Called on a Sunday to replace a leaking 40gal water heater that was part of a 2-heater setup. They scheduled a tech to come out by 2pm the next day. Blaine Stinchcomb arrived on schedule and after a review of my setup for the dual 40's that were replaced once already about 17 years ago, and my interest in replacing both of them again we decided to go with one 75gal tank. Blaine reworked all the plumbing with new copper and valves and installed the new heater that day. He also disconnected and bridged a water softener that was in need of repair that my wife wanted to get rid of and hauled it off for me with the old water heaters. He was pleasant, professional, and did an excellent job. They are not the least expensive for the work that was done but great service is worth something too.

Our furnace decided to die on a chilly Saturday morning. No one answered my phone call except Absolute Electrical. They sent a technician within a few hours. Andrew was punctual, polite and efficient, we had heat shortly after he arrived. I enjoyed working with Matt for the most part, but when one of his employees made a mistake on a simple job, he didn’t stand by his work and I now have to pay another electrician to fix the error. I think you’ll get better customer service elsewhere.

Technician arrived as scheduled and was very polite and professional. He identified what I needed done and thoroughly explained how they would complete the work. He was unable to complete the work on this visit because I needed a special breaker to accommodate my portable generator and outlet but we agreed that when they have the part they can come out and finish the work. Since my generator is being serviced it’s not an issue. Very satisfied right now and will update after work is complete.

They were very responsive and let me know the time frame and any changes. Very professional and got the issue resolved within minutes.
