Look no further. Sasha is reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. He helped us recover from a pipe burst in January, but has since performed a number of other plumbing fixes throughout our house including a gas stove install and a water heater repair. I spoke with a dozen people prior to landing on Sasha and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Paul has completed several projects for me over the past several years. Projects range from unclogging drains, installing faucets, to installing water heaters, etc. He is so friendly and explains everything upfront. He also tells me how much it will cost before he starts the project. I highly recommend Paul the Plumber. He is the only plumber that I will use.

I've used Horizon Services every year since we bought our home in 2013, initially for a furnace repair and then for ongoing annual maintenance and inspection. The techs are always very knowledgeable, and I appreciate that. Sometimes, they have suggested minor improvements, explained in a straight-forward way with the expertise to back it up , but the techs are never pushy and I don't feel like I am being upsold or fearmongered. This year, our tech was David, and as expected he was professional, polite, and respectful of our home and our pets. After he completed his inspection we talked about his findings and the performance of my furnace; David's honesty and proficiency left me at ease and with peace of mind about the function and performance of our furnace for the coming winter.

Matthew was the best handyman we've ever had. He installed a new toilet and explained things to us as he worked. He even waited for us to go buy a new toilet when we discovered our original was cracked in the shipping box. Would highly recommend.

Our downstairs shower drain has never backed up, but it has always had an offensive odor. A contractor suggested we call Plumbline Services to check it out, so we did. Cameron used an 81 machine to snake the drain line about 5-10 feet. This did not resolve the odor issue, but it did let us know that there is no blockage to worry about. Our thanks to Plumbline Services, and specifically to Cameron for being professional, courteous and efficient. His procedure was completed quickly, and for the quoted price. He also recommended a few other inspections and tests that Plumbline can do for us if the problem continues. We are happy with their service.

Very happy customer! I was so impressed with my experience with SWAN. Their customer service providers were very friendly, responsive, and professional. Although it’s a busy time of year, they were able to get a technician out same day. The technician sent out to my home, John, arrived on time and was very professional. He walked through everything he was doing and made sure I understood what he was doing during the entire process. I was also impressed with how reasonable their prices were. I will definitely be using SWAN in the future for any HVAC needs!

Ryan is great! This company really cares about the customer. When I initially called a week ago even emergency appts were four days out, and I had a tub faucet that had a stream leak so I had to call another company that was able to come that day. Without doing anything at all they told me it was the cartridge and would cost me $680 to replace it. I felt like I was being taken advantage of as I do know that cartridges for my faucet cost on average $25 so I ordered it online. The new one didn't stop the leak so I tried Green Plumbing Solutions again and got to talk to Ryan. I explained to him what I had gone through with the other company but had originally wanted to use Green Plumbing and that I still had a major leak. It was Wednesday and I had to make an appt for Friday because they were booked solid but I wanted to use them so I was willing to wait. Ryan called me back and offered to stop by Thursday morning in between jobs to take a look and see if he could stop the leak so i wouldn't have to wait until Friday. Unfortunately it needed a different part that Ryan offered to pick up from a warehouse that was on his way from another job on Friday before my actual appt. Ryan went above and beyond to deliver awesome service! Leak is fixed and at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using Green Plumbing Solutions and Ryan for all my future plumbing needs. Capra plumbing is fantastic. These guys are very professional and personal. Can't reccomend them enough. Service and quality of work are top notch. We had a minor emergency and Dean got us back up and running in no time with great workmanship and a friendly attitude; on a Monday morning no less.
