A less honest company could have made it house call and made a bigger deal about the problem. But not these guys, they were very straightforward. Ed and Rob just left our home and we want to extend a BIG thank you to them and Bradley. They were early for our time window, were courteous, pleasant to talk to, friendly, and didn't waste any time. They fixed our breaker problems in our panel in 30 minutes. We had problems finding an electrical company to come out and do these repairs but are so glad we discovered Bradley. We will not hesitate using them going forward and will RECOMMEND them to all of our family and friends.

Horrible company! Had them come out for a small issue and they tried to tell me I needed 6k worth of fixes. I called another electrican for a second opinion and I was told that the information I was given by KMA was inaccurate and that I in fact did not need a new panel box. They also fixed the other issues I had within a few minutes, because KMA could not fix them. KMA is not a good company.Replying to your response:I am in fact a real customer, but did not want to post my name for privacy reasons.Long story short the guy who came out to my house was not even capable of fixing a GFI plug and also told me I needed a new panel box. I told him I had just bought my house and my spouse had just died. Long story short my guess is not only was he trying to take advantage of me, but he also did not know what he was doing. The GFI plug was in upside down, per the second electrician I had come out.I did not wish to call the company because i was upset. Also, would like to point put it took you 5 months to respond.

Matt was great all around, very knowledgeable and great communication. Customer service is clearly their top priority. I wish I could remember the techs that came to do the jobs names. They were so great at their job and just all around good people.

The electrician, Jay, did a great job on the installation of a new panel and subpanel for a generator. The wiring looks neat and he limited the inconvenience of not having power to the house on a cold day to a minimum while still ensuring its safe and proper installation. He was also considerate of my other appliances around the worksite and cleaned up after himself. Will definite recommend and use for future projects.

Ed has been very helplul. Went above and beyond and explained everything he was doing. He found repairs from previous electrician that didn’t work on it properly. I would highly recommend Ed for all your electrical needs. He also gave me some great recommendations and tips on future electrical issues I have.
