Andrew worked tirelessly to make sure the project was done right. We have a very old house with nontraditional wiring, and it was definitely not an easy job. However, Andrew rose to the challenge and figured out the solution. Andrew remained cheerful and professional throughout. He was easy to communicate with, professional, and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him!

S Star Electric was a great all around experience. They were more affordable than others that came out to quote my project, and I was able to directly communicate with them via text and send photos of what my issues were or what components I had in order to get feedback. I have them saved in my phone and are now my go to electrician for my future projects, they just make it too easy. Definitely recommend.

They made a mistake booking me and were very late for my appointment time, but then did not charge me anything for fixing my doorbell. I'm okay with companies making mistakes if they take steps to fix it like Amp did. Once they arrived they were very helpful and quick. They've earned a customer despite the setback. (Tip: I recommend calling to schedule an appointment rather than emailing like I did, that seems to be the preferred/easier way to go.)

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

The experience with Williams and Sons Electric and the proposed lighting project was painless. Tim was easy to work with and allowed things to play out without pushing to make things happen. Quickly assessing the lighting issue, sketching a rough drawing of the proposed fixture layout, established project timeline and start date, in addition to the cost proposal. Tim and his son started on schedule, completed project within the established timeline with outstanding precision and level of performance. Would definitely use Williams and Sons again!

Mike and his crew were awesome. Did everything he said he would and more. House is up to code now. Answered all my questions and did a excellent job. On time and cleaned up mess. Respectful of those working from home and followed all COVID protocols. Dog liked him too.

Jared cane out earlier than expected. He found the problem right away and determined that thework was still under warrenty.

Chris Slade was a very nice person and I am happy with the electrical installations he did. However, her was not easy to contact, was slow to respond to messages, postponed the time/date, and did not seem especially knowledgeable about what seemed to be simple questions/issues.

Art is my go to electrician now for any and all electrical problems! This is the second time he’s been to my house he is respectful, hard working, and gets the job done. No ifs, ands, or butts. He has all the customer service skills I expect and is straight to the point with the issue at hand. I’m so thankful for his services and really enjoy working with him. If you want quality work and great customer service Art is your guy!

Overall, really really pleased with the work that was done. The technician also identified other areas that needed fixed sooner than later, especially for safety precautions. I will definitely use these guys again for any of my electrical needs. Outstanding.

I hired Justin back in April to work on relighting my kitchen and small dining room area. He also updated my electrical panel. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable and worked professionally. I will be hiring Justin again for further renovations in my condo and recommend him highly.

These guys run off on the job and are too high to do work correctly. Yelling and cursing at each other while working. Charging me for their mess ups and then never returning to complete work save your money. Hire a professional service that cares about you. Thanks but no thanks Eric and Raul.
