Air conditioner quit working Friday evening when temps were in the upper 90s. We could not wait till Monday so i called to schedule after hours service. The after hours service fee was only $49.99 and it was waived if they were the ones that performed the work. They were able to schedule me for Saturday. Their communication was great regarding ETA. In fact, when they called to say they were on their way, but I couldn’t be there in time, they worked with me to delay a bit. The technician who arrives, Billy, was great to work with. He was professional and friendly. He walked me through everything he was doing as he was trouble shooting the issue. He was able to solve the problem by replacing a broken electrical component, and got us back up and running without an exorbitant after hours fee. I would recommend Heart and Billy for A/C repairs.

My new washer and dryer were not work and was able to get a same day appointment. The problem was fixed and the washer and dryer work. A little pricey but you get what you pay for, great service.

I was given wonderful service. Knew I needed a new furnace and they didn't try to up sell me. They thoroughly went through all my options and I know they heard my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend WireNut!

Matthew was fantastic! We had been struggling to find the source of our electrical issue and he was able to diagnose the issue & get it repaired in no time! The company was also great in getting someone out here so quickly. We will continually use Brothers from now on for all our electrical needs!

If I'm being honest, the service and communication were excellent, but the price was not worth it. I paid over $700 to have something done that took the plumber under an hour. When all was said and done I was frustrated that I didn't just do it myself because the fix was so easy. It should not have cost more than $300 at the most and I feel I overpaid. Again, the tech was excellent and this is nothing against the job he did or the company itself. Only the outrageous pricing.

They were excellent replaced heater and pipes.

Want to say thank you and to give kudos to Uli Alfaro and Ely for their great care in installing a new furnace/ water heater in my mom's house. Uli's response to the install was quick and yet took the time that everything would be perfectly in place and it met my mom's high standard of satisfaction. They were both so friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable in answering the many questions we kept asking about the install and the equipment.
I highly recommend this company for any of their services.
