Preston did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure my system was functioning properly and to its best efficiency. He wore booties upon entering the house, informed me of all his actions and kept me apprised of what was wrong and how he fixed it. He worked quickly to get the tools and equipment he required to fix the problems I was having, Got back to the home and worked swiftly to get in and out without any issues. He set a timer on my system to not interfere daily life and I couldn’t be happier with the results of the new system in the house. My new water softener system is out the way and to code. Would highly recommend Preston from Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electric for all your appliance/ housing needs!

We had an appointment scheduled for over a week now, with a window time of 1PM-4PM (today) to have a technician diagnose our air conditioner. At 3:30 PM, I called to get an update as we received no notification, voicemail and/or call as to what the ETA was. The customer service rep reported that she would call us back with an update. Leticia called back and reported that she could schedule us for NEXT WEEK. When I asked Leticia why no one called us to report the delay, she reported that she just now found out that the technician was behind. If I could give this company no star, I would. Absolutely ridiculous and AWFUL customer service. Thank goodness for the BBB.

Johnny did an amazing job fixing my leaky shower and tub. His service was quick and quality. I recommend Brothers to others!-----------------------------------Jeff came to do my yearly furnace inspection (I'm on the yearly plan) and was quick, efficient and friendly. 1/11/19----‐------------------------------A different Jeff (than above) came for plumbing inspection. I could tell he deeply cared about doing an excellent job by how much time he took answering my questions. He used digital photos to explain and show me what was at issue. Suggested very appropriate upgrades/ fixes and even offered a slight discount. Polite, great listener, and an expert in his field.Same day scheduled HVAC inspection. Andy was my tech. He was also polite, efficient, and personable. He answered all my questions, also great listener, and offered appropriate fixes that were economic. Offered a discount cleaning my furnace as I purchased a new capacitor at the same time.Brothers is still my top go to home services company!04/07/19----‐------------------------------Adrian came to inspect my A/C HVAC and he was easy to talk to, he really listened to my questions and concerns, and he didn't speak over my head at all! It's amazing to see young talent such as him performing like they've been doing this for decades!I will keep calling on Brothers for all my P/H/E needs!09/29/22----‐------------------------------Fred inspected my furnace with his assistant. Both met my expectations for knowledgeability AND customer service!Become a Brothers VIP Member! I never change my own filters, my specialists are always prepared, just like Fred today.Without selling me at all, he described what he found with my 20 year old HVAC. An INCREDIBLY efficient and responsible company. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Top Shelf. We had a massive job that needed to be done with a complete rip-out and re-install of our Furnace. They also installed AC and upgraded our Electrical Panel. Financing was really easy and helpful and the entire process was painless. It was pleasure working with our technician John Johnson and all of AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric. During a trip out of country, our water heater of only six years decided to go on us. Having our water heater go out while being gone is one of my worst fears as a homeowner. Luckily, John was able to look at the issue within 24 hours. He provided plenty of pictures so I could see the issues myself, and we decided to replace before it got worse. After seeing the detail of the finished project it was worth every penny. It was even $1000 less than another quote we were given by a company that couldn't even be bothered to take pictures. Very happy with John's work and all the kind support staff over the phone!
