We had Sterling as our technician. He was great!! Came the next day to detect where the leak was coming from. It only took him 5 minutes to figure it out and give me an estimate! The guys were amazing!! I will use them for any house issues or maintenance!!! Great, awesome guys!!

Absolutely a pleasure to work with Jessie, Fred, Bill and Jake were all professional and courteous and awesome. Mike, manager, reviewed the invoice and scope of work and gave us a great deal. We received texts with photos of who was showing up as well as a call in the morning from the ladies in the office telling us when they would arrive.My wife and I could not have made a better choice. We found them based on the Google guarantees and they performed beyond expectations! We will absolutely use them in the future for our electrical needs.

Austin did a great job helping me after an inspection on my house left me with a leaky toilet because the inspector smushed the wax ring and didn’t put the toilet back on correctly. Austin also did a sewer clean out and scope (Jimmy) while they were here to ensure everything was good to go for the new owners! They were respectful of my house, my time , and me! Great service!We came home from a trip on a Sunday afternoon to find a puddle under our hot water heater. We called Dr Fix-it or Ben Franklin and was treated to quality customer service by everyone from the person who answered the phone to Steve P who came to fix our water heater. I was emailed a picture of Steve before he arrived so I knew who to expect. Steve explained everything and showed me the offending parts. He went over everything he fixed and how to prevent problems in the future. The price seemed a bit high but some of that was because I had to bring my w/h up to code since my house is 25 years old. I am very pleased with the service Steve and Dr, Fix-it provided.

Andrei was friendly and professional. He gave me his honest opinion on my aging water heater. He also did a through maintenance and inspection of the unit as well as the surrounding gas lines to ensure there were no leaks. Finally he ran some quotes for a replacement unit.I would highly recommend Andrei for future work.

We hired Blue Sky to replace our worn out evaporative cooler. It was a relatively big job to remove the old unit and install a new one meeting all current code requirements. In the process we met quite a number of on-site workers and talked with several office people. EVERY person we met was a class act. They were courteous, capable, and professional. It was an exceptional experience! We would hire Blue Sky again in a heartbeat.
