Absolutely top notch service as always, Shane was an elite, extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, considerate, and kind Tech.They checked in with me to take advantage of my maintenance allowance and got someone to my place same day, almost within an hour - EXACTLY getting here when they said they would and giving me a heads up in advance when they where on their way, that’s how you do business (many big name companies should take notes). Further, they keep a detailed track record of my equipment’s condition, which is super helpful for future visits, and email me a detailed status report of the job upon completion. Also they stayed most of the day to get the job done right, detailed care was performed from every small to big task.Side note, this was the same experience with a different Tech that came out last year, as well as the awesome staff that check in with you.When I need an expensive replacement done in the future, or any job, this is who I’ll be calling! Outstanding company providing service that goes above and beyond expectations. Their technician David is so thorough when he comes out to do our semi-annual spring and fall maintenance services. We couldn’t be happier with the heat pump system installed two years ago. Our electric bill dropped by 30% summer and winter. Great people to do business with.

David Salmeron was my technician during this visit. He was prompt and personable. He got right to work and, he tweaked my heater so that it would operate more efficiently. I have been using Extreme Air Services for many years. I have always found them to do excellent work at a reasonable price.

To: Extreme Air Services, please don't send us the link to leave a review when you haven't fully fixed all the issues first. We have been very patient and been understanding but enough is enough!My family and I hired this company to have a brand new A/C unit installed. New installation of unit, new vents, new everything basically. It has been such a headache! Close to $20,000 later and we have had lots of issues with not being set correctly and not cooling one room and one bathroom in the house. The sales rep promises you things that the technicians won't install unless they have approval. That was taken care of. Then they send the lazy employees for the technician to deal with, they leaned and slept on the sewer pipe, they punctured a hole into the sewer line, they came to fix it. Other things have happened, not worth stating everything. Keep in mind every time they schedule to come out, then end up rescheduling because they are too busy to fix the issues. Have had an appointment for two days to fix the vent issue and not cooling correctly in those two rooms, the appointment was today Friday 5.12.23 and they rescheduled for Tuesday. WHY?? Why would you do that? There is one elderly person living in the house, and one disabled person living in the house. We are very understanding people, but it feels like well since you have been paid, you just leave us on the back burner. Please fix the Issues, this is gone on way too long. I am willing to change my review when all the issues are taken care of.

Great experience from start to finish. Two Xtreme Air Services representatives came by our house to check the a/c system. Our current unit is outdated and due to a few recent issues, needs replacement. The team walked us through the process, offered professional opinions, and answered all questions above and beyond. We are very grateful to Robert, Colt, and the entire team over at Xtreme Air Services. They are friendly, professional, and represent the company well. I first used Xtreme for my central air unit, they did an amazing job and the estimate was as discussed and better than expected. So because of the service and trust I have with the company and the quality of work, I will be getting my two water heaters replaced. Again the price was great and the speed of getting the service scheduled was great, they install everything Thursday! Will not do business with anyone else for any of the services they offer!!!!! A+++

HVAC is a headache, especially if you need something fast. Xtreme Air stepped up when it seemed like other companies couldn't be bothered. I had an odd-ball project at my house bid out to four different companies, and even during the bid process Xtreme Air Services had the best communication and customer service by a mile. Josh was really responsive and knowledgeable, and seemed to know what we needed for the project. When it came down to it, their price was also hard to beat, so it was a no-brainer picking them for the project.The install went really smoothly also. Josh and the team bent over backward to make it happen ASAP, they sent a big team to get it done fast, and they sent technicians the next day to check everything was perfect and answer any more questions. The team they sent was experienced, and seemed to genuinely care if things went well and we weren't inconvenienced.

Xtreme air is the best of all the A/C services we have used. We called and they were out the next day. Matt, our technician, was knowledgeable, thorough and able to diagnose a problem with our system that other companies have not been able to do. And it didn’t mean we had to buy a whole new system that two other companies recommended. Xtreme is our go-to service from now on!

From initial contact to installation, all employees were courteous, knowledgeable and qualified technicians. Sales Reps, Josh and Nick, were very informative in helping me decide to purchase a new Trane system. Installation occurred the next day after purchase. Installers Mike and his crew worked hard all day installing the new unit and complete replacement of the outdated duct work. Final inspection was made by Robert Thompson, who was also very courteous and answered any final questions and concerns I had. Overall experience was quite positive. I highly recommend Extreme Air Services for replacement or service of your air conditioning system, or any other of the many services they offer, such as plumbing, electrical, etc. Finally we look forward to being comfortable this summer and next winter and beyond.

From start to finish this company has been nothing but unresponsive, and unprofessional. Initial install of the replacement unit was a mess, installed a damaged unit inside, and claimed it came from the factory that way. Tech stained our carpet, was promised filters and free maintenance which was never delivered.Compressor failed a few months back, was still under warranty, and yet still cost over $2000 to repair with a warranty! And now the system has quit working yet again. Tech says that there is a clogged filter inside the system?! Well I was not the one that opened up that system to work on it, so sounds like the previous tech introduced debris into the system that has now caused it to fail. And of course they were more than willing to quote me over $16k for a new system when I just want the one I have to work.4 days later and we still have nothing, no air, 80 degrees in the house and we have to beg them for any updates at all.Pass on their cheap prices, find one that will actually respond to calls as promised. I will not do business with them going forward, and from this experience, I also will no longer ever consider a TRANE system.

Shane was the best! He literally re-wired our unit completely while explaining how every component works, what the different leds and alerts meant, what the cause of our issue was, and gave us maintenance tips along with things we good do to improve and protect our unit. It was literally a master class on top of outstanding service. This company is highly recommended!

Xtreme Air installed a new A/C system for me. The installers worked from morning until 8:30 that night. Everyone that was involved were extremely professional as well a very nice and polite. I am very happy that this was done in one day . And the office texted the name and face of the main installer. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any service that Xtreme Air provides. I feel as my problem was missed diagnosedDid not get a good response from installer management. System would not work after installation of new parts . Found bad flow switch. There was some disagreements between Tech/Installer. System worked after replacing the flow control switch. I was told they were installing a new thermostat and still have not received. It’s a week afterward now.The installer departed without telling me know or talking to me. Matt and Tim came over.

You want honest, respectful, and responsive... this is the company you need to hire!Xtreme came out and quoted me for a new HVAC unit for a trane system. Given what they offered, the excellet work, and easy financing; made it smooth to go with them.Colt made it easy and glad to work with a Christian company.They came out on a Monday for a quote and a Wednesday for an install. The techs were highly-qualified/ professional. These techs worked hard, swift, in-sync and with care. Michael and his team did an excellent job.Whats i am seeing is excellent work and i am highly satisfied. And extremely happy on how the new system ran upon being tested. I was very excited to feel how quickly the sytem cooled the house and then how quickly it warmed up the house.The sytem is running very smooth!

They came out today to perform summer maintenance the Tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner that was plain easy to understand. Have used them several time and now that I know they do plumbing I will be calling them the next time I have any plumbing issues. Xtream Air and excellent company.

Excellent company providing service that goes above and beyond expectations. Removed air handler from attic relocated to first floor and built a closet around the air handler. Added an air diverter to allow more air flow to a bedroom that was not receiving enough air or heat. Sealed up and dry walled old vents. Excellent job and highly recommend!

Ray Sims was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He checked everything, explained all the readings, changed the filter and washed the outside unit. All set for summer

Have not had the hvac unit installed yet but probably will soon. The gentleman, Colt, was professional, very knowledgeable, and patient with me. It is a Christian based company and a family business and I appreciate that! The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because it hasn't been installed yet.

We had them install a complete a/c , heating unit 4 1/2 yrs. They have been here at lease 15 x’s for veriouse problems . They are super good on service when showing up. But resolving the issues .

They came out same day of call and quickly found the problem and made the repairs. Juan was very respectful and kind. I highly recommend him and Extreme Air.

HVAC bought less than 3 month has not performed as intended.I kept calling 2 to 3 times each month to complain about poor heating of my home.Respond time for technician to come to troubleshoot is good but problem not solved.

I requested & paid for a coil almost a year ago. I was told the coil was not in stock. When the system was rebuilt with another coil, the heating system was not reconnected requiring a second call & another day from my work. Disappointed describes my experience.

The Tech was a great help but was supposed to email me a bid for the anticipated work to be done. I still have not received it.

The tech they sent me didn't seem knowledgeable. During his diagnostic evaluation he arc two part together and they blew up. And one was an ac capacitor. It was leaking everywhere, he told me it was acid. They're oil filled capacitors.He charged me for the parts he blew during his diagnostic and $500 for an ac capacitor which should be around $20 to $50.Plus when I called to give my feedback on the situation about the incompetent tech, the lady on the phone argued with me about my complaint. As if I'm not allowed to give my feedback.They sent another tech to check the work of the first guy. And this tech told me capacitors don't hold charges. Wait what?James the manager seemed nice and pleasant. But still awaiting for his resolution. Will update once I've talked to him.In the end.... I paid the price for using them.

Colt was here to evaluate my room for mini split. He had great and expert information. Very professional.

The best HVAC and plumbing technicians. We have an annual maintenance plan for our HVAC for over a year now. Today our tankless water heater decided to give us an error code and one of their master plumbers, Eugene Johnson, was the nicest human and walked us through how to to fix our issue (we are a handy family). We are so grateful and this is why Xtreme Air has our loyalty and business.

Really more of a 2.5 stars rather than 3. Service was great. The service technician, Robert, was great and figured out the problem with the ac unit quickly. The service visit price was great but the cost of the part was ridiculous. My unit has a bad capacitor and the technician told me that the part and install was $450. I knew nothing about this part so I said fine, switch it out. As he was doing the install (took maybe 10 minutes) I looked up the part in my phone. Saw the exact same part for $60 with next day delivery. Even considering the install work, the up charge on it is Xtreme. It really is a shame. The people in the phone and the technician were great but I will have to think twice before calling them again for a repair. Maybe just call them for the diagnostic visit only and get the part myself next time? Or maybe they should charge a bit more for the initial service/diagnostic visit and ease up on the price gouging for the parts.

Today it’s 10 degrees outside and the heater wasn’t working. Matt and his helper had the heater working in no time. The problem was the settings were wrong but I didn’t know it. Matt explained to me how and why settings work for the efficiency of the unit.I felt stupid for not knowing that. Matt is a great asset to Xtreme and a great service provider for your customers.

We could not have gone with a better company. The technicians sent out to install our new ac unit were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Affordable financing was a huge bonus and their no pressure consult was assuring. We will definitely be using this company again anytime we need ac assistance.

It's 38 degrees outside as I write this and its a cozy 68 degrees where I'm sitting due to my new system. It was installed yesterday by the team that anyone would wish for when having someone show up to work at your house. They were on time, polite, professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything I needed to know bout the system. Justin and Dakota were the installers and they were meticulous.Everything was carefully removed, replaced and tested right down the check list to make sure it was done correctly. They went through and made adjustments to the options and settings as per the request of my wife and me, and they even programmed the thermostat to my wife's preferences, and it took them all of about a minute or so to do it. The thermostat was easy to use and intuitive.It's also worth mentioning...a lot of businesses use the adage leave it cleaner than you found it but these guys made it a serious part of their process.They brought in more tarps to protect the floor than Davinci had when he did the Sistine chapel. Every piece of equipment or doorknob or anything else they touched or came near was wiped down or swept clean before they left. There was not a single piece of wire insulation, or a discarded screw, or piece of cardboard or packing foam left anywhere. I mean...these guys are meticulous.They did a beautiful job and I can tell the difference in how everything runs. It's quiet, it's more efficient and I'm saving about a quarter of the electricity having just upgraded my old system to this two-ton 14 SEER system.Again, the installers are Justin and Dakota and our sales rep is Chad. It's going to be quite a while before I may ever need another AC system installed, but if I do, I hope they're still around, because I will request them. Awesome install, Xtreme Air Services!

Juan Rangel was our technician and he is very professional, he is an expert in his field, and he communicates in terms where you can totally understand.

I called on a Monday morning for someone to come out to give me an estimate. That same afternoon the sales guy came out. I can't say how many times I had previously been talked down to as a female from sales people coming into our home for repairs or upgrades. They would mansplain the work to me like my little female brain just couldn't understand. If my husband was with me other sales guys totally avoid looking at the me because I guess they think men are the only ones who can make a decision.I put sales guy in quotes because Colt (the great sales guy) is the total opposite of the majority of sales guys giving me prices. He spoke to both my mom and I with 100% respect. None of the Well Ma'am when will your husband be home so we can lock the contract in. Absolutely no high pressure used car sales techniques. If he had he would have been thrown out of the house and we NEVER would have signed, especially the same day.He treated us like old friends, I can't remember a time when a sales guy had us laughing and joking like we were hanging out having a cold one around the fire.Beyond the sales part the install crew were fantastic. Polite, cleaned up after themselves and did fantastic work.I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to have Colt as your sales rep tell him hi from us. He truly is the reason we didn't get any other quotes (I actually cancelled my two other estimates which I have never done.) Before you ask no one in our family knew Colt before Monday but if his wife and him lived by I could see us being friends because that is how he treated my husband, my mom and myself.Great work, great company and great employees. You just can't go wrong.

Loved these guys!First impression: very bad. The original guy who came out to give me a bid never introduced himself and honest to God he was running all over my house like a madman. He was in and out within maybe fifteen minutes- didn’t do any measurements and didn’t even explain anything to me or give me my options. Gave me a very quick estimate and left. (Turns out, he said I needed a 5ton, and we only actually need a 3ton.)A couple hours later, I actually received a phone call from Eddy, THE OWNER, asking me how my experience was. I was honest. Not only did he tell me the price quote I received was higher than what he would expect, but he asked if he could send out someone new to give me a better experience.Within the next two hours, Nick and Jake (the service manager) were in my house doing a very thorough walk-through and explaining everything to me. Nick emailed me every single estimate so I could look them all over, after running through them all with me. He also told me if I had any questions later on (or if I wanted him to re-explain everything to my husband when he got home), that I could call or text him.Their business cards have their personal cell phone numbers, as well as Eddy’s (the owner). Amazing.No, we didn’t end up using them for financial reasons, but I really wish we could have! I was very, very impressed with them (the second time around).

Really good experience all throughout the process. I signed up for a tune up through Lowe’s. Xtreme Air Services called two days later to set up the appointment. The company sent a couple reminder texts and emails a day or so before the appointment. On the day of they called to give me a timeframe of the techs arrival. I even got a text and email with a picture of my tech and his service rating (which was a 4.9 out of 5). His name was David S.The tech was friendly yet professional. He went right to work and explained everything he was doing as he did it. Asked us if we wanted to learn a little more about what he was doing and went a little more in depth. He found some issues that weren’t necessarily urgent, asked if we wanted to go ahead and fix them now or wait until it was actually a need. He wasn’t pushy about adding on services or charges. Just told us what he could offer and let us decide.He found some other issues in terms of our insulation around the attic door. The attic doorway was reading 85 degrees which was probably affecting our thermostat nearby. Gave us some ideas and pointers for fixing it. He stuck around until he determined all was well.

Great service. Their technician knew more about my ac layout than I did and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue of a leak from my attic unit into one of our bedrooms. Great job and along with a check of the ac system it took around an hour.

Colt arrived on time and check our old AC, he calculated the system requirement best to fit our need for installing a new AV. He is knowledgeable and professional. Answered our questions and was pleasant to talk to. Eventually we came to an agreement to sign a contract to install a new AC. I felt confident to this company and him and looking forward to having a new AC that would work well. Thanks Colt.

My wife and I noticed our air conditioner was not cooling the house as efficiently as it has been. We have a very old AC system. Our technician David took a look at our system and was able to diagnose the issue. Stress-free interaction. David got to work immediately and explained the situation clearly. Our best option will probably be to replace our current system with a new one. That decision is made easier with trust worthy/competent technicians such as David and the rest over at Xtreme helping you out!

Was having burn smells And smoking fumes coming from my heater. Had to turn heater off due to fumes!! And could not breath well and opened all my wi down and doors for fumes to go away! I do believe carbon monoxide was building up!! So I called to have my heater checked out!Yes

In 102° weather and with a new unit Xtreme installed 4-5 months ago I was hearing a whining noise and seeing vibration.After a few days of hearing this, I called and explained my concerns around 9:30 am.Information taken. With the incredible heatwave and customers call for repairs and replacement, I thought it would be several days to have a technician come to my house.I was told they would have their tech scheduled for same day, in the afternoon.I was pleased when they did my Trane installation.Today I am very impressed with the concern expressed to me. The technician found loose connectors, checked everything inside and outside. Made ajustments and measured pressures on everything.Outstanding customer service and response and corrective measures done.This company is really responsive and explanatory in what they sell and service.Their service tech's all know what they're doing.A complete and full recommendation!They really do what they say they will do.Am a very pleased and happy customer.

Had Extreme Air Services come out to check if system is operating properly. (They were not the original installers) . AC manufacturer suggested this company to come out to check things out.. Was satisfied and hope future repairs with the company goes as smoothly.update: after repeated requests for a receipt and a detailed report extreme air services has not replied with the request for the report.2nd update: Even after response from owner. Still no receipt and requested report.3rd update. had Jake call me to resolve this issue. Will try to resolve this issue upcoming spring pre summer. issue is now recorded in their system to come out next season.

I liked the idea that the maintenance tech sent his company picture, so i knew who was actually coming into my home. I liked the call ahead of the scheduled appointment.

they will send a coupon with low price (bait). will give the recommendations that are overpriced. In my case we did agree to a price and after the work, I was charged more saying the company did not agree to what the contractor committed to me. I can send the service person back without the addl. ripoff they did to me, but I felt the price for their coupon is too cheap and i should give some business to them and got ripped. For a personality like me, I should avoid these coupons maybe next time onwards and go with online mobile app services where the price is worked based on hours they work or a fixed price :)

My dad and I were blown away with the professionalism, very competitive services, and honesty of this company. Our A/C went down during this hot Texas summer and we either couldn't get anybody out in a reasonable time frame or the pricing was very steep even for just an estimate. With Xtreme Air Services, the service call charge was very reasonable and was even credited to the account once we decided to use them. Scott was very knowledgeable and very honest, explaining every step of what they needed to do and what was actually wrong with the unit. Because they couldn't do the actual repair that day, they even topped off our freon for free so we could at least have working A/C until they could come out! If you are looking for a reasonable, honest company with great customer service don't go to Milestone Electric or anybody else, use Xtreme Air Services! We highly recommend and are very pleased with their services, will definitely use them again!

They gave me a good idea and offers that I can choose better options. The salesman was friendly and suggested their products then they can do or not. It is clear, reasonable, and honest. By the way estimates are very good price level. Other companies could not match easily

Service was professional and courteous BUT repairs were still VERY EXPENSIVE for a system under warranty. $2k - YIKES?!?!

David S and his son Daniel S did a very thorough A/C repair and a very thorough bi-yearly inspection of 3 units. They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable, pertaining to HVAC. If Daniel has hired on as an apprentice, I would certainly hire him permanently with ongoing experience because he is a very courteous and respectful young man. David was very helpful in explaining any issues. They were pretty good people, all in all.

Mr. Anthony was very friendly and professional when he arrived and extremely detailed during the servicing of our air conditioner. The technicians at Xtreme Air Services always provide excellent service. We are definitely pleased.

Todd was very professional. It was hot, but he did not slow down. He didn't try to pressure sell us into anything, or tell us 100 things were wrong that weren't. I worked in HVAC for 9 years. I have spent over $27,000.00 to replace my A/C unit and replace my plumbing in my house and I have had issues with my plumbing and A/C unit! And was told they would not schedule someone to come out until they collected $2,000.00 that I haven’t paid because they have not fixed the leaking NEW PLUMBING THEY INSTALLED AND THE A/c unit is not working properly!!!! And then told there was no owner or manager available!!!! Mind you I have already paid $27,000.00 and nothing has been corrected that was a problem for almost a year now!!!! Unbelievable!!

We noticed that our house was very humid and called to get the issue diagnose and resolved. A technician was able to come within a day and he was quick to review our system and identify the issue. He also provide advice on fixing it and maintaining a good comfort level. Pricing was very fair and we are happy with the price charges. Thank you for such a wonderful job! We will definitely be calling them again for regular maintenance or issues.

I have a preventative maintenance package with Xtreme, and I have been very pleased. Cory was terrific. He took the time to explain my system's status and that preventative steps to help improve efficiency. I will certainly call on Xtreme when AC service is needed.

I contacted Xtreme Air Services out of Sunnyvale,Texas on 6/27/22 set a free estimate for 6/28/22, explained that I was purchasing a Mr Kool ductless split system 24,000 btu for 1400.00 and that Lowes referred me to Xtreme Air. Aaron Castellanos was on time very nice technician.He gave me an estimate for install only of $5600.00 !! I told Aaron there must be a mistake so I immediately called the office and spoke to a service manager named Jake. He confirmed that would be the cost to install only. I asked why Xtreme Air would charge any consumer over three times the amount of the product being installed. Jake said that's what it would cost and that it was not a mistake! Told him no consumer would accept paying over 3 times the amount of any product. Technician was great and nice. Fixed the issue fast and smoothly, however after researching how much the issue is to cost online i realized they charged over $200 more than the average price to fix. Might use again for diagnostic but not for repairs.

My husband and I called Xtreme for a quote to have our entire HVAC system replaced & our fuse box upgraded to accommodate what we needed for our house in January 2022. Josh came out & was very knowledgeable about all the products that they offered & helped us pick what was best for our needs. The financing was a smooth process and scheduling was a breeze. Juan came out for the upgrade for the fuse box & was able to get what we needed in a timely manner and was accommodating for doing both the HVAC and fuse box on the same day. I work nights so I sleep during the day and the men that were in my home were very respectful of my sleep (as much as they could be). The work that was needed to be done in my room was reserved for last & I was able to rest before having to go to work. Our HVAC system is working like a saint and we have tried it through the winter & now some humid days here in Texas. I was blown away with the quick-response and professionalism of the staff and technicians. I called them to replace the water valve underneath my kitchen sink. They stayed in constant communication with me the entire time and allowed me to approve the work before they began. The technicians followed Covid protocols and wore shoe covers, which I appreciated because I have white carpet. I highly recommend Xtreme Air and I will use them again. I definitely saw a difference between this team and the team at another plumbing company that was sent by my home warranty company. My service from start to finish was amazing! First, Brandon gave me honest feedback about my system and which system fit my needs the best. Mark made sure I had a fair price. The Install manager Robert Thompson and his crew Tim, Shane, Roland, and JD worked super fast to make sure I had A/C by sundown and could sleep comfortably in my home. I highly recommend this company!

We had two 18 year old AC units. One failed in May. Instead of replacing one now and one in a couple years, we decided to do both. We wanted a higher SEER for better efficiency. We looked at 4 different companies for our replacements. Xtreme Air’s salesman Josh was helpful and knowledgeable about their products and process. He was considerate of the fact we have high-risk people in the house The quote was comparable to the other companies and brands we considered. We quickly had our first unit, the replacement for the upstairs dead one, installed.The one and only reason I gave 4 stars was the communication around the delay on the installation of the second unit we ordered. We were originally told a couple of weeks, then it stretched into late June/early July. Then it turned into an unknown. Xtreme Air responded, but the only thing they could tell me was they didn’t know. Each time I had to reach out to Xtreme Air about delivery after days or weeks of silence. I understand there were issues with the factory but no estimate or updates on delivery when you’ve financed thousands of dollars for a thing and you’re paying on it kind of freaks you out. I ended up contacting Trane directly. It took them some time to track down my order and provide a date. Even theirs was just an estimate.For the second unit, again, once it was ready, scheduling and installation were amazing. The crew was awesome. They covered the floors, cleaned up, and were friendly and helpful. They even took the time out to add an extra return to the first unit they installed because it was a bit noisy from being bigger than the old one. The Trane systems are a dream. So quiet and I already see improvements on my electric bill after the first one.

This company installed my HVAC system in 2019. The system was not heating today and I called them back to diagnosis what was wrong. Before the tech was even 10 ft in the door he was trying to sell me an extended service plan. He then brought up the service plan about 5 more times in the 20 minutes he was there before he handed me an outrageous estimate to replace one exhaust pipe going up through the roof.When I called to pay the service fee I told the representative about this unprofessional act and he immediately interrupted me telling me I was wrong and trying to explain that it was a service plan….Bottom line We will not be using this company again.

Jose and the installation team were polite, efficient and professional. They were careful with our house and left the area clean after the job was completed. We are happy with the result of their work - a cool house.When we bought our new air/heat system, we bought a service program and used it today for a plumbing issue. Mike was on time, professional, & thorough. I had a complete A/C & heating system installed by Xtreme Air last year & have been very pleased with the work that was performed & the Trane unit that I purchased.

Director James is very experienced who pinpointed the issue in a short time and provided solutions immediately. His technicians Mike and Juan are all skillful and finished a complex installation work within a couple of hours that I expected would take at least half day. The follow up was very quick and I was given multiple options and price points to choose from to suit my needs. They were able to do a complete install the same day and it was by no means a small job. The technicians were on time, polite, and took care not to damage anything. Since my original experience of having my old broken system diagnosed and replacing with a brand new, I have had several routine maintenance checks in fall and spring as advised. Most recently, a wire issue in my wall caused the thermostat to glitch and I needed to call for assistance.No issues at all with the system itself, but I wanted to point out that you hire great people. Every person I have spoken to on the phone has been extremely pleasant, and every single technician who has come out has been kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy.Christopher, David, and Maxam were the most recent 3 technicians I dealt with and they fully explained all of the things they were checking and did not waste time completing the tasks not to mention were nice to talk to in the meantime.Thank you Xtreme Air- I will happily continue to recommend your companyOriginal post, May 2018: My AC quit working, and had so many problems due to age and neglect that I needed a total replacement. Called to get 2 rough estimate for two complete Trane split systems (XV18 & XV20 Condenser, and two XC80Gas Furnaces) and had so many issues - either they were not certain whether they could get the specific models/parts and on their estimate via email did not specify the models wrote OPTIMUM SYSTEM. I phoned back and told them I needed pricing for each specific part, said ok, but never received anything from them. This company is in disarray and can not trust them on anything. Tried, got a bitter taste, and moved on. Trane should look at this company CLOSELY and remove them as Comfort Specialists.

I recently purchased 2 Trane A/C units from Xtreme Air Services. Brandon and Dusty exceeded our expectations by explaining and monitoring the entire process from the sale to the installation. They both went above and beyond to make sure we received the best experience possible. They also didn't try to oversell us more than what we needed. They laid out all the options available and recommended the best option for our home. During the install Jose and Juan managed the install crew every step of the way to insure the entire job was done correctly. The folks at Extreme Air were All professional , courteous, and highly qualified for the job. From the time they answered the phone I knew this would be a very good choice of who I used to fix The water leak that was coming out of the condenser panel. I have used Extreme Air on several occasions. Quality work. But this last time I needed them for a quote they did not honor the previous electrician’s quote. They went from a 2000.00 electrical panel update to the price of 4500.00. So be careful and watch for discrepancies in your price quotes.

We have used Xtreme Air twice on two different plumbing related repairs at our house and they are phenomenal. The reception staff is very friendly and helps you get an appointment scheduled either same day or the next day. Both technicians we’ve had have been wonderful both with fixing our plumbing issues and explaining what the problem is and the best options for repair. We have also found Xtreme Air to be very affordable compared to quotes from other plumbers, their prices are fair and don’t break the bank. They have also been able to offer us several options for repair for both of our plumbing issues. If we ever need any more home repairs we will be calling Xtreme Air in the future.

David came out and within an hour our AC was back up and running! As a first time home owner I was pretty clueless with how everything works he took the time to answer all my questions. I will be a lifetime customer as long as we live in the area. 10/10

Just paid $425 to fix a toilet valve with a scheduled appt that took ~1 hour. Was happy to get it fixed but feel I was taken. Will not use again.

Asked about financing. They told me that they wpuld check to see if I was preapproved, they said there was no commitment necessary at that time, then they signed me up for a credit card. Tanked my credit score by adding another line of credit and then removing it. I will never do business with this company again for as long as I live.

Xtreme Air Services is extremely prompt and reliable. They communicate well, answer calls, and follow up. Our technician, Chris, has been here twice and has been nothing but completely knowledgable and professional. It was nice to be able to request the same technician so they are familiar with my house and family. I’m using them again to fix some other problems because I was so pleased with my interactions thus far.

The initial representative, Aaron, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not try to oversell me for the equipment and was able to conduct the initial visit the same day that I called. My install was the next day. The two installers got started immediately, wore masks the whole time, filled me in during the process, and made sure that the job was done correctly. I can only say that Xtreme Air Services is simply Excellent! We purchased three Trane Heat Pumps from this company after the Texas February 2021 Winter Storm damaged my existing units. They have provided temporary services to keep my family cool until my ordered units arrive. The manufacturer delayed my order because their plant was damaged during the same storm. With the age of our house/system, we reluctantly knew that we would eventually have to have some work done on our system, but we were moved to action when we noticed that it was colder than it should have been and wasn't getting any warmer. I placed a call to Xtreme, prepared to leave a voicemail requesting a technician visit the next day, but was surprised when someone answered and said they could have someone out that evening to assess the issue. When Brad and Josh arrived, they were very thorough and forthcoming with their assessment. Their recommendations were very informative and on point. We were able to make an appointment for the very next day to have our new system installed.The next day, when the Xtreme technicians Dakota, Kelson, Travis, JD and Tony arrived, during the entire installation, they were respectful, knowledgeable and VERY efficient. They came focused on the job at hand and made every effort not to cause any kind of imposition. I was even able to work from home without interruption, while they completed the job. Shout out from Lewisville! My elderly neighbor was having issues with her A/C and thermostat for a few weeks and after being ghosted by several other A/C places, Xtreme came by immediately and did a great job. The service man, Brooks quickly diagnosed it as a not-so-simple “smart” thermostat issue and showed us how to fix it. He was knowledgeable, kind, fun, and light-hearted. I would highly recommend them.

We needed a new AC system installed so we got estimates from four different companies. Xtreme was the first company to get a technician, Joey, and a consultant, Brandon, out to our house. They asked questions about what we had and what we wanted, and they took the time to measure the cubic footage of every room themselves with a laser device. They spent the time with us to go over options and what would be best for our home.They were by far the most professional service we contacted, and we would absolutely recommend them if you want the best service possible.

The tech was very professional. He was explaining everything that he was checking and got to the problem quickly. He didn't have the part on his truck which he had to go across town to get one off of another truck. Other than that delay I was impressed with the information provided. I would use them again definitely.

Extreme Air employees are terrific. The management and customer service employees ensure that you get the service you need. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They explain what they are doing and why. If parts are needed they explain why. There isn’t any up sell.

I hired this contractor to serve some rental properties. From the beginning it was a disaster. Over the course of a year, they performed several jobs for me:1. Install an interior air handler. They overbid it by $1,200 and then installed it incorrectly and just left. They knew the job wasn't finished but after three days of nobody coming to finish the job and I had to call them several times and threaten to sue them before they finally came back out. Then it still didn't work, and the tech told me the thermostat should have been replaced at the same time. It took several calls to the service manager to get them back out to finish the install.2. During a quote to replace an interior air handler, they asked if they could have their plumber come out and propose a bid on the apartment's water heater. He quoted my wife over $1,200 to fix it (I later found a plumber who did the same work for $200) and when my wife began to ask questions, he became very aggressive with her and the AC techs had to intervene. I told her on the phone to ask him to leave.3. I had purchased an annual service contract for them to come out and service for AC units. So I took a day off of work to meet them. After they didn't show up and several calls, they finally called me and told me the weather was too cold and rainy for them to do the work. This was 2:00 pm. The weather was sunny and 70 degrees. When I called Jake, the service manager, he seemed agitated at my complaint and told me they would refund the service contract cost...that they didn't want to do the maintenance work.4. I had a condenser unit go out and when they sent the tech out to diagnose it, he lost all of the security screws to the security cage. I had to call the service manager Jake, eight times to get it resolved. He kept setting appointments for a tech to come out and source the screws and replace what he damaged. Finally after missing two appointments they simply gave me $50 to replace the screws. But before he offered to reimburse me, he wanted to sell me a condenser, which had already been replaced by another vendor. (it took almost two months to get this resolved.)5. I haven't had any dealings with them for months, yet I still receive appointment confirmations via text message for appointments I've never set. Really, really long text messages.I've dealt with bad contractors before, but never to this extent. Poor work quality and even worse service. I'm glad to have moved on.

I worked with Joseph Smith today, he was early and he had a great attitude. He explained everything so we understood, very friendly, not pushy, worked diligently to get us cool for the evening, dogs are calm around him. Gave us a good discount on our air. We really appreciated his help and concern, would highly recommend. Glad to have him as our technician! Later in the week, Shane and Daryl were very helpful and nice as they worked on installing our new air system. They worked diligently and really took the time to explain to us what they did, how they did it, and how to work with it. Very professional, we would highly recommend them.

Xtreme Air Service provides very reliable and professional service. I turned to Xtreme for help after a not so pleasant experience with a different A/C company. Xtreme Air fixed all the deficiencies left by the other company and has won my loyalty. I now use them for my seasonal A/C checkups and highly recommend them. They provide honest input, don’t try to upsell you products or service you don’t need. I love the ease of their scheduling and arrival notifications. If they say they will be there Thursday around noon, they will be there Thursday at noon.

My wife and I were looking for a great company to help us upgrade our home we just bought. Built in 1984, we got several quotes (8 Companies) to upgrade our A/C. Been researching and getting quotes, I went with Xtreme Air. NO REGRETS. The quote was great, the sales guys were knowledgeable and courteous. They were masks, booties, and cleaned up when the work was done. So impressed, I had them upgrade my electrical panel too. Again, I got other quotes. The whole staff knows what they are talking about and the work is done well, not to mention quickly. Very minor hiccups but anyone who gets major work done and expects everything to be absolutely perfect is dreaming. But all was done right with no extra headache to me at all. I do not understand any negative reviews for this company and the great people working there at all. They put in a new a/c unit, duct work, attic insulation, and a new electrical panel... so far. If I need anything else, this is company I will be contacting. YOU should too.

I contacted them because my airflow inside was terrible. Jasmin and Caleb were very courteous and explained things to me when I asked them about installation. They kept me informed what they were doing. I was very pleased with their work and with Xtreme.I had my maintenance scheduled. They came out and changed filter and explained the other services they proved as well. Even extend my maintenance plan because they had not come out for prior maintenance check up.

Samuel and Charlie did a great job installing our new A/C system. They were extremely diligent in their work and even cleaned up after themselves anytime there was some dirt. My brother worked in the heating and cooling business for over 40 years so I know quality work when I see it and these gentlemen definitely showed pride in their work. Prior to contacting Xtreme Air Services, we had another company come out who tried to get us to completely replace our units and buy new ones from them. Then Christopher came to check both air conditioners and sit down with us to present and explain his evaluation. His evaluation agreed with Choice home warranty. As Choice was doing all they could to deny coverage we cancelled our contract and decided to pay out of pocket and have Extreme do the work. Christopher contacted Aaron to come by the same day to discuss financials.Aaron talked to us and listened to our needs. He said we were qualified for both a seniors and a veterans discount along with zero interest for 5 years. Aaron patiently worked with us for several hours. Again we were pleasantly surprised when he said they would be out in the morning to start the installation! First thing next morning a crew of five were at the door. Dakota, Dylan, Kelson, Tristan and Cane worked 10 hours without breaking for lunch. They were professional and gentlemen. It was amazing to see such teamwork and respect. Truly a stellar company. Kudos to all representatives we interacted with.

I originally had the water heater go out, plumber deemed it an electrical issue which it turned out to be. The electrician came out, replaced my breaker for about $250 ($10 part with 20 minutes of labor). The heater worked for 3 days then continuously tripped the circuit. After diagnosing an electrical wiring issue on the water heater myself, one that the plumber was the only one that touched, they quoted me for a full rewiring at $358. I denied promptly and fixed the issue in 12 minutes with $11 worth of stuff from Lowe's. 6 weeks later, still working perfectly with no further issues.My only issue with them is that they did not offer to fix the issue one of their guys unintentionally caused. An unattached ground wire which caused the others to overheat and burn through the pigtails. The manager kindly reached out and apologized. But it was not the most pleasant experience.

This is an easy 5 star rating. We recently had a new AC system installed. Our system was old and needed to be updated to code. We expected problems. But these guys aced it. The installers were Dakota Andrew, Brandon and James. They were precise and did a fantastic job. They worked together as a team. Their team work was like a team that has spent much time working together like a perfectly executed football play, or a fine tuned orchestra. Unbelievable! Thank you Dakota, Andrew, Brandon, and James, because you all did and amazing job. Xtreme Air was highly recommended to me. Now, I highly recommend them also.

Noticed my heat was out on an early Friday morning in February. I checked on Yelp and ended up calling a local company who had very good reviews, Xtreme Air Services. They came out around noon the same day. Josh Graham, one of their techs, explained to me that the old unit would need to be replaced. He showed me where it was really in bad shape with a rusted out vent and heat exchanger. He even offered to get someone out the same day to install a new system but I opted for Saturday morning. The installers arrived about 9 on Saturday morning as promised and they were finished with the job by a little after 3. Love the new more modern and efficient Trane system; it's about 200% better than the old one, I would definitely say. Financing was easy with no interest for 5 years; Josh was very helpful with that as well. These guys are very, very good and very responsive to your call. They were all friendly, knowledgeable people who listened to all my concerns and who patiently addressed every one of them. I highly recommended this company whether you have a big problem, like I had, or a small one.

Contacted Xtreme Air due to outside unit fan not turning and they were very friendly and responsive; sending a technician out to repair within the hour. The technician was knowledgeable and had the issue resolved within 15 minutes of arrival. Thanks to Extreme Air for getting this done same day in over 100 degree weather!

Very good experience. Got an estimate and install within days of each other. Had two systems go out within days of each other and they were quick to get both replaced.

UPDATE:We received a call from the owner to rectify the issue of not receiving a written estimate from Mark. Thankfully, he scheduled Mike to meet with my husband to give us an estimate. Mike was both professional and proficient. Months ago, he handled a service call for us and I was extremely pleased with his work. At this time, we have not made a decision regarding if we will purchase our new heating/cooling system from Xtreme Services. After a service call, my husband ask for one of their sales reps to come out and give us an estimate on a replacement unit. The rep, Mark, is nothing short of a con artist. After my husband shared that we had estimates from other companies, Mark vehemetely refused to give a written estimate from Xtreme Air Services unless he could see and match the competitor's prices. I was in utter disbelief and asked him to leave our home! Giving a customer a fair price should be a priority regardless of what competitors offer. Needless to say, the verbal quote he gave us was more expensive than the other competitors prices. Additionally, he even verbally quoted a higher price than one of his own coworkers written estimate. Perhaps it's all about the sales now with this company now, but they certainly will NOT ever get business from us again.

We've been clients of Xtreme for the past 4 years and we always receive great customer service. They send a text with a picture and short bio of the technician that will be coming to my home. That really adds a personal touch that I appreciate. They always discuss multiple options for any repair and their pricing is pretty straightforward. I value the customer service and I've cancelled my home warranty plan because I like have the customer relationship with Xtreme. We plan to be repeat customers.

We came home at 6pm during the week to a house at 80F degrees during the warm spring time Texas has been having lately. And figured we were going to be stuck with either having to wait until next day or paying an after-hour premium fee.... but NOPE! This place is totally awesome! Xtreme Air doesn't work to take money at every turn, they work with you and are realistic with everything!Chris O. came out, driving through 6pm traffic (which he said he would be an hour going from Sunnyvale to Forney) and was very prompt. Got here and was super polite and nice. I think he was here for about an hour and a half or two hours, but he had the original problem solved within 15 minutes! But after being nice to let me tag along while he was working on fixing the issue a capacitor not kicking the pump on for the AC), he explained that they did have a yearly maintenance service we could get that would also give us a discount on any parts for repair. And with Xtreme Air being more than just heating and cooling, totally what my wife and I needed for being a new house owner in the area!As I said that was after Chris walked around and checked everything out for our AC, showing me things to keep an eye on and tips to help keep the system running smooth for a long time. I was simply amazed at companies still having that kind of service, and hiring employees who have people skills and feel more like a friend coming over to help out than a big business just offering a service for money in trade.Highly recommend Xtreme Air, and hopefully I won't need them until our fall scheduled maintenance service per the maintenance contract service we purchased before Chris left! Horrible customer service. Extreme air installed a brand new unit 5 years ago, just had it maintenenced 3 months ago but the air is blowing warm. They can't get here until Friday. Itold them i have a 91 year old grandmother and they recently installed this unit, it should work. Too bad

I will not leave any stars because I was disgusted with the service today. Mike is a very skilled technician, so this is not a critique of his character or his professionalism. However, early on I was told that I had to buy filters from Xtreme Air Services, this was a lie, I could’ve bought them from Home Depot or Lowe’s as I found out from Mike. Two, while I’m scheduled to have my filter changed out their dispatch didn’t inform the technician, so he came out here ill-equipped and unable to fulfill maintenance / tune-up. I will place a call with On Time Air and will hope for a better outcome. Consider this my last dollar spent with X-treme Air. Their complete lack of integrity and trying to blindside me with lies is over and done with.

With our 23-year old AC units finally dying, it was time to replace them. Xtreme Air offered a very good deal on 2 new Trane units and everything (other than existing ducting) was replaced in one day (we had 105 degrees heat index that day) by 2 of their employees. We got the quote on Wednesday and the work was done the next day! Great service!

Our 27-year old AC unit finally died, and since we couldn't even order parts for it anymore, we decided to take the plunge and invest in new AC units, both upstairs and down. We had SEVEN different companies come out and give us estimates, and we ultimately went with Xtreme. Their employees were confidence-inspiring and explained the process thoroughly. A couple days later, we're sitting here in our cool house with things left even cleaner than they were before the installation techs came in to work. John, Dakota, Napoleon, and Martin were great. So polite and respectful, and I had no reservations about running errands and leaving them at the house to work. I was nothing but impressed by what I've seen so far, but the installation is only the beginning.... I'm counting on the follow-up service and the AC performance measuring up to the expectations that Xtreme has set for me. Thanks guys!

Not only was I able to get same day service after a holiday, but from the rep that answered the phone to the tech (Jason) that showed up at the door, it is evident that Xtreme Air prides themselves on Quality Service.Just like the reviews I poured over, my tech was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Jason carefully explained the problem along with options to resolve.I no know they also offer a variety of other household services and look forward to working with them in the future.

They respond quickly and arrived on time. However, the a/c tech seemed unsure of everything he recommended and the service he did end up performing. He installed a new defrost board and sensor, which we may or may not have needed. 2 days later, entire system froze up. He came again, added a pound of freon, said he couldn't detect leaks and tried very hard each time to talk us into this warranty (his words) that they provide. Turns out it's not even a warranty at all as he described. Once we called the office, we found out it's just a maintenance plan. The lady who answered the phone got a bit snippy about it not being a warranty, then put us on hold for a second and never came back to our call. Also, 2 days later, system froze up yet again. (We ended up needing a new blower which we hired another company to perform).We also had a guy from Xreme come out to get an estimate for new siding. He came on Saturday 4/25/20 and said he'd give us an estimate by Monday. Here it is Wednesday...no communication from him at all.

They were very honest about the cost. The installation only took one day, in fact same day service which was great. The installers were here on time, and finished the job the same day. Was sent a text to follow technicians arrival. Technician arrived quickly, made the repairs, taught us about better upkeep and was finished within the hour. Mike was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Happy with the outcome and even happier to have cold air again.

The technician quoted me a price that was twice the charge of a more reputable company. When I pointed out that his repair was higher than a new condenser unit. He said the new unit would be incompatible.As this charlatan left, another company came by. They quoted a price with the same repairs that was exactly 50% of the xtreme clown. Furthermore, they guaranteed their work, and were finished in one hour.While my unit was being repaired, Xtreme called me to ask if I was interested in a special price for a complete unit! Do notwaste your time or money with this company.

We decided to get a second opinion on our AC situation and we are so thankful that we did. Josh was our consultant to inspect our air conditioning system and wanted to make sure that my husband was next to him to see and explain everything first hand. Josh noticed that the technician from the company used the day before did not reconnect the carbon monoxide piece so If we would have accidentally ran the heating system instead of the AC, we could have died. Completely incompetent error on that techs part and beyond frightening to think what could have happened, especially since we did not make any plans with that tech to come back out to fix the initial problem. We are extremely thankful to Josh for catching this and pointing this out to us. Aside from possibly saving our lives, he was polite and professional. He walked us through every step and scenario and sat down with us to explain all of our options. He was patient with all of our questions and never rushed us or made us feel like he had somewhere else to be. Going forward, we will never use another company, ever. He's been in the business for years and is highly skilled in this industry, I couldn't ask for a better service technician. I would greatly recommend Xtreme Air Services for your needs, but more importantly ask for Josh.

Josh did a great job explaining what my options were prior to installing a new furnace/AC system. The work was completed in one day and the techs did a very thorough job with the install. Josh came back out and inspected the job the following day and answered all questions and also helped ensure that new thermostat was setup properly. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work that was done.

We have two a/c units, one for upstairs and one for down. our upstairs unit was not working and they came out and instead of verifying which unit controlled the upstairs (the attic unit is the same as the compressor so it would have been a pretty easy task) they depended on my husband who has not lived here that long. he just said he thought it was a particular unit but wasn't sure. So, they never checked to see which thermostat controlled the upstairs unit and ended up charging $1400 to completely rewire the compressor to the attic unit because they said it wasn't getting an power. they completed their job, i got home from work and there was still no a/c upstairs so i called them and they came back out and argued with me that they fixed the right unit. I actually had to show them why what they did was on the wrong unit and that if they had just checked, they could tell the down'stairs unit was working. they argued with me until i told them to please follow me so i could show them and i also asked if they didn't check to see if the attic unit matched the compressor on which they were working and they had some excuse about they don't always match, but wouldn't one verify before doing anything??? They took about 15 minutes to actually fix the correct unit so it was probably the capacitor so I spent $1400 for what should have cost no more than $175. They never took responsibility for fixing the wrong unit, never offered a refund even when asked and i think this is a horrible way to do business. Don't ever assume anything if you are a professional, you should always know what you are doing and verify everything. this is not a professional way to do business unless you are just ripping off your customers. please don't waste your money because they won't admit when they have screwed up and take responsibility. We are senior citizens and were totally ripped off.

I hired this company to install a new AC system for one of my rental properties. My wife and I were under the impression that NEW ducts/vents were going to be installed since I was charged $8500 for a whole NEW system. The ducts/vents were not replaced with new ones, they left my old ducts/vents work instead. Robert and Mike were rude and unprofessional with the service. 1.Maxum didn't do a follow up with a final walk through inspection as he had promised. 2. They made my wife drive to a local Home Depot to buy a walkway filter because the company didn't have any available. 3.They are now saying the house needs insulation. 4.The owner recommended other resolutions instead of correcting their poor service. I used this company based on reviews and a friendly referral but it was by far the worst experience. Please be careful with this company.

Our heat went out on a Saturday morning. I’m almost 6 months pregnant with a one year old son. They let us know a time window of when they would arrive and texted with 30 minute notice. The first two gentlemen that came by inspected our unit and let us know the cost to repair immediately but also informed us of how long our unit would be up to code compared with the cost of repair, cost of replacement and impact on our utility bills. Our house was a flip house and our unit was old. We chose to go with replacement. Those two men were super friendly and helpful (I wish I could remember their names). They set us up for financing in minutes and let us know if they couldn’t do the complete install, they would make sure it would work until they could since there is a baby and pregnant woman in the home. They were able to schedule our install for the same day.Less than two hours later we received a call that our technicians were on their way. Shane and Dakota were very respectful, helpful, thorough and friendly. They explained what they were doing before, while and after. They said the install could take up to 12 hours! We have a rambunctious one year old son and even trying our best, I know at times he was still in their way. They never once seemed bothered by it and even engaged with him while explaining the process to us. They went above and beyond to answer and fix any questions and problems we had. They were done hours before we expected and helped us set up our new thermostat and cleaning schedule. They had to remove a door and trim to access our unit and set up an appointment with their carpenter to have it fixed after doing their best to put it back just because I asked to keep it covered from my son.I would highly recommend them to any friends and family that are needing any work done.

I went to three different AC companies and they had the best prices and everyone I talked to was professional and knowledgeable. They installed the systems (2 Trane XV complete systems) with no issues and are coming out again to review the install to make sure there were no items overlooked. I am very happy with the product and the service so far. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking fo a complete system or repair.

I’ve used Xtreme to install new AC units at two different homes over the past 6 years and they do a great job. If you have any concerns they will address them.I’ve also used them to address a minor electrical concern I had and they explained the issue and took care of it quickly

The service person came to our home quickly and was neat and friendly, however he was reluctant to repair our system. He seemed more interested in selling us a new system and did not attempt to do repairs or give an estimate of repairs. The problem seemed fixable but he did not want to try. Another person called me saying he was doing a follow up customer satisfaction call. He ended up arguing with me about selling a new system explaining that they knew better than me what was best for me in the end. Recommend that you don't call them for repairs, only if you want to purchase a new system.

Aaron called before arrival to see if he could come early. When he arrived he was clean, polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained the process of the installation. The price was in budget and I agreed with their terms and have hired them to install my mini split HVAC unit on Monday.

I found this company online and did my research about them as well as called 3-4 other companies for estimates to come out for repair of my AC unit. I appreciated their quick diagnosis, the options they presented, and what I discerned to be honesty and integrity with each person including the technicians, the salesman, the installers, the inspection team, the clerical office follow up with phone calls and paperwork to assure my satisfaction. I also enjoyed their quick response when I had a problem to get it fixed ASAP so I would heartily refer them as I did to another friend who used them this week for her new AC unit. Today I used them again after getting 4 more estimates from other companies in the garage door repair/ installation business and had a new garage door put in. Also, my rod iron fence was repaired because these are conscientious people. They are diligent and they get the job done. Their prices in the marketplace for this industry are far superior with excellent warranties so I am a very satisfied customer and will trust them for any further need that I should encounter in the future with all the other services they provide. They were prepared when they arrived and were able to resolve my issues very quickly.It is very convenient to have a service company that can provide such a wide range of service, from HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing.

Just had a new Trane 16 seer system installed by Xtreme's Shane and Brandon techs. The removal of the old system and replacement was done within the day and went very smoothly. They took great care to not damage walls, floors, etc., while moving the units from and to the attic of our 2-story home. They reviewed the new system with me to point out the features and operate the new smart thermostat. I was pleased and impressed by the professional and complete service provide by their techs. The new system is working great, and I am very happy with this purchase.Additional comment: I had a second unit put in later that week. Again the installation and workmanship was great. With my first bill since having the units put in, my electric bill was over $50 lower. Their f/u representative was here today to recheck that all was in order, and to answer any questions. Checked out with no problems. Signed up for their annual servicing. Good people to work with that do a superior and high quality job.Christopher with Xtreme performed my spring maintenance that I signed up for last year. I was impressed with the thoroughness that he used in making sure my air conditioning would be operating optimally. He explained everything that he did during his 2+ hours cleaning the drains, adding refrigerant, rechecking the wiring, and ensuring that the system was in perfect condition for our spring needs. I am totally pleased with the results of this service call.Had my fall maintenance visit by Jason. Received a call the morning of the visit he was arriving as scheduled. Jason checked out my whole heating system and reported that there were no error codes and everything was working fine. The call lasted about 45 minutes. I continue to be very pleased with their maintenance program.

I called xtreme air when my air conditioner stoped working. They sent Mike, who came in about one hour. He checked the compressor and found that it was ok. The problem was with the thermostat . Mike adjusted the wires, and worked.I'm very happy with the service. Mike did a good job and only charged me $39.95. I will recommend Xtreme Air to anyone who needs a/c service.Albert Levy

Lindel is very service oriented and gave us a great price and answered all of my many questions. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Xtreme Air Services. I had previously worked with another HVAC company for several years. I had never truly been happy with their services but didn’t want to take the chance on being disappointed with another company. I’m so glad I finally did. Art with Xtreme Air came out and completely made my day. He arrived during the time that was expected, educated me on my issue and how to prevent it in the future, and then took care of the problem pretty quickly. He also signed me up to receive a couple maintenance checks during the year for a third of what my previous company charged. The service technician, Nick, was extremely courteous, professional, technically competent, and demonstrated excellent knowledge, experience, and outstanding customer service and communicative skills. Xtreme Air Services deserves a 5 star rating. I was in the market to replace my HVAC that was 36 years old! I did my due diligence getting bids from 4 different companies. Xtreme Air was not the least expensive of all my bids. But they were competitive. I selected them based on their product selection, knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism. I also like that they are family owned. During the bidding stage, Chad answered every question and detailed the installation process. I thank him for walking me through how the system was going to work and how its efficiency would save me money on my utility bills. The install crews, under the competent and polite direction of Roland, did a great job. Chad and the entire Xtreme team were focused on solving some of the cooling issues that were a particular challenge in my home. I appreciated that they took great care to insure all was running properly prior to their departure. Chad followed up after the install to see that all was done according to their high standards. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Xtreme's technical expertise, respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.Update: I recently had service calls from Sam H. and Brooks. Both did an exemplary job and went over and above to insure my system was working properly. Scam artist techs, they work on commission. They Can't even send a invoice to show what there charging for . Ac unit is under 2 years old. Complete bs by tech on what they want to charge.

From start to finish the crew was great. Brandon Shupak and Josh Graham came out on time to inspect my hone for a new HVAC system and the next day Jose Navarro and his crew came out and did the install. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job installing the system. Allowed me to check everything before they left. Very professional all around. Office personnel were very nice and helpful as well. Great job.

Had a new system installed and could not have had a better experience. The team who prepared the quote arrived the next day and the system was that weekend. After being without an air conditioner in the middle of the summer due to a terrible home warranty company (AHS) and the awful contractors they sent out, I gave up and decided to contact Xtreme Air Services. Their office responded almost immediately. John was my salesperson and Zach came out with his team for the installation. I was extremely pleased with their service, honesty, and professionalism during the entire process. I will wholeheartedly recommend this company without hesitation to anyone looking for help.

Our AC went out and I called Xtreme Air. They immediate got us an appointment and someone was at our house within a few hours. The technician was friendly and thoroughly explained what had happened. He also checked our inside unit to make sure there were no other problems. I would recommend them to anyone. What a great company.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! First, I want to point out that I rarely write reviews. However, I truly believe these guys were amazing! Kelson, Dakota, and Michael were very professional. It was really hot outside and inside my house when they came in to install a new unit. They just kept working making sure everything was good and looking neat. They cleaned up after themselves even though I told them I could do it later. After everything was done they took us outside and showed us what they had done step by step and explained everything in detail. We have not been more impressed by a company than we were with these guys!! Again they were truly amazing and I want to thank them for a PERFECT job done!!

Thanks to This amazing company my family didn’t suffer long. On a Friday my AC unit outside had burnt up after 15yrs this company was recommended to me by friends. I contacted Lindel who got me approved for my new unit and on a Saturday had Ryan Cox one of his lead techs come install it with a couple other workers. They were all professional and polite. They worked quickly to ensure we didn’t go without AC while the hot heat of Texas was beating down on us. I’d recommend the company and staff to anyone for AC or Heat needs!

Was surprised when I was given a cost estimate for thousands of dollars, but was then informed it was for add-on air purifier equipment that was not required. Also, he was not aware of my equipment’s warranty. This new Trane should have had a 15 year warranty. He could not verify that. Service and professionalism was great otherwise.

We interviewed more than 5 companies, big and small, about fixing our A/C or installing two new units. Chad was excellent in explaining and gave us all the options with the real low-down on everything. This guy even called me from his vacation in Hawaii to make sure things were being done how I wanted them! The crew that came out were amazing including Rolland, Tony, Brandon, Kelson, and Andrew. They were all very polite, and would answer any question we had. They told us everything we needed to do for our new units and showed us. Bought a house and 9 months into it, we found out we needed a new A/C system. I did my usual three quotes and was about to make my decision when the wife texted me a picture of their ad in the paper from several months ago. It was like a sign! Set up an appointment for next day and Chad came out and explained our options very thoroughly. One thing I could say is that every other quote was within a $100 difference Xtreme Air was actually slightly higher. The reason we chose Xtreme Air was we liked the choices, Chad taking the time to explain everything and the 5 star rating they have received and how hard they worked to obtain them. The install team came out and did a very professional job. We've been enjoying our system for about a few weeks now. No more sweating at night and no more humidity. I called Xtreme Air to repair my air conditioner. They offered me a same day appointment and were here at the time they said they would be. This was my first time using this company and I am definitely using them again. Mike Maxam was my repair technician. He was amazing. He was so honest. He could have told me a $1000 part was out and I would not have known the difference. Apparently when I changed the filter earlier in the week I knocked a wire out of place. Mike immediately knew what the problem was and he had it repaired in a couple of minutes. My husband had passed away recently and this was my first time I had to contact a company to have something repaired. My husband always handled all of this. I was expecting a huge bill. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. I also got a quote to repair a 2nd unit we have upstairs. We primarily live downstairs and replacing that unit had not been a priority with my husband so sick. I will definitely be using Xtreme Air to replace the upstairs unit any for repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend Xtreme Air and Mike Maxam. I will definitely be requesting Mike even if I have to wait a little longer for him. Woman and the elderly can use Xtreme Air with confidence that they will not be taken advantage of. Great service. a couple of months ago I needed to replace an older Freon unit in my home. I was assisted by a professional in selecting the most efficient unit for my home that was within my budget. I did not feel any pressure to buy during the selection process. When the technicians arrived they were efficient and kept the house clean throughout the installation process. I decided to sign an annual maintenance agreement with Xtreme Air Services - I've had my first house call and I am just as pleased.

We had a second opinion on a furnace leak and while it’s 25 years old, the furnace is not leaking. Thanks to the xtreme guys for their thorough work. We plan to replace the furnace later this month.

Xtreme Air came out and gave us a free second opinion which saved us $5000.Everyone that came out to our house was very professional and did a great job. I had them install a new Trane air system and they did it quick and did a great job. Then a few hours later they sent a person to check the new install to make sure it was done correctly. The new unit works great. I highly recommend Xtreme Air.

Actually arrived early, worked diligently to isolate the problem, identify parts and repairs needed. Very knowledgeable and professional service. We started a maintenance service contract with them as a result.

I just had my Carrier heating unit inspected for any problems it might have prior to using it this winter and the technician, Chris Olivas, was just wonderful. He inspected the unit thoroughly and talked to me about its condition and gave me an honest appraisal of what repairs could be made to extend the life of my 13 year old unit. I bought my A/C unit from Xtreme Air Services back in 2013 and I will purchase a new heating unit from them when the time comes. I will definitely ask for Chris again when I need any additional servicing or repairs on either unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I give him and Xtreme Air Services 5 stars!

I had great service from three different employees. First, Josh came out and helped me get my air conditioner working and also set me up for other work I wanted done. He was great. Very personable, polite, knowledgeable and it was great getting my air back up and running in a timely manner.Then two other employees, Jake and Xavior came and made a change I was wanting to help get air to a couple of rooms that weren't getting much air. They, also, were very good and I felt very confident that I was getting exactly what I needed. Congrats to all three for making a little ole lady comfortable.

We brought in 6 comp ones to quote in our HVAC replacement and decided to go with Xtreme. They were competitive, knowledgeable and not pressuring at all. The install team was out the next day and 24 hours later we have a perfectly new system in place. It’s refreshing when things work the way they are supposed too, I’d highly recommend their company. Dakota and Napo were great on the install as was Josh for the sales side.

The technician was good but the charge was outrageous.The drain pipe in the a/c was clogged and to blow it out,which took 10 minutes, I was charged $252 plus a service fee of $39.95.Makes me hesitant to call them again if there is a need.

Extreme Air Service is my new to go company they do it all . I called to schedule an appointment customer service was awesome very nice .They came right away the next day my AC was not cooling. I was scheduled with Juan Rangel he was very polite and on point very educated knows what he is doing explained everything to me gave me a great quote and was able to help me. Josh and Brandon came to our house inspect our two heaters before winter comes on Nov 7. They found out and showed me there was a leak on the heater. Our units were 9 years old and we decided to replace new ones. Josh sent the installation team (JR, Paul and Moe) to our house in the afternoon and installed the Trane units.The installation team was very professional and efficient. They did a very good job and cleaned the attic for us also. We used Xtreme Air before, replaced our two AC compressor and coil. We trust them and happy to give them good reviews.

Called this company out since they seem to mail out flyers promoting their services all the time, but never again. Not even 5 minutes of being in my house did the tech guy become a sales person . Said my A.C was done and there was nothing that could be done. Starting pitching everything possible to get me to agree on a new A.C unit. Told him no thanks called a different company, told me my coils were dirty an how to clean them. All it cost me was about 100$ and now my AC is working great

When our downstairs AC stopped working recently, we called Xtreme Air Services. We had never used them before, but they had good reviews and we were pleased with their service. Their technician (Brooks) came out and everything was fixed in a timely efficient manner. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

My heater was not working yesterday which was Sunday. They offered to come out on that day but I told them that Monday was fine. Ryan came out on time Monday and found the outside unit had a blown motor. He walked me through the process the whole way! Thank God it was under warranty as well....Great folks!

We had Extreme Air Services install HVAC system. We paid for yearly maintenance contract. They were extremely unprofessional, service rep. left the pan under AC dirty and full of debris after we replaced our roof. Did not bother to empty or tell us to empty the pan. When we spoke to Owner he said they were not a cleaning:'service they were not maids, but would charge us to come out and windex our unit if we want. We stopped using them. I would not recommend anyone to use them.

Worst experience and Customer service ever!! I called them after I noticed my ac was not blowing cold air. Since they installed the unit less than five years ago I figured they can fix it. Technician came out and inspected the unit next day. Said I needed a part and there was a coil leak but will try and fix next day (for $1200 only for labor). Well LONG story short, it took 8 days to find out after talking to multiple people and them telling me I would get a call back from the parts manager David, (which I never did) that the part was not in yet and not sure when. 8 days without ac in the hot Texas summer is excruciating! Had to buy a portable ac unit just to manage. I finally got fed up with their bad customer service of waiting for a phone call to tell me what’s going on with this part. I called another company, to which they said that NOTHING is wrong with my ac, just some dirt that was clumped up keeping the unit from working properly. Which they guy cleaned out and instantly I felt the air come back on!!!! I went 8 days without my ac unit because of Xtreme Air’s technician. I feel like I was getting scammed by them and I will never ever go back to them. Only good thing out of this ordeal is that I found my forever ac company. Did get call from Sarah, at the end of this, she was respectful and sorry for my experience, which I really appreciate, but wish I would have gotten that call sooner.

Xtreme Air Services has been very professional and the service is great. I just used them to service the heating system. Once again very professional and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I will continue to use the company for HVAC work as well as other services they perform.

Back in Nov. '16 we bought a brand new unit. Our old one gave up on us and we had to contact a air service company. I'm a huge ratings person so we decided on extreme air services. The ratings were almost all 5 stars. We dealt with such a helpful and courteous guy named Chad. Chad walked us through the process and immediately got our respect and gratitude. Last night, Friday 6/9/17 our unit stopped cooling. It being summer time we didn't waste time calling extreme air services at 10:30 at night because of the warranty guaranteed and knew our service would be done that night. Well we were actually told by dispatch no one could get to us until Monday, my husband insisted someone come tonight and she then told us she would call us back. After a half hour of waiting we called her back. This was back and forth calling her about 3 times till we finally got her to tell is a tech would come out. By this time it was too warm in the house and we had to drop our kids off with friend's. During the travel we spoke to a technician named Joey who was told by us, we would be back and the reason. Before we could get home, we got a call telling us he was about to leave. Mind you it was about a half hour later after we talked to him letting him know what we were doing. We made it home before he left and he was sitting in his car and my husband asked him what did he figure out, he was very short and not tolerant of our situation. My husband asked him if he wanted to come inside and he said no, told us the part he was needing was having to be ordered and wouldn't come in until Monday. It was Fri and warm and very humid after it rained then he left. We called dispatch back to find out who was our sales rep who initially sold us our Trane. We forgot the sales rep name, but found out after asking It was Chad. We spoke to Chad and again he was so very apologetic, understanding and desperate to help us in any way. He stated we needed to request dispatch to put Sam on the job the next day and he would come by himself with Sam. He called us the next day to tell us they were on their way and assured us we were going to get our air fixed no matter how long it took. Sam and Chad were absolutely the best and saved the day!! I was going to give this place 2 stars until Chad made sure to rectify and make things right on our warranty with this company. Thank you Chad. You are awesome once again. Sam, thanks for coming out and taking the time to fix our issue today.

Art serviced my AC UNIT and was very friendly, professional. I am a retired Navy and we had lots to talk about, plus they offer military discounts and it can't get any better than that. Now, we are experiencing problems again, I didn't want to use anyone else because we really loved the customer service that was given. Chad Wells came out to our home on very short notice to give us a quote. He and his team were able to get our entire A/C unit replaced at a fair price the very next morning. Had both my Trane outside unit installed6 years ago and inside air handler unit installed by this company a year ago . We werePromised certain things with the install of the air handler last year that Xtreme made sure they did not deliver on . The estimate I receivedBefore the install of the air handler does have this information , And as soon as I locate it , I will send Xtreme a copy of it for their records . For some reason it was conveniently left out of the final contract . Should not shock me though with previous experience with them and others like them . We were promised not 2 but 4 check-ups for the unit if we purchased the air handler from them . The outside unit had come with two check-ups when we had purchased it .I did finally receive the checkups for the big unit only after arguing with them over it . We had purchased the outside unit 5 years prior . This was the third air handler that had been installed in my house in a fifteen year period . So it was odd that we needed a new air handler at all . We also were promised an additional year on the labor part of the warranty . This I never received either . The information they sent me mentions none of it . Just a way to sell a new inside air handler to us . Disappointed . I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future . It’s disappointing that I’ll have to call them if something goes wrong and warranty work is needed on either unit . But they probably would find a way out of it anyway . After reading numerous reviews about Xtreme Air,I decided to give them a shot at my business.I had talked to several other HVAC companies and for the most part, had been completely unimpressed.From the first call with Xtreme Air, I could tell these people value customer service and I sensed they would do the right thing. They had a sales technician out to my house within hours. Aaron was knowledgable and I sensed he was honest and forthright. I’d already had the system diagnosed by other HVAC people, so I knew I was going to replace the entire system. Aaron went to work getting me a quote for a Trane system and another less expensive solution. Extreme Air did not provide the best price, but I know Trane is a good system and decided I felt far more comfortable with Xtreme Air than any other of the HVAC companies I had spoken with. I decidedto go ahead with Xtreme Air. Xtreme Air had a crew out to our house by 9AM the next morning. By 1:30 that day the entire system was installed and fully functional. It was only 70 degrees for the next several days, so I wanted to wait until it got hot before providing a review. It hit 95 degrees today and the system performed extremely well and easily maintained 69 degrees in the house, with what seemed like very little effort. It’s early after the installation, but thus far, I am very impressed with Xtreme Air and their level of professionalism, expertise, and definitely with Xtreme Air’s exceptionally strong customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.Give Xtreme Air a call and the chance to earn your business, I think you will discover for yourself that they are a good choice if you value good service and honesty, and professionalism. Very easy and pleasant experience working with your company. I dealt with Sam, Josh, and Ruben. They were knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, took time to explain to me in lay man's terms what was happening. Josh even drew me a diagram, and Sam gave me a detailed explanation (that I actually understood). Both guys were so nice, and I can tell they take pride in their work. Not sure what your hiring criteria is, but whatever you do, it's working bc I normally don't rave about service companies. Instead of just looking at my system and replacing this or that, or just telling me I had to get a brand new one, they continued to troubleshoot until they knew exactly what was happening, which ended up saving me money. When I do need a new system, I'll remember that and purchase through your company. I am going to recommend you to everyone.

Excellent service, i would recommend them to anyone. Dakota and brandon installed our a/c unit today. They were very customer friendly almost like family and explained everything. Everything was neat and not thrown together. Having problems give them a call they will take care of you.

So impressed. Had new Trane XV20 installed (Heat and AC) plus a new tankless water heater. Crew did a fantastic job. Can not believe done in 1 day! Xtreme sent out 6 workers and everyone worked as a team to get it done. Friendly group. Cleaned up after. I did a lot of research before such a large purchase and wanted to make sure I picked a quality company. Will definitely recommend this company. I got a very professional and informational service call for an estimate on replacement of my HVAC system. The whole process was explained intensively, leaving me very comfortable that I have made the right decision to use this company.

Super nice people. Used them about a year ago to fix my AC. Called and were able to come in the morning of the next day when I was home. Arrived on time, found the issue and made the repairs. No issues since. Scheduled my next AC check up and again courtesy in making the appointment. I would recommend and use again and again!

Please find somewhere else to go. They will over-charge you. Technician Jason Miles came to service my AC he tried to charge me $355 for a capacitor which is over price and $175 for freon over price as well. Not to mention he didn’t even look to see if freon was in there. Then Jason tries to get me to purchase a new AC for $9000 however my AC is fairly new. Had a different company to come out the same day to service my AC out of pocket $189 in total technician stated AC is in excellent condition. Never again I will do business with these idiots.

Purchased a new Trane unit and received excellent service. From the installers to the office staff, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Tony, the regional manager, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the install and follow-up service. Highly recommend.

Juan and Robert were great! They are super nice, do great work, are on time, and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. I have used this company to install a hot water heater, do electrical work, and air- conditioning work. I’ve been happy with all the work they have done.

Michael Young has helped with everything we have had done. New a/c system put in and ducts. Have had to call after install to figure out better air flow in a area and he got right on it and figured it out. He's just there for the customer.

We were in need of a new A/C system. My wife found an advertisement flyer in the mail. I called to schedule an appointment. The service rep. that came out was able to identify our current system quickly. He showed us several types of units and cost/savings.We purchased a very good system from Xtreme Air.They are very professional and I would recommend them.

Scott came by to check out my unit. Did a thorough inspection and spent a bunch of time educating me on AC units, how they work, etc. It was clear that he knew what he was talking about, was experienced, and was also being honest. Really appreciate the help and insight. Finally, he went above and beyond by cleaning the outdoor coils.

AC went out at around 2:30pm. Made the call for service at 2:50pm. AC was fixed before 6:30. The technician, Jason Miles, was very professional and knowledgeable. After looking the system over and troubleshooting the problem he walked me through what had to be done to get the system back up and running. He also made helpful suggestions on things we could do to keep the system running as well as it can given its age. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Xtreme Air Services and will use them going forward.

Great Work! Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Sent a technician (Brooks) on short notice (on New Years Eve) to work on my mini-split AC. Explained the system and common issues to look out for. Also looked at my central AC unit. Incredibly professional and went above just the job at hand. I trust their service and like I said, will definitely use again.

Technician was very competent and diligent. Was upfront about what was needed and made recommendations about what was best but did NOT pressure or upsale in a annoying fashion. Ultimately I chose the better option. The Comfort Care Specialist was thorough in evaluating the need and making a good recommendation but also ensured ALL options from the bare minimum on up were on the table. We felt good about moving forward and will make plans to do additional upgrades at a later date.

We had several companies come out and look at our A.C. unit. They did tune ups, replaced drip pans and several other things and no one could tell us what was wrong with our unit and why it was leaking. Jason with Xtreme Air Services came in, took his time, opened our unit up and determined what the real problem was! Jason and his team are amazing! Honest, knowledgeable and helpful! AC went out yesterday morning. My elderly parents with major health issues I noticed the AC was not cooling. I found Xtreme Air and they came right out. Being my parents caregiver I was so glad it could be replaced the same day.I called up late that evening due to the the AC. The entire crew was great and got the new unit and checked everything before leaving. Later I noticed the unit was shutting off before it reached the set temperature and the temperature was going up.A phone call to the office and Brandon Shupak was on his way. I was extremely pleased with the assistance of Brandon Shupak who came back out at 12:30 to correct the issue. It was due to the thermostat being defective and not cooling. He went above and beyond to make sure my parents and myself had no more issues with our new AC unit.. Today the unit seems to be working great. I would definitely recommend Xtreme Air Services. They take care of their customers and have the “whatever it takes” work ethic. Thank you.

My AC stopped cooling on Friday evening, I called 6 different companies and Chad Wells from Xtreme Air Service was the only one that could come out the same night.Chad was great. He replaced my entire AC and heater unit at a competitive price and with only a day notice. He rocks! Fantastic Work! They were responsive on the phone and text at all times. Dakota's team (Mike, Paul, Rick, and Jesse) worked over 10 hours to get the job done--rain or shine--literally. Xtreme worked when it was sunny and later in the evening when it was pouring. They did not complain and did not leave a mess. I would highly recommend!

Not only did Mike take care of my heating problem, he also gave me really good advice on how not to overheat my unit during these low temperatures. I was given a business card by James, and It was God sent because my a/c was on the frits! Very responsive!! I called at 9:30am and Dusty and Brandon was at my house at 12:30 on such short notice. I’ve had 2 estimates prior to my a/c going completely out and they were expensive and nothing was explained.When Dusty and Brandon came out they explained everything I needed for my specific space and comfort. They examined my unit and Brandon told me exactly what was wrong with it. I did have an issue with getting a request addressed by the office staff, but after speaking with Jessica, my issue was quickly resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend Xtreme Air Services!

I used them to get a new HVAC and outside unit in October, a couple of months ago. I saw a coupon for them in ad pages for a free foot of insulation with purchase of a 16 seer HVAC. They were the first company (of 5) to come out and give me a quote. 2 other companies were willing to match their price for the units, but not include insulation, so we went with them. Aaron was very nice and answered my questions promptly when I called.The guys who came out to install the unit were very nice and professional as well. I immediately noticed such a big improvement in the amount of air flow. 2 days later it quit cooling and was blowing hot air. It was a Saturday, but I called and left a message. A lady called me back right away, and asked if I wanted them to come out on Sunday. She seemed irritated but I said yes. I called back and left a message saying it could wait until Monday but a guy showed up Sunday afternoon. Apparently something was not screwed on tight and all of the freon leaked out.We were told they needed to schedule the city inspection, and their follow up inspection, and then we could get the insulation installed. I was under the impression they would call me, but they never did. I called them and they set up the city inspector and their follow up inspection.They man who came out for the follow up inspection was very nice. I asked him about the amount of air the unit was taking in and how it sucked our doors closed in our hallway. He discussed adding more intakes and how that would really fix the problem. I had initially discussed this concern with the salesmen who came to quote me the unit. They did not mention adding more ducts, but mentioned moving the thermostat. The followup guy said moving the thermostat would not solve that problem. I wish we would have discussed it up front because I could have gotten everything done at once and financed together.He told me they would call me to schedule the insulation. I didn't hear from them so I called them again. I was told someone would call me back. I had to call two more times before it was finally scheduled. Almost two months later everything is finally done. The men that did the insulation were very nice and worked with my schedule.if you leave them a 5 star review you also get 1 free year of maintenance, so I wanted to leave one, but I feel like it would not have been accurate

We decided that are 25 year old system was in need of replacement. We called and got estimates from five different HVAC contractors. Xtreme provided a fair estimate, made suggestions to improve system design and followed with a very professional installation 2 days later. They did a great job. I would recommend them to friends and family. I trust these folks.

Then 2nd call to estimate where Mark was very courteous and placed all possible options. Then the install team led by Jose , all team provided satisfaction beyond my expectations. I couldn’t say better things about Xtreme. From the girl answering the phone to the technician that came to our home. Our heat went out and after trying to get 2 other companies out Xtreme was out there in less than an hour. My furnace was 23 years old so it was time to replace. They gave me all the options and even let me finance at no interest for 5 years. The installers went over everything thing they were doing and kept my house clean. When I need to replace my other unit Xtreme is my company!!!

Xtreme Air Services beat ALL other companies pricing hands down, techs Shane and David were excellent and answered ALL questions me and my wife had. They also walked us thru on what they did on the installation and helped set up our wireless thermostat and cleaned up and left no mess... OUTSTANDING JOB !!!

Our AC went out a few weeks ago when the line completely froze over (18 year old outdoor condenser and 40 year old inside AC). The tech Joseph Smith came out. After fiddling with it it was able to turn back on. Gave us the option of letting it run, but because of the age was probably not going to last. I had looked up a few places but decided to go with them to get a new system. The guys who came did a great job considering there were a lot of problems to getting it installed. Everything worked well until a few days later when we noticed it wasn’t properly cooling. Within a week it wouldn’t cool at all. Called them on Sunday and they offered to have someone come that night. We asked them to come in the morning. They came right on time, inspected, found a leak due to an incomplete weld. Fixed it and refilled the refrigerant (5.5 pounds out of 6, EEK). It’s been working great ever since.EDIT:I decided to lower my rating for this company for several reasons. First off, even though we gave them 5 stars before, we feel this was not completely honest. We would probably had done 4 because of the leaking refrigerant that was a pretty serious installer error, but when they came by for their one week follow up, we were told that if we left a 5 star review for them, they would give us the one year $199 service charge for cleaning the units for free. Hmmm, are many of the 5 stars from people who just wanted that free service? Maybe. Well, the reason why they now get 3 instead of 4 is because of what happened during the city inspection. When the city came out, they gave red tags on four items, and the city guy remarked that he was not impressed with the install at all. Um, we just paid over $8K for this system, it better be installed correctly.So, in essence, after dealing with a leak, a bad inspection from the city, and the apparent asking for 5 stars for free service, it left a very bad taste in our mouth. Since our old AC went out, we went with them right away as we were desperate to get it running before the summer heat, but wish we had done more research on other companies.

Had a 4 ton 13 seer AC unit installed in December of 2014. Servicemen was able to get to my house the very next day and completed work within 2 hours. The price was very reasonable and 3 months later I decided to have the other unit replaced and experience the same positive outcome. Ac works great absolutely no problems. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to repair service or replace their AC units.

I’ve been a customer of Xtreme air since they installed a full AC system 4 years ago and for plumbing for a slab leak last year. I really appreciate the fast response every time I’ve needed them even though I live far north DFW, whether is during the week or weekend they really go out of their way to assist their customers.Their customer service is great, they offer financing options which is a huge help with unexpected expenses and very nice and knowledgeable technicians. I am not a fan of writing reviews but i feel confident about Xtreme Air and I plan to continue using their services for my 16 year old home that is starting to show random signs of aging LOL!Best wishes for all at Xtreme air for a long and prosperous career. Xtreme Air Services recently installed a PTAC air conditioner/heater in our sun room. We were very pleased with the exceptional and personal service we received from this company and, in particular, from Justin. He gave us a competitive quote for the unit and he and Robert were able to install it a couple of days later. Justin took time to explain the unit's features and made sure we were absolutely satisfied with our purchase. Without any hesitation, I would give Xtreme Air Services a 5 star rating. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

2nd time to use these fine folks and a pleasure to deal with them each time.Our old system finally giving up and I had to bite the bullet and get a new system. Josh, my technician, worked with me to determine exactly what I needed. Not what he thought I needed, but what made sense for my family.UPDATE. So I've held off updating this for awhile, but with summer starting up in Texas it's quite noticeable in the house. The unit we purchased is great. The airduct work the company did is not. You see they were supposed to update and modify our old system to help with the circulation of air. Well several months into the purchase we noticed that there were airflow issues in several of the rooms and called the company out. We got the same tech, Josh to come out and he tried to make it work, but told me they'd have to redo the airduct they just put in and it would cost me. Let me repeat that. They told me they were going to install a better airduct workflow and didn't. Basically reinstalled my old one, and when I brought it up, they told me I would be out of pocket for it.Yes, this is a couple of years after the fact, but every summer since the install we've dealt with this and my wife asked me not to do this. But it's been particularly hot and humid in the house in the overnight time, something that we had discussed at purchased and I'm tired of not sharing this.Just be aware of the service you get, and make sure you have them follow to what was agreed upon. I didn't and I'm stuck with this $10k mess that I should have complained more than I did to get situated.Downgrading my review to 3 stars.

Juan Rangel did an excellent service and provided a good estimate. He gave us good recommendations about protecting our house from voltage surges. I use Xtreme for air conditioner maintenance too, and we trust them. We are customers for life.

I have only wonderful things to say about Xtreme Air Service. In 2014, Matt and Joseph saved the day quickly and professionally! My indoor A/C was flooding my house and they took care of it. They gave me several options and worked with the budget I had. Now, in 2017 they have come to my rescue again for a different issue and Joseph even remembered us! Great quality work, fast service, works with my finances, and very personable. Happy to say that I trust them to take care of whatever my house needs now and in the future.

This is an easy 5 star rating. We recently had two new Trane systems installed. Our system was old and needed to be updated. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us in making the decision to install the 2 units. The installers were Dakota, Kelson, Tony, Roland, Michael, Paul and Jessie. They were precise and did a fantastic job. They worked together as a team. They worked all day long and got them installed in one day. Unbelievable! Thank you Dakota, Kelson, Tony, Roland, Michael, Paul and Jessie because you all did and amazing job. Xtreme Air was highly recommended to me. Now, I highly recommend them also.

I had been under contract with another AC/Plumbing company for 8 years which included spring and winter service...when I called for my spring service I was told they were “booked up for 2 months”!!! I cancelled that contract and started my search for a new AC company.I had received a Value Pack which included a special offer from XTreme Air. I called and explained I have one Trane unit which still uses Freon and the other unit uses the newer EPA approved refrigerant. All I needed was to have my filters changed in one unit and clean the filter cartridge in the Trane.Nick was out the very next day and performed exactly what I had asked him to do and he also checked the units outside. He had me come out to see the meter readings and found a large capacitor in the Trane unit was completely dead and would need to be replaced...the part was ordered and today Nick was here promptly at 9 AM to replace that part.I also found out from Nick during his first visit that Xtreme Air performs several other services; 2 plumbing issues were something I needed repaired. Paul contacted me and and arrived promptly to see what the issues were...both a result of frozen water that had burst 2 pipes outside. He gave me a quote and I had him come back to make those repairs.Lastly, my bedroom had always seemed to be warmer than the thermostat indicates. Nick noticed the size of the 2 vents in the bedroom and one vent in the bathroom were smaller than the square footage needed. He suggested I have a Comfort Specialist take a look. A few day later Aaron arrived, looked in the attic, ductwork and vents...gave me a quote to increase the size of 3 ducts and those 3 vents...I will have that work performed in the near future.Each service man was prompt, professional and courteous....I rated each of these a solid 5 out of 5!!!

The service representative was honest and did not sell us something we did not need. Instead he advised us on a self fix option. Very helpful, respectful and honest. Great business ethics. Will definitely use when we are actually in need!!

Aaron is amazing and knowledgeable. Provided very good service and education on products and services. He also followed up abs confirmed time for the services to be provided. Very personable yet professional.

17-Jun-2016 XAS installed a new unit for me Fall 2015 and came to service again Summer 2016 since the unit wasn't working, ALL SERVICE FEES MUST COME FROM THE BOSS and WITH LITTLE EFFORT YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF HUNDREDS if you raise a stink. These are AC services- not the going rate of Lobster, the techs calling THE BOSS and coming back with different $'s is not worth it. I'd like my home to be serviced- not feel like I'm buying a car. After 2 TERRIBLE experiences no more...In the Fall they wanted to charge exorbitant rate, however after calling 2 other companies WITHOUT giving them a lower rate to price match to they came down 500$+ who knew 6 minutes on a phone in front of them could save you so much money- maybe they decided it wasn't worth losing our business on a Sat with 3 techs at our house?? This is after waiting WEEKS to get the unit we wanted which was considerably cheaper than the MUCH MORE expensive unit they had in stock. Had to call at least 6 times over 6 weeks [SEP-OCT] to see if our unit had come in or not, and finally, Hey, your unit's here, we can schedule your service now.Summer 2016- unit is not cooling, tech comes by and says that it will take 1-2 hours to replace motor, but is finished in 20 minutes. (Since we had the part ($150) already installed, we were charged 310$ versus the normal $600 for part and labor, so generous for 20 minutes of work) THEN THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 130$ TO COMPLETE THERMOSTAT WIRING WHEN ONE WIRE WAS LOOSE. I said absolutely not and hooked it up myself in front of him.UPDATE 17-June-16: Owner, Eddy, and one of his better technicians came out at 9pm to sort out the situation and find a solution. It turns out the Ceiling Saver water sensor they installed with the new coils in 2015 was shutting off the entire system, as it is designed to do, when your drainage pipe is clogged. The 1st tech this morning had no clue, did not fix the primary issue, but gladly took $310. I am glad we now have AC, just wish it wasn't such a headache to get it done properly. Eddy made a partial refund, and only charged for clearing the drainage pipe.

Art came over and troubleshot our air conditioner. He was very friendly and professional. I have three big dogs, and he just walked in the house and they accepted him immediately. He gave us the bad news we already suspected, and then Mark came over and gave us an estimate for a new unit. We had a new unit installed 2or 3 years ago by Xtreme Air for the other side of the house, and it made such a difference in the feel and temperature of the air, that we knew we wanted the same unit again. It also lowered our bills drastically. We got the variable system, and you can tweak the humidity in the air. Amazing. My husband and I both work in the trades, and we knew we wanted a Trane system, which I believe is built right here in Texas.They recharged our air conditioner on Saturday ( today) and are coming over to replace our unit on Monday. I am so grateful! Texas heat os nothing to mess with!

They did good work. It was a fair price.They would have received 5 stars if they communicated with me quickly after an issue can up.There was a perfect storm type of multilevel miscommunication issue that wasn't addressed until I wrote a review.Even though it was frustrating to be ignored for two weeks, they made efforts to resolve the issue as best they could.

On April 21st 2020 called Xtreme Service to have them come out and take a look the a/c unit. The response time was good no problem there. The downside was that we felt like the technician seemed a little skeptical. He wasn't sure on a lot of things. He said that I needed a new defrost board. He did try to override the system so we can have air unfortunately it didn't work. Technician said that he will a have the defrost board next morning. He came back the next day Wednesday with the new board and installed it. He check a couple of stuff but not the entire system. Then after he left it worked for 2 days. Then we had to call them again another person showed up and he said this was the problem it was frozen and showed us. The other technician said in his own words he would checked other stuff. Then 2nd technician asked me could David come back out I said sure along as it get fixed. Sat the 25th David came back out told him what the other technician said. David said it possibly could be a leak and I was kind hesitant on what he said about the leak cause the freon would leaked out along time ago and it would of got hot right away. Just seemed like a lot of uncertainty. Then he put on the receipt that I refused pma which I didn't not refused I told him I had to look some stuff to move around in my account. David didn't explain the so called warranty correctly. On Saturday the 25th I called the office spoke to a lady I asked her the maintenance warranty she started to explain and then she put me on hold and never came back I hung up. Felt like we got the run around. On Saturday the 25th another from the same company came out to look at our siding and said he will get back with me on Monday the 27th for an estimate till this day still haven't heard back about the estimate. Also I felt Xtreme Service over charged us. We were told it was $800 then they knocked it down to $550. When I called the company the other day and to ask about the price he said $550 was for the labor. We called another company they came and did awhole lot more than Xtreme Service come to found it was the blower which Xtreme Service never checked.

Auturo was the technician that serviced our unit and was very helpful and professional. The price was very reasonable. Although, he couldn't repair it, he offered us options to get a new unit and he explained thoroughly the problem. The salesman called immediately to schedule appt. I highly recommend Extreme

One of the van drivers for this company hit my car on 12/20/21 causing my car to hit another car and then the van driver backed up and drove away. I am not able to file a police report because I do not have description of the driver and only a partial license plate. I was in shock from the impact of the hit. The other driver was bleeding from hitting her face on the steering wheel and I have a pinched nerve on the upper section of my back. What kind of person would hit someone and drive away without even checking to see if the other drivers are okay? I am extremely upset by this and since there is nothing else I can do I am leaving this public review.

Today Shane and Roland installed a new Trane heat pump. The installation was fast, done right and the clean up was perfect. They replaced an older Trane HVAC system that I bought in 1999 and never had a service call in 21-years. The older system finally had a fan failure and rather than put money into a 21-year old system, I decided to buy a new Trane system since I was so happy with the older system. The two installers were great, very professional and courteous. The salesman Aaron was also great.I would use Xtreme Air Services again without hesitation.

Xtreme Air Services came out at 9 pm to restore heat flow to our home. Brooks the service guy was very professional he worked quickly to determine the problem. He was able to get us up and running for the night. Brooks and his team returned the next day to resolve our issue. They also provided us with a lot of customer education with regards to our heating and air unit. We will definitely be doing business again with Xtreme Air Services.

I was updated on appointment time by call and text, I received a picture of Cory Gooch (my AC technician) so I knew who to expect, and Cory himself called when he was on his way over.Once here, Cory was very thorough in examining the system both inside and out. He provided pictures of concerns and took time to explain to me what he was finding. I felt like he cared about my family’s safety and comfort knowing we were living in 90 degree temps without AC.Before leaving he provided an estimate that listed the concerns found and forwarded everything to us by email so we have the pictures too. We had talked to extreme air but decided to go with another company. Our AC units were only 6 months old and were not cooling properly. We paid less with the other company but we learned that cheaper is not always better. The old system was not installed correctly and it was leaking carbon monoxide into our home. It caused my children to get sick. I rather pay for the quality of work and not risk the well being of my family. Now the house feels 100% better with the new system. The technician Joseph listened to our concerns and explained everything in detail. We are very satisfied with their work, professionalism and honesty.

We had our AC crash on one of the hottest Friday's ever. We called Xtreme Air on Friday evening & got an appointment for the next day, Saturday. Josh the repair guy came out super friendly & professional. Josh & the company called a couple of times to let us know the status on our appointment. When Josh did the inspection he told us our unit was very old & beyond repair so we made the decision to get a new one installed. Fearing the cost we were able to get approved financing & had new inside & outside units in on the following Monday. The installation crew came at 6 p.m. & were done by 11pm. They were very professional as well & didn't mindxanswering our questions. We highly recommend Xtreme Air.

2 years ago my 3-ton system went out. met Eddy and he gave me options for me to choose from to get my AC unit back up and running. The company was honest and the technician that came out to install my unit explained to me what was taking place during the installation. My system is still maintenance free and the Tune-up program is worth it to keep it in check as well as checking out my original 5-ton unit that is still hanging in there. I would recommend them for AC work they provided.

Xtreme air is not only dishonest but lie about what is wrong when they see older units because the tech are commission based. We were told one unit is out & they other was going. This company over filled our a/c with refrigerant causing it to not work. When we got a second opinion they fixed the refrigerant and did some small maintenance & everything is working fine.

Hired Xtreme Air to replace both of my 23 year old HVAC units. Lindel Wilson came out to give me an estimate and then was patient with me (NO PRESSURE) before I committed to the work while i haggled with my home warranty for a few weeks to see if I could get a little cash to help cover the cost.Day of the job, Tony, Brandon, Kelson, and Matt showed up and got to work and were pleasant, professional, tidy, and overall showed awesome teamwork. Even after they'd already spent 9 hours at my house and had finally left to head home, they turned right around and came back when i called and alerted them to an error that seemed to be occurring. Joseph Smith was the salesman who came and talked with us. To say we were impressed with his expertise is putting it mildly. We had to have a new furnace and a/c installed and both have worked great. He has taken time to explain everything to us as we had a lot of questions. We also bought the Nexia thermostat, keyless door lock and a camera by the front door. We've had problems with those but Joe has worked with us to fix problems we were experiencing. I can't recommend this company enough, they are right there working with us when we need them. Big Shout out to Mike at Xtreme Air Services. Not only did he come out same day (9pm) he found the problem quickly he fixed it and was done in under a hour. They waved service fee and he HEAVILY discounted the part price for us.(military and police family) Mike was patient when I was trying to gather the funds and even talked with our girls. He answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to do home maintenance on the A/C unit. He didnt mind our dog either. Seriously if anyone has issues go to them, they are by far the best!Mike, you seriously saved us last night. Almost 2 weeks ago when it was freezing cold I came home to a freezing house and a thermostat that was not working. A friend recommended Xtreme Air Services so I gave them a call and they sent a gentleman named Michael Youngblood out to take a look. He recommended a new thermostat which I replaced myself but something still seemed to be wrong. I had two other people come out and take a look and they failed to find the issue. This morning I called Xtreme Air Services back and they sent Michael back out (same day!) at no charge and he found the issue! I will no longer question him or this company. Our AC unit went out the day before the 4th of July. I called Xtreme Air Services to schedule an appointment. Josh came out and sure enough, we needed a full installation of a new AC unit. We had an amazing experience with Xtreme Air Services! I called on a Friday afternoon because our A/C was having issues. I spoke with their Office Manager, Sarah Elwell, she was super nice, very professional and EXTREMELY helpful! Her willingness to help and to take the time to explain Xtreme's pricing was really helpful! I was even more surprised when she told me she could have a technician at our home the next morning (on a Saturday). My first thoughts were, WOW, what an amazing company . . . I honestly didn't think it could get any better until the next day - when Xtreme HVAC technician, Josh arrived at our home. Josh was super nice, he did a thorough examination of our machinery and serviced the problematic unit - he explained what was wrong with the unit and completed the repair. The people from Xtreme Air Services that I had interactions withwere very professional and knowledgeable.They explained the problems that my system had and how to fixthose problems .

Called Xtreme about an issue and they were out within the hour. Josh was VERY polite and courteous and explained exactly what was wrong and what I needed to fix it. The same day, the issue was corrected and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I would definitely recommend.

Sam Hardy came out to check why our upstairs unit wasn't working. He did a full check of the system and found the freon was a little over charge and he readjusted the level of the coil to drain the water. He was very professional and very easy to get along with. I would very much like to have Sam come back out and work on our system. Sam really has the customer's best interest at heart. You have an outstanding employee here.

My AC unit went out late in the afternoon. I called Xtreme AC around 5:30 PM expecting them to tell me they wouldn't be able to get to me soon. To my surprise, they politely informed me that a truck was in my area and someone would be by in around 30 minutes! Josh arrived within 30 minutes as promised and he was great. He told me what the problem was, quoted me a fair price and took care of the repair in no time. I won't even consider any other HVAC repair company in the future. I was so impressed by level of service, professionalism and so speed they provide.

Excellent customer service. We had 2 new Trane units installed in August. We also them come out help with our tankless hot water heater. Then this past week they came out and set our new system up for the fall/winter months ahead. The customer service has been great each time the guys come out and each time we talk to the ladies in the office.

Juan was great! On-time arrival, very polite and knowledgeable. Started inside the house checking our inside system, but wouldn’t come in the house before putting on his little Blue booties to protect my floors. Once the inside inspection was completed, proceeded outside to check the main unit where Juan really shined. Vacuumed out my unit to remove leaves inside my unit from the fall, checked all electrical connections and system pressures to ensure they were within the manufactures specs. All in all I received the “Xtreme” service call i’ve Come to expect from Xtreme Air Services. I highly recommend anyone needing a system inspected, serviced or a quote for a replacement system to give this company a call, there’s none any better in the entire DFW area!

Punctual, extremely knowledgable, thorough in the A/C maintenance, very informative and willing to share with us on how we can best take care our A/C unit and how to protect it keeping it free of bacteria by installing the Rene Halo Lamp. Update: I spoke with Sara at Extreme - she was very interested in making the situation right, and is providing air filters at no charge since i will be fixing the ceiling myself. I could not come up with anything else that would change the past situation, and was pretty sure money wouldn't change since i signed a contract. To that end, i have raised the review, but left the original review below.I will say the product and installation was good. Over priced a bit, and classic upselling. They stepped on my ceiling and made a crack, promised to fix it. When I called two days later, the person answering didn't know of it, and asked for pictures (his techs took and sent in front of me). referred me to a handyman type to fix, who also hadn't heard of me and kept getting my info wrong. i'll fix it myself before i let an unknown third party worker in my home.I also had to call the office to schedule the follow through. Make sure you get what you want and get competing estimates before signing anything, and make sure appointments for follow through work are set BEFORE they leave your house.

Samuel was extremely professional. Arrived when I was told he was going to arrive. When he got to my house, he got to work immediately and diagnosed the issue.. Gave me options without pressuring me. I will need to replace my unit. Samuel gave me options and recommendations. He's very knowledgable. I will definitely be calling back.... Thanks a lot Samuel.

Whenever I have a problem, I speak with David Webb. He has helped me out several times and got the repairman out as quick as possible. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very polite. It is always a pleasure talking to him even when I am stressed over a problem at the house!

Well we called Xtreme Air tonight at 7:30pm 9/18 a Friday night. The lady who took our call was very pleasant and took care of use quickly. with in a hour Joseph came out and fix us up. Since we had him fill our A/C unit with 2 pounds the service call of 29.95 was free. He was very pleasant as well. He worked fast and had our a/c back up and running. November 7, 2019 update.....I want to acknowledge Ryan Rennie a service technician for Xtreme Air Services. A more professional and competent tech you would be hard pressed to find. Ryan truly exemplifies what customer service is about. Truly an outstanding representative of your company.This business continues to deliver superior customer service. During my fall PM the tech discovered that my downstairs unit igniter was border line. He suggested that it be replaced given that the winter months were ahead. Instead of using a generic one he drove to the Trane warehouse and secured an OEM part and returned as promised the first thing the next day.My upstairs A/C failed at 3:00 am. I called and left a message and at 5:45am I got a call back!! A service tech would be dispatched between 8:00 and noon that day. At 9:00 MIKE YOUNGBLOOD showed up, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Shortly thereafter I received a call from the company asking if everything was satisfactory. This is not and won’t be my last dealings with them but they define what customer service should be. Eddy should be proud of the company he has created and fostered.

The guy was very quick to jump to my system wasn’t working when he barely looked at the system. Wanted to charge me for a whole new one when he could have just looked and fixed my issue. I suggest getting another quote before going with their recommendation! Other than that he was very friendly and did give me a lot of info that is useful for long term mainence of my system.

I would recommend Xtreme air to anyone. They were very professional very neat did not leave a mess. We had a small problem but they sent someone to fix it. They were prompt at getting to my house. They are very knowledgeable about there products.

Got charged $2300 for an ac repair. Two weeks later my unit goes out again and I am told I need a new compressor which would cost $3700. In addition to the new compressor quote, I was given a quote for a new unit to replace my existing unit that is not even 10 yrs old yet.Had another company come out and perform the repair for $1000 less. Check around before you use their commercial services.

We had a new system put in and these guys exhibited Xtreme excellence, professionalism, and the ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I now have no need to go anywhere else for services. Good work and thanks a lot for the personal service. Shane & Tim good work today.

I found Xtreme AIr on the web, we went by their office in Sunnyvale where we met Lindell, we actually made our mind up within minutes after talking to him. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I suppose one of the most outstanding sales reps we ever met. Today Dakota and Kelson came and did the install. They were AWESOME! They both worked non-stop until finished. I will give them a five too. Both were experts in their field, knew exactly all steps in the install. Everything was put back exactly like they found it. We have been looking for someone to replace our ageing a/c units and everyone else wanted to charge a 100.00 fee just to come out and give us an estimate. Honest and reliable. Joseph came out to asses our situation with our A/C and came to find many things wrong with it and explained our options. He was thorough and patient, explaining details and many questions that I had. The small $29.95 fee was a lot less than the $60 with home warranty.I forgot to mention I called at 9am and he arrived at 10:10am. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. This kind of customer service is hard to find now days.

What a day! I felt compelled to share my experience with Xtreme Air Services. These guys are hands down the best HVAC company you could ask for. Today, I woke up to an 80 degree bedroom and a failed coil/compressor. With it being a Saturday and a holiday weekend I thought I would be pretty much screwed to get it fixed. My suspicion was confirmed when my regular (EX) HVAC company showed up and told me my compressor was fried and that they could not get one till Tuesday. Additionally I have a medically dependent daughter and have round the clock care givers in my home and though I pleaded with my current company to make a few calls they just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. Frustrated, I began to call company after company and one by one was shot down, told that if I really needed a compressor there was no one open and I would have to wait. I almost gave up and began to implement an emergency action plan when I came across Xtreme. Sarah answered the phone and was great, genuinely concerned about our situation she put me in touch with Brooks who turned out to be one of the hardest working men I've met in quite a long time. He put my mind at ease on the phone and said he would be over shortly and not to worry. If needs be, someone would just have to open up to allow him to get a compressor. Well that's what happened. After Brooks verified what the problem was he had a wholesaler open up so he could get the needed equipment . 6 hours later he just left. HVAC & Plumbing ReviewWe called Xtreme Air Services to get an estimate to replace our A/C system and duct work. Eddy (the owner) came out to give us an estimate at a time that worked best for us. He told us all of our options in detail and went over the financing options he has available, but we ended up paying in cash. We chose the Trane XV 18i and it has been amazing! The install crew (led by Jake) was very professional and knowledgeable. They even made sure to keep everything clean while they were cutting the ceiling to put in new vents. The one time we had a question about the thermostat, we were able to speak to a technician directly.We were so impressed with the HVAC work that we called them back about one month later for plumbing work. Pedro came out and gave us an estimate for a tankless water heater and a few other things that we needed done. The prices were great, so he got right to work! He started that day with some of the smaller things, then came back with Robert to install the tankless water heater. Both men were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They even drained and removed the old water heater tank and swept the garage floor when they were done! Xtreme Air Services has a lifetime customer!

EDIT: Xtreme Air has redeemed my loyalty, I was told repeatedly this is not the work we do, and after some hiccups, they stay true to their word, and fixed every issue, and then some. I would highly recommend this company, this is the real world, where issues happen to the even the best, it's how we fix and redeem those issues that shows someone's integrity.Also shout out to the old man tech, can't remember the name, but I think I scared him, he's a good guy, sorry! hahaTechnician originally that came out was great, sales team great, work was bad. Had to call several times because the door to the attic was broken by the install team, several pictures were taken, was told someone would get back to me. Had to follow up twice, and was told it fell through the cracks. The door is still sketchy looking anyways, was also told after a heat return was placed upstairs, and with this $12,000 AC unit the upstairs would cool easily. It does cool easily, but it's still 10 degrees difference.

Second time I used Brooke from XTREME Air Service. Just like the first time service was amazing! I had my drain pan exchanges this time and it was done within one hour. The first time I had a valve replaced inside my heater. I called a few other companies and was told they can get me in 4 days later. That meant for us being without heat for 4 days. I called Xtreme Air and they came out the same day. Actually Brooke was at my house 1 hour before he was scheduled.They use little booties to not get any mess on your floors and are very professional and friendly! Every question I had ( and I ask a lot's of questions ) was answered and the work that they where about to do was explained. I am defiantly will be a customer for life :)

Mike came out to check my air conditioner it was not cooling the house. After checking the air conditioner Mike went over the cost to repair. We decided because of the cost and the age of the air conditioner to replace it. Mike went over the cost and installation of a new air conditioner and was very informative. These folks are fully professional..... The installation went flawless.... 3 installers arrived about 9am,,, left about 5pm. The whole process was actually very pleasant. From start to finish the folks I encountered at Xtreame were very knowledgeable,,, courteous and professional.

Called to see if they could look at units that was not hold the temp of house. Was told it would be a week before they could come out. I know they are all busy during this heat wave. But you should not advertise same day call on flyers.

AC not cooling and called on a Sunday. Juan Rangel came out that afternoon and had to clear the drain twice but now working fine. Checked my other rental and fixed a leak. Explained everything clearly to me. I have had the maintenance program for a year now and have found all techs to be helpful; and knowledgeable. Great company!

Fabulous company! My AC went out 2 weeks ago, and I noticed it by 3am on a very early Thursday morning. I tried to call 24/7 services but no luck. Others wouldn't open until 8am. I knew I would end up in line and would probably have to pack up my cats and move to a hotel for the weekend and perhaps longer. It had been very hot for some time. Then I remembered the Xtreme Air ads and saw the great reviews and called them. Couldn't believe it when Angel answered the phone at 3am and slotted me in with Chad the next afternoon. Chad arrived on time and unfortunately discovered I had to replace my compressor. Very expensive. I have a lot of stresses hitting me right now and I fell apart and Chad was there for me, patient, understanding, and efficient. He got everything lined up for the next day and even got a room AC for me so I could try to get some sleep without having to move to a hotel. Chad and Brooks arrived on time the next afternoon and got it all done. Ashley, Shala, and Angel all provided support with a great attitude and got answers for me when I called with questions. Only one small hitch, I had trouble getting an invoice with the final correct information. I was under pressure to provide it for a house sale negotiation and they did get it done with a smile, even with me pressuring them. They really performed to help me so much. Highly recommend!!

STAY AWAYOur experience with Xtreme Air Services plumbing has been horrid. It started out decent with great promises, but went downhill from the first visit. The original visit was a fast response, but they never did anything they said they were going to do. It started on a Saturday when we had a major pipe burst. Their MASTER PLUMBER (Pedro) came out and indicated he couldn't find the main leak, but found a smaller one. Hequoted me 4200 dollars to reroute the entire system and declared he would have his people there first thing on Monday. They didn't show until Monday afternoon and didn't even have the proper tools. The plumber (Mario) claimed he didn't have the proper drill bit and needed to run to the home depot. He went and came back... but the drill he had was only a chipper and not a drill. He said he would come back Tuesday and that we would for sure have water on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes... with lots of jenkity cuts in my drywall that I point out. The master plumber chastises Mario and his helper and tells him how to do it properly. He further chastises them for not having the proper shovels on their truck. The whole day spent and no water.Wednesday... we have partial water to the house after another whole day on the job. Only to the bathroom... and the master plumber tries to change the price saying he fixed the small leak he supposedly found (but couldn't explain to me how he could hear the 'small bubbles' on the other side of the house where we had minimal pressure, but not the massive leak where we had no pressure at all) to 7100 for an 'additional reroute'. HE LAUGHED ABOUT how much we had been approved for financing and said, Well if you got enough, why you worried about it? How much did they approve you for? I refused to tell him, and did not approve of his price increase. He continued the work anyway.Thursday comes and goes and we now have water to the kitchen, but not the whole house. He finally sends an estimate. They aren't done and come back Friday. I call the office because they still aren't done and nobody can tell me what was done at my house this day. This includes the service manager Jake and the office manager Dusty. I'm told they have no control over plumbing.A call to the owner Eddy gets me his visit on Monday. He says he is very disappointed and that this should have been a same day job from the original Saturday. I point out shoddy work like pipes now laying on top of my air conditioning duct-work and loosely thrown about the attic draped over boxes. Very little is insulated and my dishwasher isn't put back correctly. My hose is no longer attached to the house but has some spigot that is barely above ground. Eddy promises that they will come back and do it right, and honor the original price of 4200.They come back and raise the spigot, move most of the pipe off the ac ducts and straighten it out so it isn't draped over boxes. They don't fix the dishwasher they pulled out, they don't follow the plan we discussed (doing a partial reroute instead of a complete...they used an existing line to the kitchen and laundry room). Upon testing the sprinkler system where they replaced the double check (which the city red tagged them for), their brand new double check shoots water out of the top when the valve is opened to supply water to the sprinklers.It has now been over a month. They have been red-tagged by the city twice and still haven't fixed the issues. My grass is dead and my walls all look like I live in the ghetto (they told me 6 days into the job that I am responsible for fixing the drywall) because I can't have the drywall fixed until the city inspects.They were supposed to be here this morning and didn't show. A call to Pedro reveals that he changed the job for tomorrow (on Friday) NOBODY CALLED US ABOUT THE CHANGE...they had all weekend to call and didn't.Over the past month they have tried to collect payment 7 times. Their company policy is to not collect payment until the work is finished. Tried again today, but they still haven't passed city inspection!

Had a guy from Xtreme come check out our AC unit at our apartment complex that countless other handymen said was working fine. The difference was like night and day! We told an Xtreme employee about our problem, and he immediately he got to work, opened up the panel to take a look at our fans (which no handyman ever bothered to even try), and found several different major issues such as a leak, a fan not working, ice forming, mold growing, a corroded wire, and a cheap tape job from the people who originally installed the unit. Considering some of these things could've been life threatening or at least a serious health concern, Xtreme Air Services comes highly recommended, and well worth the price!

Dissatisfied with Xtreme Air Services (XAS), business practices. I received E-mail notification of proposed action which cited, We decided to not take on the project at this time due to the amount of work that is required in this season of the year. We are more than happy to touch base with you in a month or two to see if the job has been taken care of, if not we completely understand if you select a different company. This notice of proposed action was absurd and deserved further telephonic discussion. I discovered that the estimated contract was underbid for the scope of the work to be performed. During the home assessment visit, the evening before the E-mail notification was sent, the Sales Manager made no mention of an amendment to change order for scope of work or that a change order proposal would even be considered. We were lead to believe that after this assessment we would be prepared to move forward with the contracted quote proposed. The following day of the assessment, intercepted captioned E-mail discharging their commitment. Their administrative remedy was to exempt the previous work order and possibly reassess the value, if reconsidered at a later date. I understand the channels through which accounts must pass, including the function and authority of each official designated to review them, but I disagree with how this was administratively orchestrated by the Sales Manager. Had he just been forthright and honest regarding the adjustment, the outcome could have possibly turned out differently with discussion for fair value consideration. But, instead he exercised his, I'm assuming, discretionary authority to declare void and rescinded the contract. As a customer, it is very necessary to weigh your options to best ensure you are getting a license certified and reputable company. I thought I had done that in choosing this one. However, I discovered that being forthright and honest it not their standard of professional practice, but rather improper after-actions and inadequate customer relations which leaves everlasting impression. This company was relentless with follow up calls in getting my initial business, now they choose to rescind and deliver an E-mail relinquishing ties to commit to contract due to their inaccuracy--which is deplorable. And, to mention, the amount of work required in this season of the year, the work order was for air conditioning unit replacements and duct work during the month of August. My time was valuable too and with time invested with the in-home consultations, E-mail and text messages, and subsequent follow-up calls are now negated. I invested my time searching my best options only to learn that XAS company slogan, For faster, reliable service call Xtreme Air Services, does not apply here. In closing, the fundamental practices of good business practice should be that an estimate should not be included in a contract, unless it is expected to be relied upon. Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not express my dealings with the Residential and Commercial Sales representative whom I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

If I could give them zero stars I would!! Dishonest!! Our heater stopped working last week so we called xtreme air out. They gave us 2 options...one for $4200 to try and get it by for another year or so, or replace the interior and exterior unit for $8,800! We had another company out for a second opinion, and they fixed it with a $200 part! Absolutley unacceptable ethical behavior! We will NEVER trust these guys again!!

This visit by Extreme was for a proposal for a new heat pump. It's not a critical/emergency situation - a little time is being taken to make a decision.The sales (comfort care or some such) representative and his main office were very communicative and more than prompt - he arrived considerably earlier than he'd originally estimated late on a hot Saturday afternoon. However I was a little put off when, while reviewing his calculations with him, I learned that the non-air-conditioned attached garage was included in his computation of what size of unit he was recommending for this house with 1,400 sq. feet of air-conditioned space (a move that may, however, end up being appropriate since the garage may become air-conditioned - some day - though the sales rep. wasn't told that).A day earlier we'd been visited by one of Extreme's service technicians for a second opinion of previous recommendations by two other firms that our seventeen-year-old three-and-a-half-ton Trane heat pump be replaced. While the Extreme technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative on a Friday evening at the end of a long day, his somewhat ham-handed ways caused a separation of our system's apparently finger-tightened-only PVC drain pipe and left us with a new condensation-water leak inside just as he was driving away. Fortunately this was not a huge deal since the carpet around the heat pump had already been ruined by the original ice-over a couple of weeks earlier, and frankly I blame the firm that attended to that problem for this leak - that firm failed to properly fasten the new pipework with which they left us.In the end we were satisfied with the rep.'s explanations of the (two) offered heat pump choices and additional equipment considerations; we expect to make a decision shortly, and I look forward to seeing if his prediction of a sixty-percent-plus reduction in the A/C portion of our electric bill holds up if we go with the multi-stage option.Extreme's proposal is the third and last one we are seeking regarding this very expensive matter - it approaches the cost of a new (very small) car and is not a decision best made under the threat of ninety-five degree humid heat. I recommend everyone get multiple proposals, including at least two from independently-owned shops i.e. ones not owned by Service Experts, apparently the out-of-state-investor owners of many of the ostensibly local HVAC firms. I would also suggest one consider getting a service-and-maintenance contract with an experienced licensed independent HVAC technician who's not also interested in selling you the very sort of equipment you're paying him to evaluate; these contracts typically cost about fifteen dollars a month and typically include filter replacement every six months or so.

Awesome experience. Called on a Thursday morning when our 5 ton A/C unit failed. Lindel Wilson came out later that day, went over the existing system and worked with me to put together a complete replacement, explaining everything as he went along. Got the right system and the right installers. Tim and Tony were on the job first thing Friday, and worked non-stop through the 100 degree heat to get us up and cooling again. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the installation. These guys are pros! They even fixed some things the previous installer had done incorrectly. We got a good product (Trane XR14 5 ton w/ XR80 furnace), quality installation and a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

Xtreme Air is an excellent company for just about all your needs. (HVAC, plumbing, fencing, roofing, garage doors, electrical, general construction) Juan Rangel came out today to service our AC. The company called to say he was on his way, then I got a text from juan to tell me he was coming. They wear booties in the house, and Juan explained things thoroughly. Rates are very good. They also have someone on call after hours. Great company. Great customer service.

We went with a Trane and we are very satisified with our choice. there were no hassles and no pressure to choose any one unit. The installation went smooth and all is working fine. I had my water heater go out and of course water everywhere. I called Xtreme and they were able to get the water stopped and installed a new water heater very fast. I had a great technician (Pedro Alvarado) who was detailed, polite and didn't mind all the dumb questions. Hats off to their team!

Secondly they did an awesome job on my schedule which helped me out a lot. Xtreme Air Services really came through when my family was in need. Our AC system went out in 100+ degree weather, so I gave them a shout. They showed up, changed out my entire system and had us up and running the same day I called them! It was an EXCELLENT experience from the time I talked to David at their office (Who scheduled my install) to the time Jake, Xavier and Tim (Installers) left my house with cold air blowing from my vents. i took yearly maintenance contract iwth xtreme air.multiple issues with Xtreme air service.1. xtreme air technician was pushing me to install ac startup capacitor for whopping $275 charge over their regular yearly contract fee. This is an item i didnt even ask them in first place. Dont understand why should these technicians turn into an marketing person pushing an unwanted service.2. Even after insisting several times, Heater inspection was scheduled towards the end of winter. This is a fall time inspection.3. Call respondents are rude. Once i pointed out their mistakes, unable to tolerate, service person started talking very rude.Summary:I am NOT satisfied with their service and wouldn't recommend to any

Xtreme Air Services is a very professional company, starting with the sales representative to the repairmen. I had my down stairs air conditioning unit replaced inside and outside. The team that did it was very professional, and they completely cleaned everything up after they finished. 5 to them and the sales representative Lindel, who explained every thing to me before the work was done and came back afterwards and checked to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied. My a/c went out last summer and Xtreme replaced the unit. It works great and was less expensive than some others I checked. The techs are very professional and answered all my questions. They provided me with upgrade options, but I did not feel pressured to upgrade. Highly recommend.

Let me tell you, I have had some of the worst experience's with air conditioning companies in the past. So much that I dread every summer that something goes wrong with my AC. But that has all changed thanks to Xtreme Air Services. From the word go, I have never had a better experience or received such a high level of service like I just received. My aircon stopped working last Friday evening . The temperature was around 100 F. The condenser stopped circulating at all. My wife was so worried about how she and kids would survive the night and weekends since I was on a business trip. I called Xtreme Air Services and they dispatched Juan Rangel to help with the situation. Juan immediately called me and told me he would come as soon as possible after his current work at another house. He came over around 8pm. After a thorough diagnosis, he said the motor in the furnace is broken, since it is not a generic one, he called the furnace company and placed an order immediately. He convinced them to deliver overnight. He did some quick fixes so that my family could have the aircon Friday night. On Saturday morning, Juan came with the motor. He checked the entire systems again and installed it successfully. He was customer oriented and very quick on actions. He does a very thorough job and very best communication skills. We were so lucky to have Juan to service us. It is highly recommended for any aircon related works. Thank you Juan. We now have a piece of mind in such hot summer weathers. Xtreme Air Services gave me a great price on installing a new Trane Cooling Coil and Condenser. They were also much more knowledgeable about matching the most efficient coil with my furnace. Other companies quoted a slab coil which would have been easier to install, but was wasteful because it wouldn't match my plenum. They came and gave me an appraisal in the morning and installed the system that afternoon. Of all of the HVAC work I've had done in the past, Xtreme Air Services is the first to apply for a City Permit and get the City to Inspect the work. I was blown away with their professionalism and their knowledge. They don't cut corners and yet they are still inexpensive.

We called at 9am and by 10am they were here installing our new A/C unit. They were all awesome the owner Eddie even came to lend a hand. I have to give it to Kelson and Pedro as you guys rock. Called Extreme Air with inspection repairs. They came out the next day. Joseph worked diligently and fixed the problems addressed by the inspector. A few days later we had another issue pop up, we called Extreme Air and they made it out the same afternoon to fix the part that was broken. So thankful to Extreme Air and Joseph for my cool home this warm summer! Would call them with any AC issue from here on out! They are great!

Called on 1-9-16 and told them I had no air blowing thru my vents. I was told that earliest they could have someone out was between 6 and 8 pm. Received phone call and they got to house about 45 minutes to and an hour earlier ... Justin went immediately to look and see what the problem was after introducing himself ..came down a few minutes later and told me what the problem was and gave me my options ..he did not have part on his van but called and found the part. My air conditioning system was not working late night around 8:30 pm It was extremely hot in my house . I called XTREME AIR SERVICES and I talked to Angel and Sam Hardy. I was very impressed with the professionalism . Sam Hardy arrived to my house 10 mins later. Sam checked everything to find out that the Capcitor of the outside unit was not working. He replaced the Capcitor , and I was back in business again. Sam checked everything throughly to make sure everything was working properly. He educated me on how to take care of my outside unit ( the do's and don't 's). He also informed me about the maintenance/ warranty program. I just wanted to say I had an excellent experience with - XTREME AIR SERVICES. I use them before and I had an experience then . My Mother used your company and she was very impressed . XTREME dishonesty, XTREME lack of customer service, XTREME disregard for client's best interests, and XTREME damage to my home.  If there was ZERO STARS to give, I'd certainly have given them NONE!!USE XTREME AIR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!First, I invited them into my home to check an AC system that wasn't blowing cold in the summer of 2018. They put refrigerant in and they talked me into paying more for a 6-month system checkup because your coil probably has a leak in it and to ensure the other A/C unit & both furnaces are running properly.During the very FIRST checkup, all of the sudden my 3-ton furnace unit is leaking poisonous Carbon Monoxide & MUST BE REPLACED! So they hit me with an over $12,000 price tag to replace my existing furnace and A/C unit.While doing that; they damaged my trim, damaged my walls, and broke one of my recessed light covers in the attic. ALSO, and this is the kicker, I found my Hot Water Heater (HWH) had stopped working the morning after they had done this work in my attic.After I reported all this to them, they sent out 2 of THEIR plumbers (on 2 separate occasions) to check my HWH. After their 'check-up' they blamed the broken HWH on me saying it had failed internally and had to be replaced. They offered to give me a DISCOUNT on replacing my broken HWH so that I'd just EAT the costs to repair all their damages to my house. Now I wonder if I really needed a new furnace and A/C unit in the first place!!Here's my final text to the owner, Eddy Oppelt: Hi Eddy: I wanted to let you know that after yesterday where your plumber (I believe it was Christopher) came out and tried to convince me to buy a new On Demand Hot Water Heater (for $3,000) because mine has a bad internal gas valve and couldn't be fixed, I called Baker Brother's (their original installers) who came out today and found a shut off gas valve in my attic leading to the Rinnai Water Heater in question. I paid them $130 to find the problem with my water heater that your HVAC guys caused, and that two of your plumbers did not, or didn't want to. It's now obvious that Xtreme would rather look out for it's own interests at the expense of mine. Every time your people look at a piece of my equipment it either beaks, or is reported as broken and needs to be replaced. I'm very unhappy with your people and Xtreme Air Services overall.They didn't even have a vacuum cleaner to clean up after tracking insulation all over my home and leaving dust everywhere. They left without a care of that.Further, in order to close the deal and get my business they offered 0% interest 60-month financing for the cost of my new furnace and A/C system ($12,255). I told them I wanted to put this purchase on my credit card so that I can get 2% cash back that goes into my son's 529 college savings account. Ultimately they told me the '0% Financing' deal they offered was REALLY just a Wells Fargo credit card with an introductory 0% rate. So it's not a real financing deal at all. I told them you can't pay a credit card with another credit card and then their salesperson lied to me and said, and I quote, Sure you can, you can pay off this 'loan' with your credit card. I've just been on the phone with both Wells Fargo and my credit card provider and sure enough, you cannot pay off a credit card with another credit card! Wells Fargo wants a Routing Number and an Account Number to do a recurring payment. No, credit cards don't have Routing Numbers so they lied to me about that too in order to get my business. Xtreme is a company that will say and do ANYTHING to get your business and they don't care about your interests at all, just theirs.I've been XTREMEly scammed! And YES, part of their scam is when they tell you: We want you to be part of OUR FAMILY.What they don't say is that in Xtreme's Family; siblings rip each other off, parents lie, cheat and steal from their own children and EVERYONE is out for THEMSELVES!I strongly recommend that you DO NOT LET THESE SCAM ARTISTS NEAR YOUR HOME!!

The Gentlemen at Xtreme Air Services really took the time to work with us. When our System went out, from our phone call to them, to meeting with them, and to Installation was literally less than 48 hours. We couldn’t be happier! Between not being as advertised, charging extra for every damn thing, and being unreliable - I was getting ticked.This is the only company of the 5 that came out the same day, didn't charge extra for same day, honored what they advertised, brought the right tools to do the job the first time, clearly knew what they were doing, etc.They were a little higher than I'd hoped, but they also use name brand supplies and offer a solid warranty.Justin was my tech, he was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and patient. He was early! He finished in less time than he said it would take for MUCH cheaper than what I was expecting. Additional work needs to be done to permanently correct it (tree root issue) but even that estimate is less than I thought it would be!

So my old a/c gave out suddenly, and I called Extreme and they had my system installed the following day. They stayed until it was done and followed up. Plus everyone was super professional. I highly recommend them for any a/s services, plus they also do plumbing, roofing, etc.

Two guys from Xtreme air came for troubleshooting my ac issue. They refilled 6 lbs of coolant right away, instead of doing a thorough external diagnostics, which was later found to be a coil issue instead of some scary explanation of flooding etc. given by those two techs. However at a later of course it was Xtreme Air Team scheduled another visit to find the real root cause and supported me with various options to take care of the issue.

I have used them for about 6 years and they have always been amazing. They are always friendly and let me know what's going on. I highly recommend them.

My main unit ac was not getting cool. I called Xtreme Air Services and Joseph and Brooks came to my home at 9pm. They serviced all of my units and were XTREMELY (punt intended) thorough. They noticed one of my units was blowing at medium speed and explained to me the difference in medium and large speed. I didnt understand so, they changed from medium to large and demonstrated the difference (at no cost). They let my home after 11pm, which was I was XTREMELY Pleased. I will definitely refer them to friends and others!!!

Replaced my AC condenser at considerable cost. New system does not cool the house off very well and inferior to my old system. I have complained multiple times but still out tons of money with a warmer house during the summer heat. Not satisfied. Get a second opinion before using this company for major repairs or use someone else.

I was told someone will call me today or my next day. I didn’t get a call from anyone to the following week. I waited for them. In this Texas heat how do they accept people to wait that long. Very unprofessional. Don’t do what they say would. I will never call this company again.

So two days ago extreme air services cameOut to do my fall tune up on my heating units.The tech shows me I had a small amount of rust showing up in the drain pan underneath the unit. I go up there this morning to show my wife what was said and I notice the pan is now entirely rusted because a nail was placed in the drip pan that was not there before. The tech alsoLeft his Powerade bottle on the top of my heating unit which could have melted and caused me further issues inside our home.I will be filling a complaint with the BBB.I have used them three times and every time it’s been costly. Over 1,300 in A/C repairs and the. This tech tried to sell me a drain pan for the unit for 1,300 with install which is insane.

If the first service man would have correctly found the leak and repaired it we would not have had our living room ceiling cave in from the weight of the leaking water causing $2000.00 + in damages. He mis-diagnoised the problem and the water continued to leak and drip from the ceiling. We called to report this and was told it was from the condensation of repaired leak. It was not. A second service man came out the next day and found the correct problem and repaired it stopping the leaking water but by then the damaged had been done. The damage cost us a lot more money to repair it because of the mis-diagnoises. I am still not happy with this and thinking about going to small claims court.

Xtreme Air Services had to replace both my inside and outside units. Being an old house, they ran into problems with the size of the closet where our inside unit was, but these guys came up with solutions and got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone needing a replacement.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Took time to explain different things he saw with my older system that could wear out in the future. Wasn't pushy or trying to up sell services or new systems, which is a big plus to me.

I asked them to come out to move a drain. They charged us a service fee even though they wouldn't be able to perform the service without the house plumbing plans. Why they did not tell me this information before coming out I have no idea. I canceled my travel plans for today and it proved to be a waste of time and money.

I called Xtreme Air , about my central heat and air, the tech showed up on time and examined my unit and told me that the motherboard was bad, and if it was in warranty the cost to replace it was 400 and if not in warranty 800, I removed the mother board to find what the cost for a new one was and it was a little over 100 , and after looking at it closely found a 3 amp flat blade fuse , that was bad, cost of the fuse less than a dollar, they told me the cost was the 800 because it was out of warranty and it is just over a year old and supposed to have a 5 year warranty, so either poor service or a rip off not sure which, but too expensive for me, next time I will use somebody else

To: Extreme Air Services, please don't send us the link to leave a review when you haven't fully fixed all the issues first. We have been very patient and been understanding but enough is enough!My family and I hired this company to have a brand new A/C unit installed. New installation of unit, new vents, new everything basically. It has been such a headache! Close to $20,000 later and we have had lots of issues with not being set correctly and not cooling one room and one bathroom in the house. The sales rep promises you things that the technicians won't install unless they have approval. That was taken care of. Then they send the lazy employees for the technician to deal with, they leaned and slept on the sewer pipe, they punctured a hole into the sewer line, they came to fix it. Other things have happened, not worth stating everything. Keep in mind every time they schedule to come out, then end up rescheduling because they are too busy to fix the issues. Have had an appointment for two days to fix the vent issue and not cooling correctly in those two rooms, the appointment was today Friday 5.12.23 and they rescheduled for Tuesday. WHY?? Why would you do that? There is one elderly person living in the house, and one disabled person living in the house. We are very understanding people, but it feels like well since you have been paid, you just leave us on the back burner. Please fix the Issues, this is gone on way too long. I am willing to change my review when all the issues are taken care of.

I first used Xtreme for my central air unit, they did an amazing job and the estimate was as discussed and better than expected. So because of the service and trust I have with the company and the quality of work, I will be getting my two water heaters replaced. Again the price was great and the speed of getting the service scheduled was great, they install everything Thursday! Will not do business with anyone else for any of the services they offer!!!!! HVAC is a headache, especially if you need something fast. Xtreme Air stepped up when it seemed like other companies couldn't be bothered. I had an odd-ball project at my house bid out to four different companies, and even during the bid process Xtreme Air Services had the best communication and customer service by a mile. Josh was really responsive and knowledgeable, and seemed to know what we needed for the project. When it came down to it, their price was also hard to beat, so it was a no-brainer picking them for the project.The install went really smoothly also. Josh and the team bent over backward to make it happen ASAP, they sent a big team to get it done fast, and they sent technicians the next day to check everything was perfect and answer any more questions. The team they sent was experienced, and seemed to genuinely care if things went well and we weren't inconvenienced.

Xtreme air is the best of all the A/C services we have used. We called and they were out the next day. Matt, our technician, was knowledgeable, thorough and able to diagnose a problem with our system that other companies have not been able to do. And it didn’t mean we had to buy a whole new system that two other companies recommended. Xtreme is our go-to service from now on!

From initial contact to installation, all employees were courteous, knowledgeable and qualified technicians. Sales Reps, Josh and Nick, were very informative in helping me decide to purchase a new Trane system. Installation occurred the next day after purchase. Installers Mike and his crew worked hard all day installing the new unit and complete replacement of the outdated duct work. Final inspection was made by Robert Thompson, who was also very courteous and answered any final questions and concerns I had. Overall experience was quite positive. I highly recommend Extreme Air Services for replacement or service of your air conditioning system, or any other of the many services they offer, such as plumbing, electrical, etc. Finally we look forward to being comfortable this summer and next winter and beyond.

From start to finish this company has been nothing but unresponsive, and unprofessional. Initial install of the replacement unit was a mess, installed a damaged unit inside, and claimed it came from the factory that way. Tech stained our carpet, was promised filters and free maintenance which was never delivered.Compressor failed a few months back, was still under warranty, and yet still cost over $2000 to repair with a warranty! And now the system has quit working yet again. Tech says that there is a clogged filter inside the system?! Well I was not the one that opened up that system to work on it, so sounds like the previous tech introduced debris into the system that has now caused it to fail. And of course they were more than willing to quote me over $16k for a new system when I just want the one I have to work.4 days later and we still have nothing, no air, 80 degrees in the house and we have to beg them for any updates at all.Pass on their cheap prices, find one that will actually respond to calls as promised. I will not do business with them going forward, and from this experience, I also will no longer ever consider a TRANE system.

Shane was the best! He literally re-wired our unit completely while explaining how every component works, what the different leds and alerts meant, what the cause of our issue was, and gave us maintenance tips along with things we good do to improve and protect our unit. It was literally a master class on top of outstanding service. This company is highly recommended!

There was some disagreements between Tech/Installer. System worked after replacing the flow control switch. I was told they were installing a new thermostat and still have not received. It’s a week afterward now.The installer departed without telling me know or talking to me. Matt and Tim came over.

Given what they offered, the excellet work, and easy financing; made it smooth to go with them.Colt made it easy and glad to work with a Christian company.They came out on a Monday for a quote and a Wednesday for an install. The techs were highly-qualified/ professional. These techs worked hard, swift, in-sync and with care. Michael and his team did an excellent job.Whats i am seeing is excellent work and i am highly satisfied. And extremely happy on how the new system ran upon being tested. I was very excited to feel how quickly the sytem cooled the house and then how quickly it warmed up the house.The sytem is running very smooth!

Excellent company providing service that goes above and beyond expectations. Removed air handler from attic relocated to first floor and built a closet around the air handler. Added an air diverter to allow more air flow to a bedroom that was not receiving enough air or heat. Sealed up and dry walled old vents. Excellent job and highly recommend!

I requested & paid for a coil almost a year ago. I was told the coil was not in stock. When the system was rebuilt with another coil, the heating system was not reconnected requiring a second call & another day from my work. Disappointed describes my experience.

The Tech was a great help but was supposed to email me a bid for the anticipated work to be done. I still have not received it.

The tech they sent me didn't seem knowledgeable. During his diagnostic evaluation he arc two part together and they blew up. And one was an ac capacitor. It was leaking everywhere, he told me it was acid. They're oil filled capacitors.He charged me for the parts he blew during his diagnostic and $500 for an ac capacitor which should be around $20 to $50.Plus when I called to give my feedback on the situation about the incompetent tech, the lady on the phone argued with me about my complaint. As if I'm not allowed to give my feedback.They sent another tech to check the work of the first guy. And this tech told me capacitors don't hold charges. Wait what?James the manager seemed nice and pleasant. But still awaiting for his resolution. Will update once I've talked to him.In the end.... I paid the price for using them.

The best HVAC and plumbing technicians. We have an annual maintenance plan for our HVAC for over a year now. Today our tankless water heater decided to give us an error code and one of their master plumbers, Eugene Johnson, was the nicest human and walked us through how to to fix our issue (we are a handy family). We are so grateful and this is why Xtreme Air has our loyalty and business.

Really more of a 2.5 stars rather than 3. Service was great. The service technician, Robert, was great and figured out the problem with the ac unit quickly. The service visit price was great but the cost of the part was ridiculous. My unit has a bad capacitor and the technician told me that the part and install was $450. I knew nothing about this part so I said fine, switch it out. As he was doing the install (took maybe 10 minutes) I looked up the part in my phone. Saw the exact same part for $60 with next day delivery. Even considering the install work, the up charge on it is Xtreme. It really is a shame. The people in the phone and the technician were great but I will have to think twice before calling them again for a repair. Maybe just call them for the diagnostic visit only and get the part myself next time? Or maybe they should charge a bit more for the initial service/diagnostic visit and ease up on the price gouging for the parts.

Today it’s 10 degrees outside and the heater wasn’t working. Matt and his helper had the heater working in no time. The problem was the settings were wrong but I didn’t know it. Matt explained to me how and why settings work for the efficiency of the unit.I felt stupid for not knowing that. Matt is a great asset to Xtreme and a great service provider for your customers.

It's 38 degrees outside as I write this and its a cozy 68 degrees where I'm sitting due to my new system. It was installed yesterday by the team that anyone would wish for when having someone show up to work at your house. They were on time, polite, professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything I needed to know bout the system. Justin and Dakota were the installers and they were meticulous.Everything was carefully removed, replaced and tested right down the check list to make sure it was done correctly. They went through and made adjustments to the options and settings as per the request of my wife and me, and they even programmed the thermostat to my wife's preferences, and it took them all of about a minute or so to do it. The thermostat was easy to use and intuitive.It's also worth mentioning...a lot of businesses use the adage leave it cleaner than you found it but these guys made it a serious part of their process.They brought in more tarps to protect the floor than Davinci had when he did the Sistine chapel. Every piece of equipment or doorknob or anything else they touched or came near was wiped down or swept clean before they left. There was not a single piece of wire insulation, or a discarded screw, or piece of cardboard or packing foam left anywhere. I mean...these guys are meticulous.They did a beautiful job and I can tell the difference in how everything runs. It's quiet, it's more efficient and I'm saving about a quarter of the electricity having just upgraded my old system to this two-ton 14 SEER system.Again, the installers are Justin and Dakota and our sales rep is Chad. It's going to be quite a while before I may ever need another AC system installed, but if I do, I hope they're still around, because I will request them. Awesome install, Xtreme Air Services!

Juan Rangel was our technician and he is very professional, he is an expert in his field, and he communicates in terms where you can totally understand.

I called on a Monday morning for someone to come out to give me an estimate. That same afternoon the sales guy came out. I can't say how many times I had previously been talked down to as a female from sales people coming into our home for repairs or upgrades. They would mansplain the work to me like my little female brain just couldn't understand. If my husband was with me other sales guys totally avoid looking at the me because I guess they think men are the only ones who can make a decision.I put sales guy in quotes because Colt (the great sales guy) is the total opposite of the majority of sales guys giving me prices. He spoke to both my mom and I with 100% respect. None of the Well Ma'am when will your husband be home so we can lock the contract in. Absolutely no high pressure used car sales techniques. If he had he would have been thrown out of the house and we NEVER would have signed, especially the same day.He treated us like old friends, I can't remember a time when a sales guy had us laughing and joking like we were hanging out having a cold one around the fire.Beyond the sales part the install crew were fantastic. Polite, cleaned up after themselves and did fantastic work.I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to have Colt as your sales rep tell him hi from us. He truly is the reason we didn't get any other quotes (I actually cancelled my two other estimates which I have never done.) Before you ask no one in our family knew Colt before Monday but if his wife and him lived by I could see us being friends because that is how he treated my husband, my mom and myself.Great work, great company and great employees. You just can't go wrong.

Loved these guys!First impression: very bad. The original guy who came out to give me a bid never introduced himself and honest to God he was running all over my house like a madman. He was in and out within maybe fifteen minutes- didn’t do any measurements and didn’t even explain anything to me or give me my options. Gave me a very quick estimate and left. (Turns out, he said I needed a 5ton, and we only actually need a 3ton.)A couple hours later, I actually received a phone call from Eddy, THE OWNER, asking me how my experience was. I was honest. Not only did he tell me the price quote I received was higher than what he would expect, but he asked if he could send out someone new to give me a better experience.Within the next two hours, Nick and Jake (the service manager) were in my house doing a very thorough walk-through and explaining everything to me. Nick emailed me every single estimate so I could look them all over, after running through them all with me. He also told me if I had any questions later on (or if I wanted him to re-explain everything to my husband when he got home), that I could call or text him.Their business cards have their personal cell phone numbers, as well as Eddy’s (the owner). Amazing.No, we didn’t end up using them for financial reasons, but I really wish we could have! I was very, very impressed with them (the second time around).

Really good experience all throughout the process. I signed up for a tune up through Lowe’s. Xtreme Air Services called two days later to set up the appointment. The company sent a couple reminder texts and emails a day or so before the appointment. On the day of they called to give me a timeframe of the techs arrival. I even got a text and email with a picture of my tech and his service rating (which was a 4.9 out of 5). His name was David S.The tech was friendly yet professional. He went right to work and explained everything he was doing as he did it. Asked us if we wanted to learn a little more about what he was doing and went a little more in depth. He found some issues that weren’t necessarily urgent, asked if we wanted to go ahead and fix them now or wait until it was actually a need. He wasn’t pushy about adding on services or charges. Just told us what he could offer and let us decide.He found some other issues in terms of our insulation around the attic door. The attic doorway was reading 85 degrees which was probably affecting our thermostat nearby. Gave us some ideas and pointers for fixing it. He stuck around until he determined all was well.

My wife and I noticed our air conditioner was not cooling the house as efficiently as it has been. We have a very old AC system. Was having burn smells And smoking fumes coming from my heater. Had to turn heater off due to fumes!! And could not breath well and opened all my wi down and doors for fumes to go away! I do believe carbon monoxide was building up!! So I called to have my heater checked out!Yes

In 102° weather and with a new unit Xtreme installed 4-5 months ago I was hearing a whining noise and seeing vibration.After a few days of hearing this, I called and explained my concerns around 9:30 am.Information taken. With the incredible heatwave and customers call for repairs and replacement, I thought it would be several days to have a technician come to my house.I was told they would have their tech scheduled for same day, in the afternoon.I was pleased when they did my Trane installation.Today I am very impressed with the concern expressed to me. The technician found loose connectors, checked everything inside and outside. Made ajustments and measured pressures on everything.Outstanding customer service and response and corrective measures done.This company is really responsive and explanatory in what they sell and service.Their service tech's all know what they're doing.A complete and full recommendation!They really do what they say they will do.Am a very pleased and happy customer.

Was satisfied and hope future repairs with the company goes as smoothly.update: after repeated requests for a receipt and a detailed report extreme air services has not replied with the request for the report.2nd update: Even after response from owner. Still no receipt and requested report.3rd update. had Jake call me to resolve this issue. Will try to resolve this issue upcoming spring pre summer. issue is now recorded in their system to come out next season.

I liked the idea that the maintenance tech sent his company picture, so i knew who was actually coming into my home. I liked the call ahead of the scheduled appointment.

they will send a coupon with low price (bait). will give the recommendations that are overpriced. In my case we did agree to a price and after the work, I was charged more saying the company did not agree to what the contractor committed to me. I can send the service person back without the addl. ripoff they did to me, but I felt the price for their coupon is too cheap and i should give some business to them and got ripped. For a personality like me, I should avoid these coupons maybe next time onwards and go with online mobile app services where the price is worked based on hours they work or a fixed price :)

Our A/C went down during this hot Texas summer and we either couldn't get anybody out in a reasonable time frame or the pricing was very steep even for just an estimate. With Xtreme Air Services, the service call charge was very reasonable and was even credited to the account once we decided to use them. Scott was very knowledgeable and very honest, explaining every step of what they needed to do and what was actually wrong with the unit. Because they couldn't do the actual repair that day, they even topped off our freon for free so we could at least have working A/C until they could come out! If you are looking for a reasonable, honest company with great customer service don't go to Milestone Electric or anybody else, use Xtreme Air Services! We highly recommend and are very pleased with their services, will definitely use them again!
