We were quite pleased with the service we received from Electric Medic. The two technicians tracked down the problem and explained what was wrong and how they would repair it. They began with the least expensive. When that didn’t work they took the next step which resulted in the restoration of power.
The fee was quite reasonable.

PTI is excellent. They gave me a quote for a full service upgrade to replace my old Pushmatic Panel and exterior service. Price was fair and they were always upfront about materials and labor costs to do the job. I have included some before/after pictures here so people can see their work. They did an absolutely wonderful job. All the work was completed in one day. I'm truly blown away by their service and their expert work. A huge thank you to John, Nate, and Shaun for all their hardwork on this job. If you are looking for electrical work done at a fair price and done well contact PTI. After a certain big box retailer botched a dryer hookup, Waibel was able to send out someone within a day to fix the issue and even uncover a bigger issue with the washer! Chris was fantastic - professional, personable and definitely getting more of my business as I learn more about this old house!

Ed came to look at an exhaust fan which turned out to be working properly, he offered a safety inspection since the property was a recent purchase and installed surge protector to keep the house safe. Great job, fast and efficient.

Called for a quote, the gentleman answered the phone with a plain Hello so I asked if I had reached the correct company being the fact that he picked up the phone as if he was very bored and he continued to ask me if I knew how to dial a phone correctly and I said yes am I speaking to Neff Plumbing because a Hello isn't a great way to open a conversation with someone looking for a specific company. Then he continued to curse me out all because I asked if I had the right company after not being told so!!! Bad Business
