I made arrangements to have these guys come out and take a look at our wiring and give us an estimate on what it would take to do (I waited 3 weeks for the appointment just to have them come take a look). He gave me a ballpark verbally and then, his name being Jeff, said he would be sending me a formal estimate and their scheduling person would be in touch. I called and did a follow up with them 2 weeks after they said they'd be sending me estimates/scheduling arrangements, and got a so sorry, we've been busy I'll try to get this over to you today.. that was nearly two weeks ago. I sent an inquiry through the website as a final hey, giving you every opportunity here kind of thing as I am just sick and tired of contractors wasting my time for appointments that they do not follow up on, and still nada. So here you go guys, the review you deserve.

Wirenut did work in my house summer 2011. Spring 2012 there was a problem. Wirenut came out and repaired the problem at no charge to me. The work was quite extensive because it wasn't done right the first time. I appreciated that they fixed it.

He did a great job checking the current plumbing. Richard P is knowledgeable, professional and very nice. They contacted me for the accurate arrival window as well.

The tech, Ashton, came and got my toilet flushing again after a guest had dropped some foreign object into it. He did it quickly and efficiently. Very appreciative of the great service. Thanks Ashton!

When our water heater went out and we decided to consider tankless, Tipping Hat representative came out within 2 hours and educated us on the matter. They also provided insight on the brands of high efficiency tank water heaters to consider. We elected a tank water heater and installed it ourselves. Golden West Plumbing was quick to respond accommodating us with immediate assistance. They worked amazingly with our availability and arrived on time. Rick was our service tech and was quick to diagnose the issue at hand and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided different options in terms of what it cost to fix the issue and mentioned they have a membership plan that helps reduce the cost for current issue and any other future issues that arise. Needless to say I went the membership not just because it made everything cheaper but because I finally found a plumbing company that I love and will continue to do business with!
