No showed on Wednesday came on Friday totally took advantage of my 73 year old mother. Charged 500 dollars to do a little troubleshooting and replace 2 GIF stations and a smoke detector battery. Then wanted 800-2000 dollars to run a wire to some outside lights. Total RIP OFF COMPANY RUN AWAY

Follow up was pitiful with the manager. What it ended up being was just the photo switch. The electrical company that built our house replaced it for free out of warranty. B2B

We had many questions about the new boiler system and every detail was explained to our satisfaction. After the install we still had a couple of questions about our new unit vs what we were used to and Matt Jackson came out so he could be sure to address any concerns we had in person instead of over the phone. A whole new heating system is a significant investment and Matt said he wanted to make sure we were 100% happy. We are! Our home is warm and energy efficient. Update May 2021- another excellent experience! We contacted AAARK to replace our lumpy old patio pavers with a smooth concrete surface. We are so happy with the transformation and the price. Julio, Junior and Antonio did a wonderful, professional job on the concrete work- even working around existing poles and plantings- and left the worksite spotless. At the last minute,, we decided to add some electrical outlets to the space and Jimmy made it happen. Bottom line- if you have a vision, call AAARK. They have the right people with the right experience.

They delivered as promised. Customer service and Jose, the technician and his trainee, Andrew were courteous and explained everything they did and any problems they saw. Jose answered all my questions without hesitation. We’ve been long time members and very much satisfied with our service every time.

Brandon has been super helpful with our difficult home renovation. We had a swamp cooler installed to replace an old one and it wasn’t working correctly and they have not stopped troubleshooting to get it right. There service has been impeccable each visit and Brandon has been in constant communication. There work ethic has been impressive that we hired them to redo our entire electrical panel and other electrical work and sewer lines. Joel was awesome. We called thinking we would need to make an appointment and he was at our house in 45 minutes. Joel fixed our issue in about a half hour and even fixed another minor problem at no extra charge. We will definitely be return customers should the need arise.
