Zach and crew did a heck of a job under some crazy conditions working in concert with AEP to get my electric service back to working. He did such a good job that he was able to restore my neighbors electric service as well. Good job all around!

I hired Quality Electric to install a ceiling fan and a ceiling light in two of my bedrooms. The electricians were professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

After a mix up regarding the cost of the job when the electricians told me a higher price than I was originally quoted, the company stood by the lower price and later refunded me the difference.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL . He was a no call, no show TWICE. First time, no call, no show, in middle of September-he said he was sick. I was sympathetic, we spoke back and forth. Once I offered to pay cash, he agreed to come out middle of Nov. Nov. 18th I called to remind and confirm and never heard back. Of course I've called him twice, texted him once, NOTHING.
I wasnt angry, just wasting people's time is so rude. I can get it done but the behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL.
