I am changing my 5 star review to a 1 star review. Home Buyer Beware! Although they have a smooth service booking process, they are not qualified to keep your house safe. The day after their tech left, our carbon monoxide detector went off and we had to evacuate the house and call Xcel. The Xcel person said there were over 1000 parts per million in our boiler room and that Applewood should have tested this before they left. We could have been killed or hospitalized. This company is NOT helping homeowners and should not be hired for boiler repair. The technician left me with a $44,000 estimate without explaining what he did or anything about the VERY SERIOUS issue we had. Shame on you Applewood!

Robert (Master Electrician) is an Amazing professional! All Electrical Systems, LLC did a fantastic job modernizing the lighting in our newly purchased home. We changed out dozen's of fixtures as well as upgrading our ceiling cans to LEDs. Additionally he expertly rewired parts of the house, as needed, and upgraded over a 150 outlets and switches! Called Casey for an elderly neighbor whose heater kept turning off. He was able to fit her in and examine the system. While it was an HVAC issue and not an electrical issue, thus it was out of his wheelhouse, he still came out a second time to put her mind at ease and re-explain this issues. We got an estimate today and have to get additional estimates before accepting. But they always do a good job and I have confidence in them. 👍 However I will say, prices have gone up.
