Our experience was great. Both technicians showed up first thing in the morning and after going through the scope of the work, they provided a quote right on the spot. Once agreed upon, they left to get the necessary materials and stayed all day until the job was complete. They were professional and courteous and I will definitely be using Mr. Electric again.Thank you very much!

I am very happy that I chose the right electrician to help me out. There are so many listed on the internet. I just couldn't not call based on all of the positive reviews I read. I had just days ago purchased my 2nd home . My dryer wasn't working after I washed a load of clothes. I called on a Sunday hoping to get help. Dave returned my call and advised that if I could wait till Monday he would come out, no problem it wasn't a true emergency and waiting would save me from an emergency charge. I advised Dave the mover hooked up my dryer . When I detailed that the dryer did come on but a spark was seen. He asked me the year of my home and felt that it may not have been hooked up correctly and gave me an estimate. When he arrived within the time frame we discussed the day before he was wearing shoe covers which I liked. He found that his guess was accurate and I paid the estimated price given. If in the future I need any other help from an electrican I will not hesitate to call electrician on call. Superb customer service from a fellow Navy veteran.

I would recommend 4G Electrician of Dallas again and again! My power was randomly going off and coming back on in its own time for a week. They figured out what the problem could be. Now I finally have normal power thanks to them!

I had short circuit in my house and I just rang up these guys. They were fast, puntual and really dedicated to work. As I have zero knowledge in all these fields so I had no option than trusting them. But my trust was all right because with these people you can trust with blind folded.

This company is an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone! I called today to get a quote on some electrical work for a new older house I purchased, but instead of trying to charge me to send someone out to diagnose/appraise the work to be done and potentially charging a service fee on top of that, the gentleman here simply told me what I needed to do to do it myself, since the work I needed done did not require an expert. You don't often find people like this anymore and if I ever have need of an electrician I'll definitely call Puckett!

After checking out several electricians online and getting other bids, I was most impressed by the strong ratings and glowing comments about Great Brother Electrical Services. When I called them about the job we had, they scheduled it promptly and did the work the next day.We asked them to install two new lights above our master bathroom vanities and a smart ceiling fan with three different light settings. Jesse and Jorge did the work in an exceptional way. They were careful, did masterful work, and cleaned up at the end so well that there was no evidence they had been here except for our having a more beautiful and comfortable home!Another bonus of hiring them was that one of the two brothers who founded the company, Jose, stopped by to check on their work. He also spent time talking with my wife and me as he began assembling the ceiling fan. We were really impressed by his stopping by as he did.I want to add that Jesse and Jorge could not have been more pleasant. They obviously enjoyed working together, working steadily with painstaking care, and finished everything with a master stroke of perfection.So, we give Great Brother Electrical Services our highest recommendation. They are simply great!

Romero took apart a Butler's Door mechanism and determined the part needed to repair, which he ordered for later installation. He was on time, efficient and professional.

The service provided by David B from Electric Pros was so outstanding in the beginning. Thought he was working to help us fix some dim lighting issues...he replaced all can lights in our condo- come to find out they were not compatible with our dimmers, which has caused major flickering issues, plus the color does not correspond well with other lighting in our home. I can not get any follow through- we had 1 follow up visit where staff identified issues & took a few bulbs promising to come back to remedy.....it has been weeks, just want this fixed!

These guys are great. They are timely, clean and found the issue with the noise in my condenser that would have been difficult to determine in a matter of minutes. They have my business going forward!
