Mostly good things to say. Ben arrived on time and did great work in installing some recessed lights. The project was done in 2.5 hours, but I was still charged a full rate (amounting to a little over $200/hour once you factor in supplies and actual lights). The lights look great, and the install went smooth.

I've now used them for 2 separate projects. They are not cheap, but I would say reasonable priced (flat hourly plus parts). Both times the electricians they have sent have been professional (communication, punctuality, clean up). I would use them again for electric projects.

Made an appointment with Lee for an estimate to upgrade the electrical panel......no show and no call!

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic! From the consultation all the way through completion of the project...nothing but friendly and professional! I’ve got a house built in ‘77 and Electri-Serve just helped me give the lighting a violent shove into this century! It’s beautiful, bright and I can’t wait to start another project with them! We had a new 200 Amp service installed at our new home along with some additional work adding GFCI duplex outlets, updated dimmer switches and some other work.

My technician arrived on time he also gave us a courtesy call when he arrived he went right to work he took my heater apart and he found what was wrong with it very professional told me showed me gave me directions and we found out it was going to cost pretty much about three grand to get it fixed right and a new one was only a little bit more than that so he gave us guidance we went ahead. gave exactly how much it would cost what it would cost what the finance company Greenleaf would charge and all that he was very professional it was a great experience for us thank you very much why

Chris and his team did a great job on our hot tub installation. We had to run electricity from the house to the detached garage, and they did a good job working with the existing panels we had, and got our tub up and running pretty quickly. They are extremely reliable and professional, and quoted me a very fair price for their services. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any of our electrical needs in the future. Highly recommended!

Completed the work exactly as they said they would and passed the inspection with kudoes from the inspector. They installed a 200 amp panel upgrade on the outside of the house and a 100 amp sub panel in the basement. Got several estimates and the price was very competitive. They completed the work over 2 days and the inspection was a week later. The inspector said the work was better then most he has seen. Good work, I'm happy with the results and highly recommend.

Update: 10/27/2011. Had them out for some additional work and was not disappointed.

Hired to install an electrical outlet and rewire a three-way switch. Arrived on time and clearly explained what work was done. Pricing was based on parts and labor, service and quality of work was excellent.
