Safe Electric did an excellent job installing a new electrical panel, riser, meter, all new outlets & switches, installing four new ceiling and two bathroom fans in the 50 year old home we recently purchased. Bryce Postle and crew are professional technically and when engaging with customers. We will continue to rely on Safe Electric for the needs of our home going forward.

They fixed the frame on my laptop quickly (less than 24 hours) and at a very reasonable price with solid customer service. Would recommend to friends and family for any laptop/computer issues.

Tyler was great, very polite and patient with me, as I was on a conference call when he arrived much earlier than scheduled - I had indicated this was ok and desired if their schedule opened up. In short, Tyler arrived approximately 2-3 hours after my initial call, diagnosed the outage problem and another nagging issue we were having with some inactive plugs. Everything was resolved quietly and quickly in under an hour, and he was able to make some recommendations as to how to prevent future recurrence. Great experience, highly recommend.

I highly recommend Arlington Electric. Bob is impressively prompt, precise and professional. I had recess lighting and wiring for a chandelier installed into an old home. He was able to install the recess lighting without creating large holes or a trench. He was extremely careful and covered my wood floors with a blanket. He also vacuumed and cleaned up any dust related. I was very happy and pleased with the outcome of my new lighting.

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

Great job! They put in recessed lighting and a dimmer switch. They were courteous and professional. In addition the price for the service was better than most other companies. I highly recommend them.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

Called Ken for an estimate & he came out 2 days later & then gave me the estimate 3 days later. Scheduled the job for @ 3.5 weeks later. All good to this point.
The night before the job Ken called to ask if we can move the appointment as he didn't finish a job that day. No problem - scheduled it for 1 week later. Ken then No-showed for the job. Called him numerous times that day to find out if he was still coming or if there was an issue. None of my calls were answered & none were returned.
Wasted 5 weeks when I could have found someone else to do the job that they claimed they could do. Now I have to start over.

After 3 days of calling and leaving messages I got sick of never getting a response from Romanoff. I would never use them.

Had an appointment scheduled to receive a quote to upgrade some wiring, but the electrician never showed up, when I called to see where he was the office assistant told me they would try to track him down and call me back. Fifteen minutes later no call back, when I called them again I was told that he had gotten stuck in a meeting and that maybe we could reschedule it for another day.
