I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

MKE does not stand behind their work. When an inspection failed they refused to make good and replace a GFCI. They still owe me $50.

Cost me 200 dollars to have a switch replaced. My fault for not asking about their pricing before they came out. Took less than 10 minutes. Their minimum service charge is a lot more than other places. A friend of mine recommended them and I figured he wouldnt recommend a place that would rip me off. I was wrong. Called another company (after the fact unfortunately) and their basic service trip charge is 90 dollars. The standard is 90-100 and these crooks charge twice that. Use at your own risk.

Chris Slade was a very nice person and I am happy with the electrical installations he did. However, her was not easy to contact, was slow to respond to messages, postponed the time/date, and did not seem especially knowledgeable about what seemed to be simple questions/issues.

It was a difficult job and Roman was terrific. I was pleased with the outcome and definitely would use the Company for my future electrical needs.

After la downed power line ‘cause power surge s yo my home leaving a burning smell in my house Piper Electric was able to get Enrique out to check my whole house for any safety concerns and to investigate why certain appliances would not work.. Rich also helped me ti check done things on my own . With my AC out I really appreciated them. It’s trying ti help with a difficult situation

I had an electrical emergency at 8pm on a Friday night as I was preparing for an upcoming event the next day at my house.

I reached out to several 24 hr electricians and either spoke to an answering service or had to leave a message. After waiting for a return call for about an hour I called Interstate Electric and Solar who answered on my first call.

I was told Justin would be out within the hour. Sure enough Justin was at my door within the hour and fixed my issue diagnosing that a wire came free in a switch. I also asked him to repair an outlet that had been broken by my kids, he did that in a minute.

When I asked what the damage was he explained it would be $230 for everything which included their $79 after hours charge. He informed me that as the company owner while he has 5 techs he generally takes the after hours calls himself as a service to his customers.

As a side note not only did Justin come out to do the work promptly and efficiently, I received a call from another service after my Saturday event and am still waiting (on Monday) for calls back from the other service providers.

I’d recommend Justin and Interstate to anyone and in fact have passed his information on to three people since Friday night.

My house was built in the 1940’s and can not handle the electrical needs currently. This company came in and was professional and very time efficient. I spoke to the owner and he was professional and transparent regarding the repair and upgrades needed. Services were completed in the time frame quoted and the quoted price was accurate. I will be returning for all future electrical services and repairs. I highly recommend to anyone who needs honest, good, quality work.

Part of my electricity went out at 6:30 in the morning. I called 5 different electricians and left messages. Kory called me back soon after and set up an appointment for the afternoon. He came on time and diagnosed my problem (1 of my phases was out). With a little help he found the spot on my 300ft driveway and dug into the hard ground. My line had a hole and the aluminum was corroded. At 8 pm Kory drove to the store to get supplies and by 10 pm my electricity was back on. Kory was professional and worked efficiently. Anybody else would have left long before that and finished the job later. Not Kory. He showed compassion for my situation and pride in his work. He truly was a godsent.

I would recommend Lujan Electrical to anyone who needs an electrician. They are a family owned business who are kind and professional. They always were there in emergency situations during our construction. I would not use anyone else they have made the process stress free for me during a stressful remodel.

We had a complicated hot water heater situation that Michael B was working on….challenging and difficult…he did exceptionally well. We had Steven B. Finish up. Everyone involved in this business was highly professional. Communication was outstanding!

I had a power outage at my bakery and during my panic with a shop full of coolers warming up a customer gave me Bryan's number at Energy By Design. He returned my call within a few minutes and actually diagnosed my situation over the phone. A hobo had flipped the switch of our main breaker box located in our alley. He was able to describe what I needed to find and what I should do without coming to my shop and charging me a trip fee. Such incredible customer service. THANKS Bryan!
