I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Hartley. He is knowledgeable, dependable, efficient, and knows his work so well he can quickly assess any problems that present themselves while he is working and still get the job done in one visit. He does this while instilling trust in the customer that he will do the work appropriately and efficiently. I felt totally comfortable that he knew how to do his job and would complete it satisfactorily. That means a lot to me as I have had other electricians who weren't as adept or dependable, which causes frustration for me as the customer since I am not knowledeable about electrical work and need to depend on the person that comes out to take care of the problem. I couldn't be happier and couldn't thank him enough. He took away the worry of my being without a bathroom light for a week and stepped in and just did the job. No more buzzing kitchen lights and no more lantern in the bathroom. I am a very happy cutomer who will call Mr. Hartley again whenever I have any electrical issues. It is not often that you find someone that can be so trusted, so knowledeable about their work, and so friendly. He is thorough and cares about his customers and their satisfaction with his work. Aside from electrical work, I would also strongly suggest calling the electrician for any other house maintenance needs. They quickly and easily retrieved a fallen light fixture and remounted it in its original location.

They are prompt to set up appointments and we are very satisfied with their customer service and their work. Never got the work done because they kept rescheduling me. I got rescheduled for the initial meeting and estimate. Then after agreeing to a price for the work on the day that the work was supposed to get done was called to be rescheduled again. So a total of 3 wasted days and I refused to let it be 4. Needless to say I wasn't pleased with their unreliability and I'm left with finding someone else to complete the job.

My Tesla charger went bad, and I was stuck without home charging for a few days. Big City Electric was on the ball - and were able to get me on the schedule the day after my new charger arrived. Jason was great in the quoting and inspection process - then when Anthony & Charles came to install the charger they were quick, professional, and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend Big City Electric and their entire team!

We have used Keith's services twice thus far and both times he was prompt and very professional. He cleaned up after himself and made the projects seamless. We will definitely use him again as the needs arise.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Great and professional

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)
