Was called in for a simple fan repair. The installer installed a fan that is too large so the fan blades hit the vent and make a loud noise. I asked at the time about the noise and was told by the technician the ‚fans are just loud‘. I discovered this because our attempt to get the fan cover back has required extensive effort and investigation - at this point I am wondering if they were aware of this and that is why they refused to install it when asked. I would not recommend this company.

I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

Professional company, however their prices for outrageously high. I needed a vent installed for the range hood in my kitchen to exhaust the air to the outside. I recieved a quote for $600 from an independent contractor but then contact Heart for a second estimate. Theirs rang it at 3x for a whopping $1900 price tag. Due to the other great reviews I assume this company does quality work and stands behind it but if you are needing more affordable work done look elsewhere.

Very impolite driving in company pickup truck. I was up to merging speed, there was room, and he speeded up to close the space. That kind of attitude is not the sort of somebody with whom I would want to do business.

We had an emergency because half of our home went out of electricity. We were desperate since we have guests staying and we needed to have the AC window units running. Isaiah went above and beyond, it was hard to find the root of the issue but he was determined to help us, so he did it. I highly recommend Isaiah and this company, we were very please with their service.

Work was done to estimate. They did leave 3 holes in my garage dry wall that they didn't repair which seemed odd. The EV charger they installed works great and the outdoor outlet is very convenient.

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

Tim and his son David rewired our kitchen for a kitchen remodel two weeks ago. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. In fact their price was $1,000.00 less than a competitor's bid. We will be using them to finish our basement in the near future.
