They came in, ran new wires, installed a new switch, 3 ceiling cans and were out in about 2.5 hours. Anthony may look young, but he knows his stuff!! I asked him a few questions so I could be a little bit more educated - was kind enough to show me a few things. Definitely recommend and I definitely will use them again!! Kind, professional and work is done perfectly!

Quality Electric was great! I needed a couple outlets installed and looked into a handful of electricians. I chose Quality Electric because they were prompt in responding to my inquiry and their estimate was a reasonable price. The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Recently we needed a line run for a new gas range and the vent hood. We were referred to Big City and I'm glad we were. David went out of his way to get the line installed by the time the range arrived and the fellas that did the installation were friendly, professional and did exactly what we needed the day before the range was delivered so we could connect it and were good to go. David also assisted in helping us locate someone to install the hood which was beyond what was expected. We definitely would recommend them to anyone who needed this sort of work done and would call them in the future.

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

The crew was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an outstanding job installing my new chandelier and pendant lights. Everything they did was top notch. Definitely a great experience with these guys. Beep them up if you need any electric work done.

Terrific and I did not end up using their service. To explain, I had a short in a residential circuit. I replaced the breaker but that did not work. I checked the boxes on the circuit an nothing was wrong.

That is the extent of my electrical ability so I called three companies. The first two were internet listings and both answered by phone mail. I have yet to hear from either. I then called Waibel Electric since, I have seen their trucks around for years.

To my surprise a real person answered the phone and was able to verify that they would make a service call for my problem. She passed me on to the service supervisor. He took the time to ask me the nature of the problem. He then asked whether I had an attic or whole house fan. He explained they often are the culprit. Sure enough that was the problem causing the short. I was able to fix it myself not requiring a service call this time. I really appreciate the professionalism and help extended over the phone and will call / recommend Waibel if I ever am asked for a referral or need electrical help. This kind of professionalism is rare. The least I could do was follow up on my very positive experience.
