We bought an electric vehicle and I was looking for a reputable company to install a 50Amps breaker and a 14-50 Nema outlet out of it.Puckett was the best electric company I have ever hired. They asked me a couple of questions about the location and model of the electrical panel and it there was space to add a breaker.They gave me a quote over the phone and an appointment a couple of days later. Puckett electricians arrived on time and completed the installation in just 20 minutes.See the final result in the picture with the vehicle charging cord plugged in.Thank you Puckett for being professional and honest with pricing.

Worked with Todd to get an estimate. This took several follow up calls and emails. I had a question about the estimate. Did not hear back until I followed up via phone and email. Todd decided not to work with us. Complete waste of our time. Cannot recommend this company since it will honor it's estimates.

Todd came out upon my request, my wife and I recently puchased a home and were concerned about some quotes we had received for updating the electrical system. We called Todd out for a second opinion and he was on time, honest, and transparent. I was initially quoted $12k worth of electrical updates by one of the electrical corporations around my home (meter, panel, shut offs, other work I can't remember, etc), Todd was able to explain why their quote included unnecessary work and hardware as well as quote the actually-needed work at a significantly lower price than was quoted by the corporation. He even took time out of his day to hear my plans for the electrical system in the future and gave me his recommendations as to how to complete these plans in the most effective way. I was genuinely surprised at his honesty and have already decided that Todd & Puckett Electric will be my go-to electricians for my home. These folks are good people, 100%.

Great company that does what they say they will for the price quoted. We had them replace our breaker panel and troubleshoot some lights and outlets that weren't working. They were prompt and very nice. They did a great job and we would hire them again.

This company is an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone! I called today to get a quote on some electrical work for a new older house I purchased, but instead of trying to charge me to send someone out to diagnose/appraise the work to be done and potentially charging a service fee on top of that, the gentleman here simply told me what I needed to do to do it myself, since the work I needed done did not require an expert. You don't often find people like this anymore and if I ever have need of an electrician I'll definitely call Puckett!

Todd and all the electricians we interacted with were professional, and extremely customer service focused. They were patient and thorough in solving a weird electrical issue that we were having. They were great communicators. They definitely went above and beyond! Amazing service!!!

Arrived on time and was honest with me about what I did NOT need to have done. Very friendly. Price wise, I have nothing to compare him to but he did what I needed to have done and probably saved me a few bucks by not doing what was not necessary. Would definitely use again.

Be wary of this company or any company that won't sign a contract for a job. Todd (VP) sent me a 1-page proposal and when we sent him a boiler plate contract, he backed out when he saw that his company would be held accountable for performing the work we agreed upon. This is after accommodating to his no retainage request... again another red flag.Shifty practices as usual for the non-professional types. You can't call yourself a Vice President of anything if you're afraid of a standard construction agreement... Read it, understand the terms and if they're acceptable sign it or adjust the language until it is then initial. Maybe Linard needs to promote Miley to Director of Finance or something.
