Jerad and his sister came out on a moments notice on a Saturday morning. They arrived in about 5 min after speaking with me. Came in and diagnosed the problem within a few min. 15 minutes or so later the problem was fixed for a very resonable price compared to others we called that morning. Some of his competitors wanted 3 times as much just to come out and diagnose the problem. (YIKES) We will be using H.E.L.P. Electric for all our electrical needs going forward. Thank you Jerad

Update: used Absolute again for HVAC maintenance, and Coral was fantastic.Excellent overall experience, I would not hesitate to use Absolute again or recommend them to others looking for outstanding service. The team was responsive, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Even their service team was super helpful and communicated effectively during the process. Needed to upgrade my FPE panel, Hector came out for the estimate (arrived early, which I appreciated) and patiently explained the entire process and answered all of my questions without pressuring me to use his team. Their estimate was not the lowest but ultimately felt the most trustworthy. Once we decided to go with Absolute, they got us on the schedule quickly and the team (led by Omar) was equally fantastic. The process was just as Hector had explained, everything started on time, and at the end Omar reviewed the work with me and made sure to clean up afterwards. I hope not to need electrician services again soon, but I feel like Absolute will be my go-to!

Mr Slade came out to replace my breaker panel and run 2 circuits for me. I already had the route for the 2 circuits opened up so we wouldn't have to have any additional drywall ripped out. He and his team did the full panel install and circuit installation without a hitch(aside from accidentally drilling a hole in my ceiling). I was cut some money for the ceiling and patched it myself(came out great, can't tell it was ever there). He also installed a box for the new circuit that was in the way of my outside hose spigot. Chris came back out to install a smaller box to make the spigot accessible. Although, we had those 2 hitches the rest of the process was flawless, and for each of the 2 accidents, Chris fixed them promptly and provided a fair compensation/resolution. For the total job, I went around to 8 different electricians. One of them gave me a quote for 4x what Chris had done it for, and the rest were hovering around 2x. The other electricians also were unreliable in their time of showing up. Chris showed up on the dot at the predefined time every time he came over. For the price, and the quality of work I'm very satisfied and will be using you guys again and referring you to friends and family when needed. Thank you for the good work and making things right.

Hired to paint the interior of our house and they did a horrendous job. We ended up having to repaint everything and had to spend additional money to fix things they broke/ruined. They completely forgot to paint two rooms and random walls in different rooms were left unpainted. Paint covered footprints were all over my kitchen. Every fixture is convered in paint. Not to mention that they left our front yard full of cigarette butts and pumpkin seeds. Do not hire!
