Best Water Heater Installation in Columbus OH

Not sure of the work they do didn't need to use them what they claimed was wrong with my house was a lie and when email with Charlie Baker I only received short ,rude, and unhelpful replies until they ran out of them just ghosted me and kept the money sent to them by the previous owner of the house in order to fix a problem they made up. Major improvements are needed.

This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. I'd like to say a HUGE thank you!!!!!

Bob was fast and responsive throughout the whole process of getting done those things which needed to be done - from examination of our issues, to estimate, to getting the ceiling boxes and outlet in. We felt no pressure, and when explaining what we'd like done, were happy to hear, No problem, which was proven correct when the project was begun, and I was expecting the quote to be higher than it was - a pleasant surprise.

Overall, this was a zero-hassle endeavor, and as a bonus, Bob's laid back and was willing to explain what he was doing as he went along.

To reiterate: 5-star experience, only because there aren't more stars to give on the rating.

First appointment was good. Great service at the time but was told we would get a call for a follow up on that Monday and no call. Called them Wednesday had to follow up ourselves to get on schedule and was told someone would be here at 7:30-8am and was going to be the first ones of the day and 5 hours later no one showed up and I canceled. Just going to look for another electrician to fix my problem. Wanted to stay local but options are limited for us.

My rating is for my technician only. Brandon, did a great job. He was very professional and enlightened us on some things we didn’t know.But, I have a real problem doing business with a company that doesn’t give any indication of a timeframe of when my appointment was going to be in advance. What an inconvenience to your customers, and a good reason as far as I’m concerned, to do business elsewhere.

I moved into a new house and wanted to change out a bunch of lights and fans. I also needed two outlets installed and a TV hung. Jim and Courtland did it all! They were very professional and efficient. It felt so good to have everything done in one day. I sent pictures in advance, so they knew what to expect, and they had a plan in place when they walked in the door. I have used Higher Power in the past and will definitely use them again for any electrical needs. The TV install was an unexpected service they offered and they did a fantastic job.

I called for an electrical issue causing massive issues in my house. The woman I spoke to was empathetic and got someone scheduled as soon as possible. The electrician they sent out was Ed and was amazing from start to finish. He explained everything in detail, explained all of my options including financing and helped make the best decision for myself and my family. He even gave me recommendations for other issues I was having outside of the electrical. I'm forever grateful for their help and responsiveness. I recommend them to everyone!

After my basement flooding remediation, he expertly coordinated the installation of drywall, paint and flooring in my basement. I was impressed he took all measurements personally and tested wall outlets as standard practice. He offered a fair and reasonable estimate, stayed involved and kept me informed, which was appreciated. Since then, he’s serviced both the AC/Furnace units, installed wi-fi enabled devices and wall switches and drafted estimates future updates. For me, having one General Contractor with a team of experts is a no brainer. He’s responsive, reliable and straight forward about what it takes. He's the first person I call and recommended him whole heartedly.

I would highly recommend Carpentar for any of your plumbing needs. Their pricing is fair and work is top notch. Our technician, Clayton, installed a battery backup sump pump as well as utility sink, replaced a bathtub spout and added an air intake pipe for our tankless water heater. We'll definitely reach out to Carpentar for any future plumbing needs.

I paid almost $150 for the handyman to go up on the roof and install the little plastic grate on the vent hood, located high up on the side of my house. That part was fine --- took him five minutes, and the job was done. But the very next day it was on the ground again, and they would not stand by their work. I would have had to pay them AGAIN for him to come out and re-install it, this time to put zip ties on it or something to actually keep it in place. If a company doesn't stand by their work 24 hours later, they are not getting my business again.

I guess my job request wasn't big enough for them. Never heard back from them.
