Best Safety Electrical Inspection in Dallas TX

They installed new circuit breakers and my oven.
They were the most curtious, knowledgable, detailed and reasonable electricians I have ever used. Their attention to detail even with my garage drywall was impeccable. I will never use anyone else!!!

Did a great job fixing our electrical problem. They immediately knew what the problem was, and had it corrected in the same amount of time it took a previous electrician just to look at it. You can definitely tell they are good at what they do. The price was better than our other quotes as well. The electrician Noel was very nice initially. I had trouble with the work from the very beginning. He had to come back out since the electrical outlet wasn’t working right since the start.I had him come back recently to help troubleshoot again when it was having trouble and he quoted me one prices. He arrived and spend very little time here and then told me the price would be DOUBLE what he initially quoted!The reason he gave was that he arrived “after-hours” and has to charge more because of that… even though he was initially supposed to arrive closer to 3:30-4pm. He got caught up at another job and arrived later around 6:30pm. I didn’t mind him coming later, but it is NOT RIGHT to change your initial quote because you arrive later than expected.I am extremely disappointed and refuse to work with dishonest people and companies. Please honor your word and don’t try to cheat your customers!

Customer service rs A+! We were installing a new furnace and were told that there was a short in a component because the breaker kept flipping. Referred us to Electricians of Dallas. Called the office and the owner, Vince Shapton called back within the hour. I explained the situation and he told me he was on the way but had a little more left to do on his current project. Less than 30 minutes later he texted to let me know he was in front of my house. He had an assistant with him and they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. He made some changes and asked me for the phone number to our HVAC repairman. Called him, explained what he found and told him what to do.. the whole time they were both professional and explained everything to us as they worked. After all that, we asked for an invoice and he said NO CHARGE…he made a diagnosis and he wouldn’t charge for that. He switched some things around on the panel but he wouldn’t charge us. We were impressed with his knowledge and INTEGRITY.. we will use him in the future and I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need. Our call was last minute but he didn’t rush through but made sure we understood the details of what he was doing. I am offering this review because my husband and I felt comfortable with his skills before he refused to charge us. Please consider using his services the next ime you need electrical work. Both men were very courteous and extremely personable….actually enjoyed talking to them as much as w were dreading an additional expense. Thanks for your time.

I have used them for multiple services. Chandler Electric Service has installed can lights throughout my home, outdoor lights, smart switches, if it's electric they have done it for me. They are courteous, on time and always get the job done!

Had a great experience with Daniel from Mister Sparky. Showed up on time, was extremely kind and courteous, and did a great job with the several repairs I needed. He was also very honest about what items were most important to get repaired and did not push unnecessary work. Overall a great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer for any future needs.

Gary is a great electrician and craftsman. Gary just completed a lengthy project for me, and never once did I have to face any issues for him. He is definitely not the typical contractor that tries to rush through the job just to finish and get paid. I always knew that everything was getting done the way it should be and he truly cares how everything looks. We will certainly work with Gary again when we are ready for the next electrical work. I would without hesitation, refer him to clients, family, and friends.

Todd and all the electricians we interacted with were professional, and extremely customer service focused. They were patient and thorough in solving a weird electrical issue that we were having. They were great communicators. They definitely went above and beyond! Amazing service!!!

Was told id be an apprentice, got my fair share of daily heat exhaustion and PVC glue fumes to match. You cant feed a family on 12 an hour. Albeit a decent company though.
