Plumbline Services Plumber
Dylan Krikke was professional, courteous. He definitely knew what he was talking about and knows his craft well. He was able to not only provide the maintenance to my AC and HVAC but was also able to pinpoint and explain why my unit was struggling to cool and warm the house. Provided recommendations and Angie was able to schedule a consultation appointment for the very next day. Amazing team.

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Plumber
Today, Blue Sky earned my future business! I own a small apartment building and had a sewage backup in one of the units. I called a company to come out and jet my drain lines. Jetting didn't fix the problem and they sent an expert out to diagnose the issue. The expert told me I needed to replace the main drain in the building and quoted me $11,500 to start the repair. Aside from the money, this would be a huge inconvenience for my tenants as the project would start with jackhammering out the concrete floor to expose the drain line.I decided to get a second opinion. A friend of mine recommended Blue Sky and I'm really happy they did. Blue Sky sent a master plumber, LD, out to diagnose my problem and advise on how to best fix it. LD was prompt, smart, personable, and professional. He took the time to figure out my problem and explained it to me in a way that made sense. He showed me on camera that there was no way to tell if I needed to replace any pipes until the standing water was drained from them. He suggested I call the original company that jetted my drain and ask them to come out and warranty their work. I took LD's advice. When the original company came back they jetted my lines again and cleared the blockage. Once the lines were cleared they scoped them again and told me everything looked great. I asked the gentleman if he thought I needed to replace my main drain, he said, no, why would you do that? When I told him that was the recommendation of HIS company, he was upset and apologized. He told me that is what happens when they send a plumber out to check on a drain cleaner's job.Blue Sky proved to be honest, competent, professionals. They could have screwed me, but they didn't. Today, Blue Sky earned my future business.

Doctor Fix-It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Plumber
My friend saw the Dr Fix It truck in front of his widowed 64 year old neighbor. He wanted to check in on her, so he stopped in while they were inspecting her furnace. She was told by them that she needed a new furnace, the one she had couldn't be fixed. She was told it would cost $21,000, but when she looked surprised, they brought the price down to $17,500 (within 5 minutes of the first quote). So my friend advised her to tell the Dr Fix It techs to leave so he could talk to her. He advised her to get a second opinion, so a reputable, licensed HVAC expert was called. He flipped the switch back on in her electrical box, (the main reason her furnace was not starting). Then he replaced a single part that was corroded. Total cost for the visit, parts and labor? $450. Don't use Dr Fix It. They overcharge and push customers to fix or replace things that don't need it, that's why they can afford all the TV commercials!
