He was also very thorough and efficient in the time spent competing the inspection.Lastly, the girls at the office are very helpful in scheduling and keeping me posted on when the technicians are on the way or if they are running late. I was on i76 this afternoon when this idiot that works for or is this company decided to start tailgating me for no obvious reason except for being an idiot, now noticed him when I got on the highway tailgating another vechile. If this is example of their personnel I hate to see their work. A word of advice if you're going to drive like and IDIOT DON'T DO IT IN A COMPANY VECHILE.

My experience with Tom at South Metro Electric has been poor, to say the least. He missed 3 appointments to come to my house and install the electric for our hot tub. On each occasion when we called to figure out what was going on and why he wasn't there the folks at SME chose not to answer the phone or call us back. After repeated calls and emails on each occasion we finally got a response from Tom with some other lame excuse about why he couldn't make it. His final excuse was that it's hard to commit. Hard to commit? To making an appointment and showing up for it? That's not the kind of person or place I'm interested in working with. There are a ton of good, and reliable, electricians in this town...I would recommend passing on SME and hiring someone who wants your business.
