Tony was extremely professional and personable. He explained the work in detail and came up with a solution/design that worked well for me. He also built out a solution that would allow for some additional outlets in future if necessary. He also did a good Job keeping things neat and using existing outlets to create new outlets where I requested. I will definitely be calling them for all my future needs.

This guys are awesome! Tony and Jamieson, We had a bad storm on 3/16/23. Thursday Tornado/winds/etc,tree branch broke my power lines, Oncor was no help‍ this guys came in next day Friday, got going on the project finished it same, waited on Oncor had to turn service back on. Tony- they set us up with a generator and hooked up our HVAC so that we could get heat in the house. Financing was just as easy! By Saturday we had electricity again . They were faster than the insurance. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.blessings guys!

When half the power went out at our house, we went searching online for a reliable and reasonably priced electrician. When I called Sparky, they mentioned the service charge to come out, which at first I was apprehensive about. Angie's List had an article where they confirmed that it is more commonplace now-a-days to charge one, so I decided to move forward with using Sparky - I am very thankful that we did. We had a faulty outlet behind our 18 month old daughter's crib!! I would have never thought to check it, since it wasn't in use.Andrew was nothing short of amazing. White glove customer service, very knowledgeable, explained everything to my wife and I, and even showed me how to 'pig tie' the rest of the outlets in our home, so I could DIY the rest myself. The price was reasonable, considering the experience and expertise we received from Andrew and the service trip was incredibly educational, as well. Sparky will be getting our business again if we ever need an electrician. I can't recommend Andrew enough, either. Give the man a raise. Thanks.

Jamieson showed up on time. He was very professional and took time out to explain to me why he did what he did. The installation was done timely with high quality, no wire sticking out. Jameson installed 3 light fixtures and made several additional repairs for us. He was great to work with, answered lots of questions, and we highly recommended him!

Jamieson was AWESOME! He was able to identify the problem with my electrical panel and even walked me through how to test it in the future. He then was able to come up with 3 options to resolve the issue. Once we decided on the package that best suited our needs and budget Jamieson got right to work. After installation was complete (about 1 hour) he walked me through what all he had done and asked if I had any questions. Would highly recommend Jamieson and Mister Sparky!

We needed an electrician after our AC went down when we attempted to install a basic Google nest thermostat (make sure to get the learning thermostat that costs more if you have a 7 wire system!!!) and somehow both of our furnace double poles on the breaker went bad in the process. Mister sparky sent Daniel out ASAP (same day even though we called Friday afternoon!) and he took care of the problem. He also pointed out a few upgrades we could make but we never felt pressured to do them. We ended up having a whole home surge installed and will have him back to upgrade our ground outside because our current one is showing some decay which he showed me and I could see with my own eyes. Overall we had a lot of repair and install done and Daniel stayed fairly late into the night to get it all done so we couldn't really ask for more. Highly recommend mister sparky if you need an electrician that's fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional!

So professional! Andrew knew exactly what I needed to fix my electrical problems and did it thoroughly and quickly. He explained every step and showed me why he had to do things a certain way.I felt comfortable that it was being done to code.They aren’t the cheapest company out there, but it was done right the first time, which is so valuable! I don’t have time to jack around with fly-by-night companies or do-it-the-cheapest-way-possible technicians.My time is worth more than that.5 stars all the way around!

Our power got turned off because of burnt out wiring and lugs in the outside panel. Javen came out and was the absolute best sorting out how to get the repair done, inspected and the reconnect sent to Oncor. He was an absolute blessing when reconnecting our power. Made sure we knew what to tell our providers and staying until the Oncor tech came and got our power back on. We have our power back before temps drop to freezing tonight and I am so thankful. It was a very long day getting it working again and I am so glad that he was invested in seeing it through to the very end. 10/10.

Technician arrived and quoted a flat rate of $618 to diagnose and repair a power outage in 1 room. Be warned they do not charge an hourly rate so the technician could be there 30 minutes and it’s still $618. I decided to go with someone else.

All the power went out at my house. Called my usual electric service but they couldn’t come out. I called Mr Sparky and got scheduled immediately. The receptionist told me what the service call would be, let me know what time they would arrive and sent picture of my service person. My service guys, Tony and Chris arrived on time. They wore masks and shoe covers. Went to work immediately. Tony assessed my problem and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He showed me options and explained the costs in detail. Once I chose the option I was most comfortable with the guys went to work. I had power by end of day. Can not say enough about Tony and his professionalism, knowledge and skill with his craft and his great kindness. From the time I called to inquire on pricing and availability I had one of the best customer experience I've ever received. Christian assisted me on the phone, he was very patient and professional, he made sure to explain pricing thoroughly and he assured I understood everything before I hung up. Tony was the technician who completed the repair, and he was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Tony explained every single thing he worked on and he ensured all of my questions were answered before he left. This was the first I used Mister Sparky however I will definitely used them again, and I will recommend them as Tony and Christian were very, very helpful and patient.

The Service person (Tony) was the most admirable professional you will ever meet. That said, the pricing was too high for our taste. We had to find another electrical company who charged us about 30% of the installation cost per fixture. Tony you are a wonderful human being, but we cannot afford the service.

The first 2 days of the service call to my mother’s house involved getting an estimate on the repair/upgrade. Daniel was very courteous, my mother did not feel pressured or rushed into a decision and Daniel patiently devoted time to getting the most reasonable price for the job. We were quite shocked by the cost of the job but felt Daniel was quite thorough in both his efforts to give us the most affordable cost and in his explanations of the issues and options. It is an older home and it required more work than I was expecting.When it was time to start the actual work, Tony worked on the job as well because it was a 2-man job. Tony and Daniel were very thorough and worked hard to make sure everything was not only meeting code and safe but also looked finished/professional and aesthetically pleasing (nothing crooked, torn up, or gaps and holes left unsealed or uncovered). They started early and finished late, putting in long hours to get the job done right. They thoroughly cleaned up after they completed their work. They patiently and courteously answered our questions and were very helpful. I am not happy that she has to spend that much money but I have never experienced this much patience, courtesy and effort from anyone on a service call at her house. Just really caring and professional guys. I was very surprised. Thank you Tony and Daniel!

Tony Cross did excellent work replacing a very outdated and dangerous electrical panel. He was on time, explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and was professional and very personable. He ensured the work was complete and finished the replacement early enough for the city inspector to give the approval before noon (they don’t work Friday afternoon) so we would have power over the weekend; especially our air conditioner! We had an amazing experience with Mr Sparky. Daniel was our electrician and he was incredibly nice, skilled, and professional, and he did exactly what we needed done and more. He was very helpful every step of the way, explaining in detail the quote and the repairs he was doing as he worked on our house. He even took the time to point out other things we should have looked at - electrical and non electrical (I.e. fire extinguisher needing to be recharged). I highly recommend using Daniel with Mr Sparky, and the company overall seems like a very well run, honest business with a high degree of integrity and expertise.

Andrew was the most professional outside employee I’ve ever had visit…yes, ever. Very thorough with inspecting the issues and I agreed with his suggested repair. Your employee, Daniel, was very professional. He provided several options to upgrade our 14 year old home’s circuit breaker panel to meet our goals and also meet 2021 code. He explained the pros and cons to guide us in our decisions. Daniel also restored power to our outdoor kitchen. Our outdoor kitchen was completely rewired due to the elements (age, rain, ants, and mice!), Daniel was honest and patient. Daniel came to bid our home generator installation. He could NOT have been more professional nor personable. Unfortunately the generator model I had secured was wholly inadequate for my needs, and a proper sized one would be far too expensive for me at this time. I like to think I am a bit of a DIY-er, and when some outlets in the kitchen didn’t work, I tried my own things, obviously some online searches and couldn’t figure it out and conceded that I needed a pro. I found Mr. Sparky in the North Dallas edition of Best Pick Reports.This job wasn’t an emergency, but I do work a lot of hours. They were easily able to accommodate me for a future Saturday appointment. Albert arrived at the time frame and promptly went to work. Everything was done efficiently and Was taught a few tips and even answered our concerns regarding another electrical matter that was outside of the work scope.Thank you so much and would highly recommend.

We've come across some odd electric issues and odd wiring situations from a previous owner. We've also seen some unsafe things. We had Daniel come out and fix one such riddle last year and he was so great we had him out again this year to replace an outlet and some switches, as well as do an inspection, surge protection and estimate for new panel and some upgrades and items that need to be up to code. Daniel takes the time to explain everything and we feel very confident with his work.Update 4/9/21 - We had Daniel out again to upgrade our circuit panel and install smoke detectors. Daniel once again did a fantastic job. Everything looks great and he was helpful explaining things and answering questions. Also he and Mr. Sparky were quick to adjust scheduling around for a required extra day and grab the necessary permits on short notice.Update 11/12/21 - We had Daniel out to install new circuits for a kitchen remodel. As usual he did an awesome job. He's very patient and answers all of our questions even when it is late. His work is very neat and tidy and he pays attention to detail.Update 2/11/22 - We had Daniel out to install a transfer switch and outside plug for portable generator usage in case of major power outages. Can't say enough about Daniel. He's fantastic. Super friendly and helpful and his work is impeccable. He even went through a dry run with us with the generator to verify everything worked and show us how to hook it all up. If we need any more electrical work we know where to come.

He even helped seal up some stone above our outdoor outlet to prevent leaks even though he didn't have to, which was very much appreciated. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Mr. Sparky's technician (Tyler), arrived at a great time during my appointment window. Tyler had a friendly smile and great attitude. I revisited the electrical issues with him again and showed him where all the issues were located. I had three exterior outlets and a kitchen light not working any longer. He was very knowledgeable about how to fix the problems and fixed them in a timely manner. He had a smile the entire time and was gentle and calm at handling his tools and made sure that he cleaned up as he was working. He welcomed me to watch him while he worked, and he made me feel very comfortable. Now, all three outlet plugs are working and the kitchen light is back in business. Mr. Sparky also has a diagnostic fee that is much cheaper even half the price of some of the competitors. Great job Tyler. Thank you! :)

He quickly isolated serious workmanship issues from whoever built my house 20 years ago. Apparently the contractor back in the day installed breakers on bus bars that had been contaminated woth paint and texture. No wonder lights were flickering - all these years we thought the power company was spotty - but it was bad workmanship in my electrical panel. Loy did a great job of talking me through the findings and implications and options and then replacing my main and sub electrical panels. We’ve had no trouble ever since. I needed some work done quickly. Mister Sparky was able to respond same day and complete all my requests within a few hours. I received text messages complete with a photo of my electrician prior to his arrival. He arrived on time near the beginning of the arrival window I was quoted, and in uniform. My electrician, Brennon, was very courteous and professional. He began with a whole home electrical system inspection to ensure everything was in safe, good working order. He listened to what I needed and provided several repair and upgrade options along with the complete price for each up front. Once I decided, he promptly completed the work and walked me through each task and the result. I did not have to interrupt anything I was doing, and the power stayed on during the work. I was not billed until all the work was finished, and he was sure I was satisfied. When I was billed, the amount was exactly the same as projected when I was given the options beforehand. If you need quick and professional electrician service, I would recommend Mister Sparky.

Had problem with the breaker that controls HVAC. Daniel with Mister Sparky came out after hours, made the repair and took the time to explain everything as well as point out some items that were out of date and would need attention soon. Very professional and thorough despite the late hour.

I give Mister Spark five stars for coming to my home and doing a GREAT JOB. I had ordered a new appliance that required more amps. They came the same day I called, started the job and finished the next day. I have used Mister Sparky 3 times since 2015 and each time the customer service was flawless from the initial call till the end of the service call. For example, Albert, my technician, noticed my door knob was loose and he just fixed it! Just amazing. Daniel was great to work with, knowledgeable, efficient, organized and personable. He explained the work needed to be done to be code compliant and completed the work in a timely manner.

Steve arrived on schedule, reviewed my project (panel upgrade) with me, inspected the existing installation, explained the code requirements, and made several recommendations. He then provided a detailed quote describing exactly what work would be done and what equipment would be installed.He was very personable and very professional. Mr Sparky is one of three contractors I asked to quote my job. I have yet to decide, but I would have no problems with Mr Sparky doing the work.

Mr. Sparky excels in customer service. They are honest and do a great job. I’ve hired them twice, and both times I’ve been really impressed by the friendly professionalism of their employees. In the process of updating old outlets and switches throughout the house, I came across couple situations beyond my ability to address. I I called Mr Sparky, and they sent Michael to the house to make the necessary repairs. He arrived right on time, was both professional and courteous, and laid out a series of options. Once we agreed on exactly what he would do, Michael got to it and worked efficiently to finish the work. I’ll call Mr Sparky again the next time I need electrical work done. Recommend you consider calling them, also.

Patric was very nice and professional. However a price tag of almost $500 bucks to remove three basic kitchen island pendants and hang the news ones was shocking. Patric was able to reduce the cost a little but beware...it's expensive!

The technician Tyler came out and did a full inspection report and was able to tell me what why all the lights were flickering and where the problem was located including the remedy. He booked everything completely down so I could understand. He took his time and was very very very thorough.

I was unlucky enough to have a power surge cause some damage to my house. Of course, these things never happen on a weekday; this happened late on a Friday night. Mister Sparky was the first company I called after I read that they were available 24 hours. At first it seemed there wasn't anyone available to come out that night, but the dispatcher (Colin) was able to find someone. The electrician that came out (Steven B.) was friendly, courteous, and professional despite it being midnight. He replaced my fried outlet and gave me advice about what to do while I waited for Oncor to make repairs to the electric wires in the alley. When power was restored in the morning, I realized that the house surge protector was dead. Steven had advised me to call Mister Sparky if I needed it replaced. I called on Saturday and Amanda was able to schedule me an appointment for the next day early in the morning. The electrician (Steve) showed up promptly, checked everything out, and gave me a detailed estimate while presenting different options for me. Once I picked what I wanted done, he did the work quickly and efficiently. He was also friendly and courteous and explained everything to me that he did. I am very pleased with the work that was done on both days and by both electricians. Yes, it was a tiny bit pricy but I think it was worthwhile for the good experience I had, and because I needed work done ASAP on the weekend to feel my home was safe and protected. I would definitely use Mister Sparky again.

When it comes to your home, it is a huge investment for anyone. I am not exactly a know it all, but I can go about my home switching out fixtures, outlets, and switches. This review is speaking specifically on my experience in regards to my first contact and getting quotes from Mister Sparky. This company is HIGHLY professional and are attentive. This alone makes you feel comfortable with other hands touching your home. The fact I was able to speak and the electrician (Glenn N.) was able to hear me out and give advice as to my request and concerns was a huge plus. I have yet to have work done by Mister Sparky, but do plan to get some done this year (2018). If the customer service is anything to go by, I can expect/hope they produce great electrical work. If customer service is what is first priority for you when dealing with companies for home servicing (it should be - or quality of work) look into Mister Sparky.I hope to revisit here with a review in regards to quality of work in the future.

Daniel A did a great job for us - rejuvenating our breaker panel, installing whole house and AC surge protectors and installing new under counter LED lighting in the kitchen and converting closet from fluorescent to LED lights.Daniel was very cordial and worked very hard to get our projects done. Before the electrician even got to our home, their customer service was already above and beyond. They send a verification text, a follow up text for at least a 30 minute heads up before arrival. After that, they send a picture profile of the electrician heading to your home. Loy was more than helpful. He went above and beyond to solve our issue and some !! They have a “menu” type pricing so there’s no guessing what you will be paying for service. Great service & super satisfied. We will be using them for future electrical needs.

I somehow knocked out my electricity (Never use two hair dryers at the same time, thinking you can get you hair dry quicker.) and could not figure out how to turn it back on. I tried my breaker box to no avail. Brendon’s came out and after exploring, found that I had a second breaker box and fixed it immediately. He then did a safety check for the rest of my house and explained all of the services Mr. Sparky offers to it’s customers. I was impressed and will be using them in the future!

I am absolutely disgusted in regards to a job interview I had with Mister Sparky recently, the supposed owner of the branch (Albert) who spent the whole interview I had with him discriminating and judging my character, was smug, and insincere, harboring an attitude of superiority and lack of empathy towards me... The interview felt more like being in an interrogation room with a bad cop who just wanted to dig up dirt and not find the strengths in someone’s character but instead point out every flaw in detail. I Even was 100% honest about mistakes made in my past (YEARS BEFORE) with Jessica (who was an absolutely amazing person to talk to even if just through text), things I have paid for in my past... I chose to disclose these things prior to any interviews or anything in hopes to be seen as truthful and transparent and not waste someone’s time as Albert did mine. And STILL got asked to be interviewed. He was completely objective in that ironically he had not one “spark” of emotion or compassion let alone anything else despite my efforts to better myself and further my career in the electrical field. Only “spark” I felt was the one from him lighting his cold fire of unrelenting judgement under me. Not even considerate of someone who has had as many hardships that I do choose not to use as excuses to hold me back. He then ended the interview insulting my character as if I’m somehow a menace to society and told me to “come back in a year” once I figured everything out with a snarky tone.... He was not solution minded but instead shadowed with the mind of someone who has no compassion or admiration of someone trying to better themselves.

Eric is the most professional, and kind electrician you will find! He helps with every issue in a timely manner, he is thorough and safe, and makes sure all of my needs are met. Also, if you ever need help getting groceries carried in, he helps with things such as that also! Very good man and electrician!

He arrived on time, showed me what he was going to do, performed the work, showed me what he had done and took pride in his work by cleaning up the work space. In addition, he identified a non-compliant electrical issue with the panel and provided me with options to resolve the issue prior to the city inspection.In all, his professionalism and workmanship were outstanding. Brennon came out to my house late in day to change 2 AC breakers that were the wrong size, he also replaced the breaker box at AC because it had damage to it. Brennon was extremely nice, professional and did a great job. If I need another electrician I will use this guy and Mister Sparky. I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of.

Overall, the service was great, their guarantees seem promising, and the employees were kind and personable. My only criticism is that it did cost a good amount of money. If you can afford it, though, they were on schedule and explained things well.

I had a circuit breaker that kept tripping even after I replaced it. Steven B. from Mr. Sparky's came out and professionally explained the costs and procedures before the repair. Steven worked diligently to find the problem. After finding the problem he communicated to me what had happened, fixed the problem and instituted a fix to try and prevent it from reoccurring. I am pleased with the service and would not have a problem with Steven doing any other electrical work for me.

Daniel from Mister Sparky came out and diagnosed my issues in my home. He was very polite and professional, he explained everything that he was going to do thoroughly, and answered all of my questions.

In 2018 when some of the wall sockets in my house were not working properly, I had to call Mister Sparky. They sent me an electrician who came to my house but offered me nothing but unnecessary talk and made me sign papers. Later I had to hire another company to complete the job that Mister Sparky couldn't do. In February 2019, when the lights in my kitchen will not turn on, the electrical contractor sent me to Mister Sparky again. That was when they sent me Devin and as young as he was quite a professional, knowledgeable and did a high quality work. Devin's work made me to believe in this company again.I will continue to use this company in as long as Devin stays with it.

Avoid this company. If you do have to use them - do not allow Tyler to come to your home! I noticed he used some sketchy methods for completing his work. He would then leave snide comments about the house I just purchased, such as that crappy drywall. After consulting 2 electrician friends and an Oncor servicemen, I confronted Tyler and he denied everything, blatantly lying to me. After I expressed my disdain, the owner left 1 voicemail late at night. I attempted to call him back, never to hear from them again. I was out of a power for 2 days and now have to deal with repercussions from Oncor.. This really sucks.

Used this company to install new smoke alarms. The technician was proficient and timely. Cleaned any dust he created prior to leaving. Very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service

Tyler was sent out to my home because had a surge from a recent storm. Some of our lights would not turn on and others would not turn off. Tyler arrived on time and also repaired a ground issue we were not even aware (shotty work by my builder). He also installed surge protectors on the house which give us peace of mind that our home is protected going forward.

Aaron B. at Mr Sparky is the BEST electrician we have ever had. He is incredibly hard working and honest. Our AC units went out and we had another company telling us that our compressors were shot due to surge protection issue and that we had to replace both = $8,400!!! Mr Sparky immediately came to inspect to surge protection they had previously Installed and then had a 3rd party company come out to give us an additional opinion.Aaron at Mr Sparky along with Devin who helped with our fuses, and Lifetime Z - Paul - all helped diagnose the REAL problem which was that the 2 year old units weren’t getting the correct voltage.These guys went out of their way to ensure that we didn’t get taken advantage of by this other company... and we couldn’t be more grateful. They saved us at least $6,000.PS. Aaron had just pulled into his driveway at home and learned he needed to come back to our house and immediately came back over to complete the job with a smile.

I am usually not one to write bad reviews or give negative feedback on here. After reading everyone's 5-star reviews regarding Mister Sparky, I'm convinced we just had a different experience than everyone else. However, upon looking at Mister Sparky reviews across the nation, this may have more to do with the company itself rather than our situation. This review does not reflect Mister Sparky's customer service, they were great.Mister Sparky sent Steven out to figure out the problem we had with our electrical (power kept going out in about half the house). The $35 service fee was waived because they had to reschedule with us, which I think is great customer service. Steven charged us $325 to do a single circuit diagnostic which basically means he walked around and check out our electrical service. I thought $325 was too much but I should have read the fine print when I called them out to the house as this is what they charge for this service.He came to the conclusion that we needed to fully upgrade our electrical service: New breaker panel, new riser and get everything up to code. We knew this was an issue when we bought the house so it was not a surprise that we needed to upgrade everything. Here is where the bad review lies: Mister Sparky was going to charge us $11,500 to relocate our breaker panel to an exterior wall, add a riser for the electric line feeding the house, grounding rods, surge protector, 5 grounded outlets and a disconnect fee. There was no breakdown of labor and material cost neither, just a summary of what needed to be done. My wife and I proceeded to have several other electricians walk our property and diagnose our house (for free might I add) and recommended the same thing but for 1/3 the cost. We went with a local certified and insured electrician that charged us $4,000 for the same work plus several more grounded outlets and he did an amazing job.I am not sure where the disconnect occurred. I don't know if my wife and I were about to get ripped off from the electrician because we are new, young homeowners, or if that is what Mister Sparky truly charges their customers for full upgrades to the electrical system. Every electrician we talked to and several coworkers of mine all said we dodged a bullet and were absolutely about to get ripped off. If you find yourself in my situation, please consult other electricians, please! My wife and I were one rash decision away from making a $7,500 mistake.I owe it to my wife for wanting to get other quotes. I will never do business with Mister Sparky ever again.

When our original electrician called Friday night to cancel work for Saturday morning, we immediately called Mister Sparky. We were thrilled when they said they could be out on Monday. It was a lucky day when Brennon showed up today! He was able to fix our 220 V dryer outlet quickly and then worked with us to get the right style of can lights and chandelier for our dining room, even FaceTiming with us while we were at Lowe’s picking out a second chandelier when the first one didn’t work properly. I would like to thank Mister Sparky for the service Aaron B provided at my home. Our furnace, A/C and thermostats suddenly lost power, although the rest of the house had electricity, and none of the circuit breakers had tripped - at that point my knowledge of electrical troubleshooting was exhausted, so I called Mister Sparky. Not only was Aaron prompt; he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He discovered an electrical issue in our attic due to old wiring that was potentially quite dangerous. He then performed an in-depth inspection of the wiring in the entire house, and not only completed all the necessary repairs quickly and thoroughly, but provided us with a list of further improvements to consider making in the future. There was absolutely NO high-pressure sales pitch - just a reasonable and easily-understood explanation about why each improvement would add to the overall system's stability and our long-term safety (not to mention the protection of the investment we had made in new furnaces and air conditioning units). I am beyond impressed with both Mister Sparky and Aaron B and it is impossible for me to recommend them highly enough. Thanks to Aaron's diligence, we are now loyal to Mister Sparky and will NEVER consider using anyone else for any type of electrical work in our home. Thank you again!

The basic diagnosis expensive and more further diagnosis expensive again kind of double price and They fixed temporary because we had another extra line of the electrocity. I paid almost seven hundreds bucks for just connecting other extra line of electrocity. Otherwise I have to pay more than thousand bucks for detail diagnosis and fix issues.

Said no charge for estimate.......tried to collect anyway......deadbeat said 500 to 900 USD for 110 outlet 10 feet from Electrical panel......do not use these people.

Diagnosed that non-functioning of tankless water heater was not due to an electrical supply problem.

Tony and Jamieson were…punctual, professional, friendly, patient, thorough, …explained everything, went above and beyond as they replaced our “antique” breaker box. The new one is beautiful!!! I would highly recommend Mister Sparky!

The communications sent by the company were very much appreciated. We received confirmation of appointment, reminder of appointment, when to expect technician, and who the technician would be with a picture. Also a phone call the morning of service to let us know expected time of arrival. Javonne, the technician, was very professional, courteous and did his due diligence to diagnose the problem. I am very satisfied with the results and would use Mr Sparky again if needed.
