bathroom) to regular outlets and left. We are leasing the house, so when I filled the owner in on what had taken place, he said he had been told that all new gfi outlets had been installed, which was untrue.

These guys are great. They actually showed up and did the work the work in a very timely fashion. The chandelier they hung was not working so I had to return it and they came back and hung the replacement without adding to the cost which I absolutely appreciate. It was obvious they care about the work the do and the satisfaction of the customer which is rare in the handyman world. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I conducted a pretty extensive search for a great electrician that would provide exceptional service at a reasonable price. After getting 3-4 quotes from other companies and not being able to find a company that I trusted. I reached out to Oracle and it truly was like a breath of fresh air. Hoss electric are our go-to residential electricians (and more recently our commercial electricians too). We have used this company for years as our emergency electricians (when we have need electrical repairs, electrical troubleshooting and fixing now) and our not-so-emergency electricians when we have time to plan like with our home, bathroom and kitchen remodels. And Hoss just did a fine job upgrading all of the telephone and data network electrical wiring at the customer service center where my husband works and it made my hubby look so good for referring them. These licensed electricians do all of our electrical work and home repairs and will continue to do so as long as we live here and have a say in it!
