My experience with Mighty Bee was overall frustrating, and as a result of their work we lost a month of solar generation because they turned it off and never turned it back on again.

The owner is hard of hearing and doesn't have a hearing aid. Every time we talked to him we needed to do it loud and then still he'd misunderstand until we explained twice more.

His diagnostic abilities are also sub-par. I'm not an electrician, but I was able to figure out what we were looking at and how to fix the issue before he did, and it took explaining the situation three times before he reluctantly agreed to do what I requested. It didn't seem like he ever believed me, but I proved to be correct.

Then they installed the wrong kind of breaker in a panel--a 50amp breaker where it was supposed to be 20amp--which is a really, really dangerous fire hazard. Luckily I noticed it and they replaced it, but that hardly inspired confidence.

During the indoor work we asked them to wear masks. The owner grumbled about the masks and made continuing snide comments about how masks don't work. Actually, they do, or you wouldn't have seen them on all medical workers for the past hundred years or so, but I digress...

Finally, after their work was complete, I discovered that one of the circuits they had modified had no power. It took another couple of days and then they came out and fixed that.

And just today we discovered that our solar wasn't generating. At all. They turned it off and left it off.

One or two of the above complaints and I would have let it slide. With this many things wrong with their visit, though, this was a disaster. Their pricing was decent for the work, but not worth the hassle and close management required to prevent serious problems.

Do not recommend.

Tim and his son exceeded our expectations. Tim called himself to provide a quote (which was far more economical than others I received). They were able to come out the week of to correct/complete the pigtailing we needed of our aluminum wiring. We will refer them to all of our friends and family and will only use them in the future.

I'd give a Zero star if that were an option. Wirenut people are a bunch of crooks. Outwardly charming and professional but told us we had a crack way back there that you probably can't see and made up a faulty claim that we had Carbon Monoxide and needed a new furnace ASAP (showed me a reading that they had doctored). Always get a second opinion when dealing with these shady characters as we had another company test and there is NO carbon monoxide and we don't need a new furnace. That just saved us 6K! Thank you Furnace World (the ethical company we will use from now on).

They did a great job with a full panel replacement plus running a line to the garage with install of a tesla charger.

I'd never go with another company after having Piper Electric at my home.

I've been working with JM Electric for years, at my primary residence and rental properties. I've known Sebastian since he was an apprentice and since then he's done lots of different jobs for me and I appreciate his communication skills and professionalism.

On, Jan. 16, 2023, The Electricians rewired the GFCI plug in our bathroom so that it would work right and they also put in a new GFCI plug....Chris L. and Sam C. were the Electricians....they were so knowledgeable, kind and polite...their customer service was above and beyond...they arrived on time and their high quality work was completed so quickly....The Electricians Company scheduled our appt. for the next day....We sent them an email explaining the electrical work we needed done....our email was replied to just a few hours later that same day....what above and beyond customer service this company gives to its' customers as well as potential customers...Chris and Sam truly showed they enjoyed their job and working for The Electricians.....how wonderful that is for a customer and potential customer to be able to see from employees of a company.......we will definitely refer our friends and family to The Electricians and we will definitely always use The Electricians for all our electrical issues...an Awesome experience from beginning to end we had with 'The Electricians ....John and Pam O'Neil...

Do not use this company for your sprinkler servicing. They came out for an estimate. They charged us $2000 for repairs and two weeks later the sprinkler system failed again. When I called, they said they were booked one month out. If they truly stand behind their quality of work, then they should send someone out much sooner than that. Moreover, when I said this to the receptionist who did the scheduling, she said something like ok, goodbye and ended the call. UPDATE: On July 3 I received a response stating the trust this has been resolved. It has not. Today is July 6, and the technician who was scheduled to come out did not show up. This company completely unreliable after they receive your payment.

These guys are awesome. They were able to come and fix my electrical problems ASAP even with 2 feet of snow on the ground. Very professional and a fair price. We are using them for all electrical work going forward.

Everything went smoothly. They were careful, they cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly!

Chad was very helpful with installing an outlet for a dishwasher downstairs. Will definitely use him again for any electrical needs!

Employees of this business engage in sheer thuggery, misogyny, and violence. Trust that no one of any decency and class should patronize this business.

I ordered a houseful of Elite LED lights on Courtesy Electric's recommendation when I purchased a NEW Shea Home in the Back Country. These LED lights where supposed to last 23 years and after 2.5 years 9 of them went out. Elite has a warranty I called Courtesy about however they said I had to take this matter up with the Developer even though the lights were purchased by Courtesy Electric. Now I'm stuck with a house full of non-working lights. I'm frustrated because they did NOT take responsibility on this?
