I was very impressed with the ease of booking a fixer and the availability for the time that I needed the work done. I had 2 fixers mount an 84 pound mirror above my fireplace. They were knowledgeable and discussed the best hardware and mounting practices. They did a great job with everything from measuring to making sure that they contained the dust from the project. They were quick, professional and friendly. I have recommended them to friends in the area and I will use them again in my home.
My experience with Fixer was great. Scheduling was very easy and my fixer arrived on time. He was easy to work with and got the job done in well under an hour, so he completed another project for me! I’d highly recommend the service.

Loved! Loved! Loved! Aaron arrived on time prepared to do the work. Loved the fact that you could see the progress of the work being done along with before and after pictures via a text message link. Most importantly compared to other estimates that I received, they were the most reasonable.

So beyond disappointed in this company. I hired a Fixer to hang up 2 curtain rods in my apartment. A fairly simple job I might add. First, they wouldn't give me any sort of quote before officially booking with them even though I had filled out a form online to do so. Second, I booked them to come between 12-1PM. They had contacted me saying they were going to be late by an hour which was fine since I work from home. They ended up contacting me 3 times saying they were late then finally said my Fixer would arrive by 4PM. I had scheduled my entire day around this to only end up cancelling because of how inconsiderate and unprofessional this was. I will never consider them again.

I used a work from home day on Monday of this week to be at my place for a job I needed done. Fixer never showed. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. I said no, then eventually decided to give them a second chance and scheduled them to come by today at 11am. They just sent a text (at 2pm) saying they will not be able to make it until 5pm (six hours after my appointment), meaning the project would not be done until 8 pm on Friday night. I have plans, so day 2 has been ruined waiting on this company to do what they promised to do TWICE - failing both promises. I would never use them again, and I would suggest if you value your time you don’t use them either.

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable! He went over and beyond to make my sink fit in a tight space by properly cutting all pipes to fit sink and garbage disposal! Very happy with work performed.

I booked very quickly online, but it took several attempts for someone to actually come out to do the work. We were cancelled on last minute multiple times.Once someone actually came out to do the repair, they weren’t fully equipped and able to actually perform the work they claimed they would perform. Some of the work was done okay, but there were a couple spots that were done extremely poorly, yet we were still charged for it. The repair man that we received is not worth the $129/hr we were charged. The false advertising is not appreciated. I’d you can’t do a job simply state that you’re not able to do it and save us both our time, energy, and money.

I have used Fixer on two separate occasions. Both experiences were wonderful. They arrived on time and fixed multiple problems quickly and efficiently. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the cost versus using previous companies. I will definitely be using Fixer in the future!

Scheduling was easy and our Fixer (Jose) repaired both our main issue (water damage) and a number of other small items around the house quickly. He let us know early what he could do and where we would need to bring in a specialist and gave us detailed advice on how to direct the specialist to avoid similar damage in the future. We'd definitely use them again!

It’s very hard to find someone to take care of “minor” household repairs/maintenance.FIXERS IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM!!!Wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, talented technicians! Remember the phrase “Jack of all trades “? My Technician, Jose, could have handled anything I threw at him!I’m so glad I found them! I plan on hiring them OFTEN!” Really, really AWESOME!! Highly recommend!
Booking was extremely easy. Handyman was polite, friendly, and did the jobs I asked for in a timely manner. For the job he could not compete for me at time of visit without additional parts (leaking faucet found to be unrepairable and needed complete replacement) he offered solutions with estimated time etc. I would definitely use again.

My Fixer came exactly on time and was able to fix my wall mounted items and clean up the damaged area in under the estimated amount of time. Was also able to look at other small items around the house that I needed adjusted. Highly recommend.

I requested the installation of two cameras that i thought would be rather straightforward. It turned out the one I thought would be the easiest proved considerably more difficult, but the installer stuck with it and got the job done. He seemed to know what he was doing and went above and beyond to get the job done. This service is a little pricier than your local handyman might be, but it may be worth it to get someone who knows what they are doing and is backed by a company with means and interest in making sure jobs are done right. I will probably use them in the future.
Appeared on time and did an excellent job...Will definitely hire again...no price haggling and wondering if the person will show up...everything is done online

The technician was so professional, neat, and friendly. The work I needed was not hard but needed a very long ladder (I have a high ceiling) but he offered to help in anything else while he was there.
I would definitely recommend working with Fixer
repaired shed doors and painter water damaged garage ceiling.
Really impressive array of work that they're capable of doing. Prices are very reasonable. We've had them out three times to complete jobs from hanging wall hangings, installing a faucet, unclogging a drain, installing hooks. We will definitely continue to use Fixer.

I called fixer to hang a barn door they did a great job! They arrived on time they were transparent about the pricing. Finished below the estimated time. I am going to book them to hang a second door.
I have to admit I initially used Fixer due to the fact not a single plumber wanting to work on the weekend. I was so very lucky they did not.Initially I was a little worried due to the setup (e.g. they show up, you show them the issue, the give you a quote and then set off to get the necessary supplies, etc), coupled with the fact I needed two repairs done ASAP. Not only was the quote less then EVERY SINGLE one before it, they ended up refunding me half an hour ON THE WEEKEND!!!The work was quick, competent and very well done. I WILL be calling them FIRST before I reach out or any other repairs ...A+
Their responsiveness is a big plus. When my tenants need something fixed, I can always get someone from Fixer within a few days. The work is always done perfectly and neatly as well.
Well as a pandemic DIY novice , I decided to do some work myself and ended up doing a shoddy job. Finally I decided to bring in Fixer and do a couple of jobs that were pending. I used them for toilet fixing , weather proofing of all doors and general repair. Folks did a fine job and I felt the price was also right. I will definitely be using Fixer for my next house service while I concentrate on my actual day job.
I had a wonderful experience with my fixer Ramiro. I was very grateful to get some of my house tasks fixed up that had been lurking. Ramiro was very helpful and upfront about time, labor, and recommendations to prevent things from happening and fixing them should they break again down the line. We used fixer to replace some malfunctioning smoke/CO2 detectors and replace light bulbs installed in our very high ceilings (10-13 ft). Aaron had to go to the store for the needed supplies. I appreciate that they have a lower rate for the shopping time. I would definitely use them again.
Ramiro did an excellent and efficient job fixing a ceiling fan and realigning latches so all the doors could stay closed! He’s the hero of the day!
Kenny was an awesome professional! On time, and let us know exactly what needed to be fixed and how he was planning to fix it. Super impressed with the quality of service and the reasonable prices. Will definitely use again!

Technician replaced recessed lighting in 12' ceilings in several rooms and repaired a socket that was not working. Very efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend Fixer and use them again.
They did excellent work with the repairs I needed on my garage framing and with a cabinet I needed removed. They were respectful of my property and worked quickly and efficiently.
The Fixer was incredibly honest and let me know what they can and can not do. I directed him towards the work he was able to accomplish, and it looks great and works. Done in a timely manner. No dilly dallying around. Solid business model.
Aaron was great. Very professional and experienced. He ran some diagnostics and eventually replaced my dead outlet with a new one. I would definitely recommend.
They quoted me roughly three times higher for toilet installs than plumbers did. They might be a great service but I won't be back after that initial experience with pricing.

Romero took apart a Butler's Door mechanism and determined the part needed to repair, which he ordered for later installation. He was on time, efficient and professional.
Aaron was on time, professional and friendly. He replaced hot and cold water valves under our kitchen sink and in the laundry room. The website is easy to navigate.
