My experience with Absolute was exceptional! After being told by another company that they couldn't get a tech to my house for a week, Absolute got a tech to my house within 2 hours. Isaac, the tech, was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had it taken care of within 90 minutes, and qouted me a very reasonable price. I'm completely satisfied with the service I received from everyone at Absolute, including Brooke, who went out of her way to get me on the schedule as quickly as possible. Dutch Creek redid my electrical panel (upgraded to 200 amp). They also installed a 220 v line for an air conditioning unit. Dependable--showed up on time both days. Professional--were very respectful of our home and kept their work areas clean. Proficient--very knowledgeable (made improvements where they could). We appreciated their work and have decided to make them our go to guys for all future electrical work.

Great Service and a Greater Price $.

We had a terrible experience with this company. They hit gas and cable line when making trench for new service. We recognize this happens. Once we had those issues fixed, we were told they’d have the inspector come and would return within a couple days to fill in the trench dividing our yard, driveway & parking. We had to call them to request the inspector be arranged over a week later and they never returned to fill the trench. After another unanswered call, my husband filled it himself. Essentially, they failed to complete the job. However, they charged the full price. When we insisted that the price be reduced because they did not complete the work quoted, Tony was rude, threatening and completely unprofessional. In trying to negotiate, the verbiage on the newly issued bill (which incidentally pre-populated an electronic signature that we did not provide for said statement) stated “By accepting this reduction in price, you agree not to criticize, defame, or leave a review on any platform about the company or its employees during or subsequent to resolved price.” Not sure if this is standard practice in this industry, but we didn’t agree to that. I advise caution if you use The Electricians. Print your statements, because each time they make a change the original is no longer available to you. And know, they may not have any unfavorable reviews, but it is not because there are no unhappy customers it’s because they’ve been bullied into silence.

I could not recommend these guys more. Charles and his team gave a fair price and worked with me and communicated through the whole process including permit issues through Boulder. I do not mean for this to be negative at all but his team did create an issue but Charles paid for the fix completely with no fuss. To me that speaks more volumes so I intend on using CT electrical for any future work that I need.

Chad has done all kinds of work on our house - from installing a sub-panel and wiring our entire basement to installing a ceiling fan. He allows us to decide what we're comfortable doing, and perform that work ourselves while he does the rest.

He's prompt, reliable, honest, works clean and he is very informative - all of that at a much better price than the giant electrical companies. I won't let anyone else touch the electrical work at my house.

I recently purchased a Richmond home and had problems getting internet service at my residence. After several appointments with CenturyLink it was brought to my attention Comcast was pre-wired to the home. Spoke with Ryan who is clearly aware of the problem that CenturyLink is having when trying to install their conduit I would have to pay $140 to have his technician come back out to my residence. It is a know fact as he stated he has met with CenturyLink and it is a two man job to get the conduit through. Because it took two of his technicians to feed the pull wire through, which still did not work ,when the Century Technician arrived he asked me to call and see if they could come out to help and show what was done. Ryan stated they are lazy and he is not going to do the job for them. The issue I have is, had they disclosed this information it would not have taken me a whole week off of work to get internet installed, had they just said go with Comcast because we have all ready pre-wired the home. Big disservice to the homeowner.
