The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

Austin was a very smart, helpful and easy going guy. He explained things very detailed and was very honest on his opinion on options we had to choose from for the services we needed. Even after finishing the job he stuck around to answer anymore questions we had. We always go through AAA and after today it’s going to remain the same! Great job guys and great employees!

Anthony Garcia was the technician who did our repair and he was great. Our faulty water heater is located in a busy restaurant, and not only did Anthony work hard to get done quickly he did so with complete professionalism and courtesy.
