I contacted Electri-serve to replace my service panel and they sent Mr. Kessinger to give me a quote. Mr. Kessinger was professional and knowledgeable and gave me a great price. I then email Mr Kessinger on 5/21 saying I'd like to hire them he responded on 5/21 saying Stacey will get with you to schedule a date for the work. Today is now 7/24 and I never heard a peep from the companies scheduler Stacey so I hired JW electric and paid the extra 300 for a company that will actually contact you back and schedule a date to preform the work you are trying go hire them for. In the future I will not even waste my time with Electri-serve if they can not even be bothered to contact a customer that is trying to pay them for a service they say they do. Do not waste your time

Working with Matt and his crew is always a pleasure. I have used them a couple of times with always great results. Very nice guy and always wants to clarify what actually needs to be fixed. Even told me that nothing needed to be done, when he could have easily charged for more work. Highly recommend.

Justin did a great job installing a bathroom light fixture. He was on time, polite, professional, and he really knows his stuff. Because we were in his service area there was no trip charge. He wrote up an estimate and was able to do the work immediately. After the fixture was installed he made sure to clean up after himself.

We're very pleased with the work and we're looking forward to working with Justin and his company in the future.

We very recently had issues with our furnace. We had no heat. We called several companies, who were either not able to come on a weekend or who would charge hundreds of dollars just to come out and look at it. (Because it was weekend/after hours). I called Applewood Saturday morning and they had someone come out Saturday afternoon to look at it. She assured me the trip charge is always $29, and if we got work done, that charge would roll into the work. That is Amazing! One company was going to charge $380 just to come out on a weekend.Jeremy Hobbs was the tech that came to our house. I appreciated the phone calls letting me know he was on his way, as well as the email and text with his picture and bio. Jeremy was very pleasant to deal with and talk to. He very quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the part we needed was not on his truck. He assured us he would try to find the part the next day, and if he found it he would be there to install. Sure enough he called on Sunday. He found the part and was at our house that afternoon to get our heat back on.I am super happy with the customer care we received and with our service tech Jeremy. I will absolutely use Applewood for all of our future needs and recommend them to anyone who needs any service they provide.Thank You!

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with LME. They were responsive, professional, kind and diligent in all their work. Nathan was a great partner getting us a quote and Austin and his team, who executed the work, were communicative and a true pleasure to work with. After a ton of research I feel like we got the most honest quote from LME. They were fairly priced for a full days work (6 jobs in one visit)! Would highly recommend.

Riley and Tyler were the technicians that worked on the electrical for the installation of our new electric hot water tank and they couldn't have been more personable. Everything they did was explained to us and the work was done in a timely manner. Jill, with whom we worked with in their front office, was very helpful and responsive as well. Highly recommend.

Had Brian come out and repair some old outlets and wiring, and he did a phenomenal job!. Very quick as well! Will be having him come out and install new light fixtures in our closet. 100% recommend!!

I don't think I could of possibly went with a less professional company or qualified. If I could have rated 0 stars that is what I would definitely have chosen. What kind of electrical company doesn't have licensed electricians? It was impossible to get through to someone in their office when they didn't show up. Finally I got through and they sent out a young kid. I asked him for his license verification and he said he didn't have one but had been doing work for two years. He left black hand prints all over my walls, left holes in my walls. Some I'm not even sure why he cut them in the first place? He was on his phone the entire time, possibly trying to learn what to do. It was pretty obvious he didn't have professional training or know how. He installed switches and receptacles with obviously used ones when I was charged for new. I called and requested for them to send a licensed electrician but they rudely said they didn't have one available. Im pretty sure electricians are all supposed to be licensed. I ended up having another electrical company come out. (Wish I would have went with the other in the first place). Found out the work the kid did wasn't even up to code. So I had to have it redone. Plus get my walls patched up and scrub off the black marks, along with cleaning up the mess from where he did work. My three way switches were working on one side but not the other. It ended up costing me a lot when all said and done. How Maxx Tech is still in business is beyond me if this is how they provide service.

Not a safe company. We purchased a Shea home 6.5 years ago. Courtesy did the electrical. Not only did they do a horrible, lazy job, but they created several safety issues. They mislabeled our breaker box. When I asked them to come label it appropriately so we can safely work on our house, the electrician said “that’s your job”. There are several switch boxes in our house that have multiple breakers running to them. This is incredibly unsafe. Thankfully we have enough knowledge of electrical to work around this incompetence. If you are looking to hire an electrician, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. It will save you multiple future headaches!
